I had the best and awesome experience with them working on my. Mr David took very good care of my car and also help me get the insurance to pay the right amount of money to fix my car. Mr. David is a very good person and he’s a family man. Thank you so much Mr. David for making our lives little better. We appreciate you and I do highly recommend him to work on anyone’s car, because they won’t regret it. He’s a great guy.

My car was hit by a red light runner and David McDavid Collision took very good care of my car and showed excellent customer service. Sarah was great at helping with getting the insurance company on the ball. Mike helped me when the insurance company was trying to get my policy to pay when it wasnt my fault. Mike was able to get it all straightened out even on a Friday and the start of Memorial weekend. Brandon was really nice and helpful when we came to pick up my car. Would definitely use them in the future.

These guys are amazing! Every single person I spoke with was so quick to help & give any answer I needed. But mostly, David at the body shop was my go-to man! He was so helpful & made sure to keep me updated on everything going on. very personable, explained things in a way I could keep understanding & has made sure since I’ve gotten my girl back to answer any questions I’ve had related or not to the work they provided for me. My daughter’s car got backed into and her rear bumper needed replaced. We took the car over for an estimate and met David Cleesan, a collision advisor. He was polite, professional, and kind. He explained the estimate in detail and even placed a quick phone call to their Mitsubishi parts guy to find out how long it would take to get the new bumper while I was there. Once we got the repairs scheduled, we dropped the car off. We were able to drop it off on a Saturday, which was very convenient. David kept us updated several times throughout the week. When we picked the car up and David made sure to do a walk around of the car with us. They did a great job on the repairs and matching the color (sunset orange). Overall we had a great experience!! I would highly recommend this collision company and David as an advisor.

THESE GUYS! Especially David and Brendan in the body shop and Scott in Service. These guys helped us through two months of car buying hell after another dealer sold us an undisclosed wrecked vehicle that amounted to well over $6,000 worth of damage. They reached out to the other dealer for us, followed up with us, and when the other dealer went back on their promises to help, they helped us with pricing and were so sympathetic to our situation. We received regular phone calls with updates and complete transparency about the progress on the the repair process and any hiccups along the way. The actual repairs only took about two weeks, but the entire process from start to finish (mostly trying to reason with the unreasonable, immoral dealership who sold us the car) took about two months - and these guys were so patient and worked with us so kindly while my husband and I were pulling our hair out. Kudos to David McDavid Lincoln in Plano for doing your homework and hiring some excellent representatives of your brand - I am so incredibly pleased with my experience and would highly recommend. I’ll be back! Thank you guys so much from the bottom of our hearts!

The Body Shop Manager and agent were awesome to deal with. They kept me informed on all the updates to my vehicle. In fact, my Durango looked even better then before the accident!!!

David was professional and kept me up to date on the hail repairs made to my car.

Donot use them for repairs the service is awful. They gave me a loner car with torn seat covers and oil leaks that spoiled my driveway. I would like the manager- would you be fine with your family driving the loaner car you gave my family?
