Devin W. Had taken care of my case very well and I was more than happy with everything. I know it’s still covid time and we both had a bit of struggles to communicate and schedule to bring my car in for fixing which is totally understandable for me because we are all humans.Mind everyone that while I’m typing this, this location is the only location that has certifications to fix teslas and many other places in DFW had already stop taking in teslas since Sept 2020 due to reasons. And I own a tesla M3At the end of the day we were able to make it work and the work was done within the expected time as well! During the time that my car is under service of AutoNation, Devin kept me updates almost every day about the status of the car and what the team is working on.Devin and his team or even this AutoNation did their best to make things work for me, and I got no other words to describe how professional Devin had handled the situation and how happy I am when I got my car back that fixed beautifully. AutoNation don’t want you to be unhappy with your car being damaged, just be nice, have some empathy, and be patient and thing will work out for both!

This place has had my vehicle for 3 weeks just to replace a bumper. Ashlee Matley doesn’t communicate and at this point I’m convinced my car is being held just just to get more money from the insurance company. I’ve called and called she promises to call back NEVER do she promises my car will be ready by the end of the week, but everytime there’s additional damages and she needs yo call the insurance company .I will never refer anyone to this place or use them again.

I went to get a damage estimate in person and the lady said she will review the pics she took of the damage and get back to me with a detailed estimate. Well after two days of not getting an estimate I called to leave a voicemail and got no call back. So I called the front desk and asked for her by name and the receptionist said she may be out and would take a message. So I told her I was still expecting my damage estimate via email or phone. Another 5+ days passed and I did not receive any call or email back on my estimate. So I decided to get my damage repaired else where. Wasted about 1 hour driving out there and waiting for an estimate. Dont go here because they may not even do their job and get back to you.

I initially had bad customer experience with one of their staff, who took long time to even look at my vehicle and keep me updated on the status. Asked for a different case worker and then things moved very fast. I would really like to thank to Mr Bryce who went above and beyond to get my car fixed on time. Quality of work done here is excellent. If i go there again it will be because of Bryce. Thanks again !

Bruce is an excellent estimator and more. He gave us peace of mind by keeping us informed on the whole repair process. He is very courteous and professional.

AutoNation was Amazing!!!! I drive a 2010 Porsche Panamera and they fixed the chrome trim around my passenger back window. My car was damaged from a drive through carwash from one of their flaps. The Porsche Dealership gave me a pretty high quote for Repair, so I second for another quote. AutoNation not only came in way under budget but delivered on their service. A couple of months back I brought my car in to have the front bumper replaced after it was damaged by my carwash (got them to pay, ALWAYS check your car before driving off). My service advisor Jon Robbins was with me every step of the way, from the quick estimate to following up with the carwash as they dragged their feet to send the funds to get the repair going.I was at all times kept apprised of what was going on and the status of my repairs by Jon, who was just a phone call or an email away if I had any questions or concerns. The repairs came out perfectly, like it never happened and took less than 4 business days when the carwash finally ponied up. Without Jon and the body repair staff at AutoNation Plano the process wouldve been 3 times the headache it already was.Top notch service, top notch repairs, and quick turnaround times. Do yourself a favor if you need body work done and go to AutoNation Plano and ask for Jon!!

This is the place to take your car if you have a Tesla. Devin will take great care of your car repairs in case of a collision. He will communicate with you on a weekly basis about the status of your car. Highly recommend AutoNation, great work and very professional!

My Tesla was damaged by road debris. Autonation is a Tesla approved body shop, and I took it there for service.Jon at Autonation Collision Center in Plano was incredibly helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The job took longer than initially expected as new issues were discovered, but parts arrived quickly, and the overall outcome was stunning. Thanks to everyone at Autonation and Tesla!

