I bought this car 10 months ago pre-ownedCertified Toyota and I have warranty 12 months bumper to bumperand then suddenly the front bumper full down from the right side we surprised because this car has been fixed it before we buying the car and they are glue it and they never told us any damage on the carAnd when I went there explain to them what happened they told us the warranty is not covered you will have the car 10 months who can give you a quote but will not going to fix it for you for free and we still have 2 months more under the warranty bumper to bumper and also the service manager talk to me in bad way at Plano Toyota so be careful when youre buying car from them they tricked the customers

Purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander here on 9/24/21. Largely had a good experience working with Ash, he wasnt pushy at all and kept in contact for a day as my wife and I made some decisions after looking at the car the day before. Donald in finance was wonderful. There was a bit of waiting but nothing too major, in and out in a couple of hours. My main disappointments are that the car wasnt filled up with gas before it was given to us, and that still didnt happen after I texted Ash to ask about it. I have never bought a car from a dealer, new or used, and not had the tank filled before delivery. Ive also reached out about a noise weve noticed under braking and not gotten a response. Im sure Ash is busy, but the least that could be done is to connect me to service for a free checkup since they replaced the brakes. Overall a pretty good experience though. Hopefully these minor things can be made right.Edit: Based on the response from the dealer Im guessing my issues will not be addressed since they cant even be bothered to check how many stars I left them on my review.

Derick Heckel was GREAT! The Toyota dealership in prosper is closer to my home and there are several other body shops much closer to me but I will gladly drive further in order to work with Derick. Service department unprofessional and damaged car.My daughter took her car to Toyota of Plano for an oil change in March 2021. They did not put the splash shield back correctly. Not a big deal, but annoying that something simple was done right. October 2021 the maintenance light comes on and she goes to Honest-1 this time for an oil change, because of the previous issue with the splash shield, and Honest-1 Castle Hills has strong community reviews. Honest-1 tells her that the Toyota of Plano over tightened the oil drain plug during the previous oil change causing the plug to be stripped.I called Toyota of Plano and spoke with a service advisor and put him on a three way call with Honest-1. The Toyota of Plano service advisor got into an argument with Honest-1. When I asked to speak to the Toyota service manager the advisor refused to allow me to speak to a service manager. The service advisor blamed Honest-1 for stripping the drain plug. It is impossible to strip a plug from loosening. Drain plugs are only stripped from over tightening, which happened at Toyota of Plano during the previous oil change. The service advisor then hung up.I called Toyota of Plano again and asked to speak directly to a service manager. I explained the service advisor lost his cool, got into an argument, and then hiding up. I was placed on hold and told that the service manager was being paged. Then the same service advisor answered amad again refused to let me speak to a service manager. He told me he would have a service manager call me later. This was a lie. No one has called me back in over a week.It’s fine if Toyota of Plano does not want to accept responsibility for stripping the drain plug, causing me to spend hundreds of dollars in repairs. I cannot prove it was caused by them, but logic and common sense make it obvious that Toyota of Plano caused the damage.Not OK to get into an argument with a customer, refuse a customer’s request to speak to a manager multiple times, and lie.Appalling customer service. Toyota of Plano leadership needs to correct this in trainings and oversight.
Toyota of Plano was very professional and worked tirelessly to meet my expectations and needs to get the car deal to my satisfaction. I’ve used this dealership on two occasions and both were a pleasant experience.
Terrible service department, if you are on the Toyota care plan, or doing service in general with them, I strongly advise visually inspecting everything they say they will do. I’ve found they don’t rotate tires, which is now costing me money to replace early, they don’t tip off all fluids as they say. If after you free 2 year service I highly advise going elsewhere for maintenance.