Please save yourself a lifetime of pain and suffering and rethink your decision. To sum it up ... the car was in the shop for nearly 2 MOs (ample time for a collision repair); and, thereafter weve made an additional 5 trips to this shop. Each time they assured us that the car was inspected thoroughly ... yet, we kept finding minor/major damages and repairs time after time. Its IMPORTANT to note, the problems we faced shouldve been caught in their thorough inspections. These were simple things such as an unsecured car seat (where my sons carseat sits), door light, shop damages, etc. One of my biggest frustrations was from rain water thatd accumulated in my trunk from a storm because the window wasnt sealed properly during the repair. This wasnt just inconvenient, but, also caused odor and significant damages to our valuables.Note, these folks are well-known for repairing Teslas ... not sure if theres been a turnover in staff OR customer satisfaction is no longer their value/mission.Please note, Ive contemplated whether I should post a negative review due to the impact it may have on their business ... however, these folks didnt own up to their shortcomings after giving them multiple opportunities. If youre reading this review, consider yourself warned and try another reputable collision shop to save yourself unnecessary heartburn. :)

This company is one of the few Tesla-certified collision centers in the metroplex. My vehicle needed some major repairs after an accident and Autonation was the designated repair shop. The team at this company is very professional! We are currently hitting a few road blocks with my insurance company, but Autonation has been excellent at communicating and understanding of the situation. Ashlee has been my main point of contact and she has helped tremendously throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this collision center!

Worst body shop ever.... Dont expect your car to come out anything less than few months.... If you expected a tire replaced looking nice and shiny or sensors working after their work... Be surprised in a bad way. Only saving grace is their clean building

Just received my Tesla back from collision repair after 5 weeks (was given 5-7 weeks timeline initially) and its in great shape again. Very pleased with the service from Alvaro. Previously went to Gerber Collision and was given much higher estimate and longer length of repair time but Im so glad I brought my Tesla to AutoNation.

My car looks like the day it came off the lot.

Getting your car fixed from a collision is no fun but fortunately there is a company that made it as painless as possible: AutoNation Collision of Plano. I worked with Alvaro from AutoNation Collision of Plano; he is personable, professional and honest. They may not be the least expensive, but they are fair priced and do a better than excellent job. I am very pleased with their work.

Phenomenal staff to deal with, in a bad situation! With every vehicle Ive repaired, theyve proven that they will protect my family, and investment, by repairing my car correctly. Also, I didnt feel as though I was being herded like cattle, as I had at other body shops. Thank you all!

I recently got my Q8 repaired from here. If you ever plan to get your car fixed from here ask for Bryce. He was super helpful and gave me update about the progress on my car almost ever 3 days and made sure I got car in time.

I have to update my review as the gun that was taken was found and it was not through this company. However the surveillance manager that was responsible for providing the video footage to the police refusal to cooperate stating, “We don’t have footage from that day, sorry you are out of luck.” To the police is why I gave the review still 4 stars. The staff and John are very friendly and we’re very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the lack of cooperation by the surveillance manager made it appear they were guilty in the theft of my gun which led me to want to warn others with the initial review to make sure no one had to go through what I was going through. I would recommend this company and will be going back to them to finish the repairs, which I know and trust they will do quality work, but will be removing all things that could be meaningful to me prior to bringing my car back there. My trust in getting help to get stolen things back if my car was broken into at this shop is completely gone.

DO NOT take your car here!!!!While my car was here it was completely rifled through and money was stolen from my 12 year-old sons wallet that was taken out of the glovebox. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I got a excellent service from Bill Bonner and his AutoNation Family. I stepped outside from country due to emergency. They were taking care of my car from past two and half months. I like their customer service. I suggest other customers this is the right place to fix the Vehicle.

Excellent services

I was told my car required three days of work; its now been over three and a half weeks. They neglected to submit paperwork to my insurance company multiple times, resulting in delays. They did not order parts promptly, and they broke additional parts while fixing the minor damage. This business is obviously operating only because they are milking insurance companies for money right and left for issues that they cause. I was referred to them, and I obviously will not be going there again.

Good work and nice staff. Would be 5 stars, but my vehicle was supposed to be done in 4-5 days. It ended up being 2 weeks with almost no explanation.

Had them fix my model 3 paint issue through Tesla. 1st time it came back with obviously unfinished surface and second time looked better but portions of the panels still look obviously unfinished and dull looking. Terrible quality job and very disappointed. Now Tesla service center guy is trying to polish it out. :(

This body shop has had my vehicle for nearly 6 months and have missed many promised completion dates. Today received a call that they overlooked ordering some parts and have no date to provide. My insurance has paid them nearly $38K and I have incurred over $6K in rental car fees. My car is still not repaired and the manager will not give me a date for completion. Truly absurd! Avoid at all cost!