We have been getting our car serviced here for past two years. The service is good. Staff is friendly and nice. Most importantly, according to me, bathrooms/restrooms are super clean all the time and stocked. Waiting here is not a big problem as they have free WiFi internet for customers. They literally installed a sideview mirror with a different color, called me, told me it was ready, asked me to pay and then let me drive off the lot. I cannot believe their level of quality control is this low.They said theyre going to fix it. If they dont screw that up, I wont amend this to a 1 star.
I would def recommend buying from Toyota of Plano. This is our second time because we needed a second vehicle and Anup and the whole team were just great. The whole process was super easy. Anup knows his stuff and will explain everything if you have any questions. He also does not pressure you into a vehicle, he wants to help you til you find the right vehicle for your needs. This is the second car I purchased from a Toyota any thing both cars were a lot of money And within a month to a month half the car/ cars were broken on the side of the road these people are truly a rip off the won’t do anything to help fix. This is most expensive piece of scrap metal I have ever purchase. I will be filling a complaint with Occc and the better business Bureau. This truly needs to stop. I have brought $2000 cash cars that lasted longer at a mom pop shop. You go to a big company for the quality of car your going to get but. Never get a car from this dealership they don’t stand by there product or Toyota at all.We talk to the The general sales manager he Jeremy. And he said we bought the car and it is no longer the dealership problem this Gm couldn’t care less that your dealership stole 10,000 from an 18 year old that save her money to buy her fist dream car. Im missing one of my key fobs I gave the dealership. I’m sure they will replace it so I’m not worried about it. I brought in both fobs because one of them, the battery was almost dead and I wanted the battery replaced so I turned over one key fob that worked and another one that barely worked. I only received one of my key fobs back when I picked up the car it was placed in the cup holder. We checked the entire care for the fob and I only went to chipotle while waiting for the car. The advisor was very nice so nothing to complain there. I did recommend putting a tag on the key fobs so they arent lost in the future. I was also very confused that the 15k maintenance was just tire rotation?? The tires all have equal and even tire wear so I believe this maintenance visit wasnt very necessary. Maybe checking the main battery filter or a multi-point inspection also would make sense to do so the trip doesnt seem like a waste of time.
The salesman was excellent about following up with what I was looking for and making sure I was taken care of. I had an issue with the vehicle after I had bought it and Alex K. was very helpful in sorting it out. Fast to respond and He found me the perfect car! They take care of their customers!
I went to Toyota of Plano for the first time a week ago and it was great experience. Despite the weird inventory issue right now across many dealerships, I was able to find the perfect vehicle here. The salesman we worked with, Cameron, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He explained many things to me about the 2021 RAV4 Hybrid that I didnt know and was patient with all of my questions. Once we moved to the finance portion of the night, the gentleman who helped us with the paperwork was excellent as well. We grabbed his card but misplaced it so I cant remember his name but he was so friendly and kind. He explained the different maintenance options and the pros and cons to each. He explained the paperwork I was signing and made sure I understood. At no point during this visit did I feel rushed or pressured to commit to or sign anything. This was the best car buying experience Ive had thus far. I will definitely be returning to this location once Im ready for my next Toyota!

Spoke with salesman about details of the deal. Explained that we were traveling from Louisiana to complete the deal. He gave a lot of “mumbo” sales talk. Even after that, I reiterated what we were looking to make happen as far as finance structure with us being an out of state business. He assured that they could do it. We spend money on flights to get there to find out they couldn’t do the deal the way we asked and he should have known that from the beginning. We were forced to book hotels and spend another $800 on flights because of his lack of knowledge.Asked to speak to a manager and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I called and left a message and still haven’t had my phone call returned. $2500 wasted because the salesman didn’t do is due diligence to accurately answer our questions.

I took my car to Toyota Plano i thought i will them a second chance after so many problems at the old Preston Location, but no nothing has changed they recharged my AC which i fixed for the past 2 years last the entire year and less money. My AC did not even last 1 month, also while my car was in the shop they lost my wheel cap i had to go back and let them know, so they ordered for me i had to go back for the third trip. In addition, after fixing my car the second day i found a paper on my windshield that someone left for me stating your hood is open. just goes to show how much they care about their guests very disappointed with the quality of service and the pricing for this dealership. I highly dont recommend it.Michael

Great service. Great communication. Free shuttle both ways. One issue I had was with a recall. When I booked the appointment they did say they have the parts for fuel pump replacement. However, they didnt have one during the service. Now, I have to make another trip for this recall which I am not happy about.

I have had a very frustrating week with my car and they made it very easy to get a new battery. I had service done at Toyota Dallas for another reason last week and they were terrible. The level of service doesn’t even compare & I will never go to another dealership again. They were kind, quick, & efficient. If you need service for your car, don’t go anywhere else, just make an appointment here.

Liar and RudeI called for Highlander hybrid and Jacob told me that he can get me and also available for test drive. I went in 30 mins, Patric attended us. He was professional and nice. However, he surprised me that none of the Highlander hybrid available for test drive. Finally he showed non-hybrid Highlander features (no test drive, only features). When we went back in and asked Jacob why did he confirm that car is available if it was not. He did not reply anything. Later some lady manager (Mirza) came in and started asking rudely that why we want hybrid and AWD only. She can get some cheaper car without these feature. She did not respect customer priority and needs. Finally, when we ask for pricing, she brought in with all her MANDATORY add-ons like nitrogen tire, Door edge guard, Pin stripes etc. and Priced us at around $60000 for car. She is the same lady who was asking us to leave our priority of hybrid and AWD for cheaper car and now she was adding her own things - LOL. Also she was keep on saying RUDELY, there WONT be any discount and no car for test drive in next few weeks. We left without test drive and with bad taste of customer service!
Went in to check a Nissan at the pre owned section turned out it was sold which is understandable but this salesman Hussain came to help us was very condescending in his approach gave us bs reasons why our trade in was worth nothing. We had money ready to buy a Toyota instead went and bought a VW Jetta .
I have a 3rd gen 4runner which started spewing smoke from under the hood, one evening. Called Toyota of Plano and they allowed me to tow it in before they closed gates for the day. The next day Travis heard what had happened and took the 4runner in for investigation. A quick diagnosis of a failed radiator cap, a topping off of the coolant and the 4Runner was back on the road. Appreciate the great and quick service. Thanks Travis and Toyota if Plano!
Very nice facility, courteous service agents. However, as expected at a dealership, you always get a sticker shock for any repair. Replacement of an expensive part is always the outcome, and other options to fix are not provided. The job was done in very timely manner. Good service overall.
A few weeks ago I went in to check out a deal I saw on Toyotas website. I was told that they dont have to honor the corporate advertised deals and those are used to get people in the door. Pretty surprising considering the dealership is spitting distance from Toyota corporate HQ. Yesterday I got a call from the sales rep to come in this weekend because there are new promotions available. When I got there I was told it was about a 5 minute wait to speak to the sales rep. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I walked out. If my original rep was busy why not have someone else help me?

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and expected balance. I left with tires vibrating heavily at 60 MPH. Went back to get the tires balanced and was told they charge $80 more to balance them. What good is a rotation if the tires are unbalanced and will cause uneven wear and vehicle problems. Terrible service and will not be going back again.
Took my vehicle in for maintenance service this morning and didn’t know what to expect. I needed an oil change to be exact. I work next door at the Toyota headquarters corporate office building. Understanding that Toyota is all about quality, innovation, service, very customer oriented and this is exactly what I received this morning. I and my wife had a good experience buying a used Highlander from this Toyota location. We enjoyed doing business with Chris Liu, who was very helpful throughout the buying and trade-in process. Donald in finance also assisted us and was great to work with. The only complaint we had was that the process took us 3.5 hours, but it was worth the wait. We will likely purchase another vehicle from Chris and the team here in the future if we find the right one.
Just bought a new car and while it did take a long time, which it always does buying a new car, they three people I worked with were all very wonderful and helpful.
I highly recommend Alex Kazemi who sold me a ‘21 Toyota Highlander limited. He was well versed on all the features and the differences in the different models. When the version I wanted was not on the lot he walked me through the ordering process and 3 weeks later I had my SUV. So if you are in the market for a Toyota ask for Alex when you get to the lot.

Jay gave me the best price option to purchase a car around this region, and I really appreciate his friendliness and diligence to find the right car for me! When my car was delayed in shipment, he promptly offered me the similar car (which I am sure he put a lot of effort to find one especially in this busy market), so I was able to receive a car within a short period of time. He also explained every little details, even after-care services (like what date I need to stop by to replace the oil change for free offered by Toyota, and how I can make an appointment via the Planos Toyota website), and shared his frank opinion and stories so that I can choose the best warranty option. I am highly satisfied with my purchase, and I am really thankful to Jay. If I need to buy a car again, I will definitely call Jay again to buy one!

Great customer service. Carlos was attentive and made sure both my vehicles were serviced in a timely manner. He went over the multipoint inspection report and made sure all my questions were answered. It is a farther drive but well worth it
My service rep, James Wood, was great! It was a long wait for a shuttle home and the waiting room was a bit boring with no music or TV for entertainment. Overall, I had a great experience servicing my vehicle though.
