Management is lazy and unaware. Bad look for all the young men who work there.

Took them two and a half hours to put a new battery in my car. They had a tire guy that was leaving soon, so everyone had to help him. All of the customers that wanted tires were served before me even if they came after me! I had to complain to get service and they sold me the wrong battery!

Had some issues with mar car - this Walmart auto care pointed me in the right direction.

Awful service, I went there to get an oil change on a rainy day, and it was very slow and no one in front of me in the line. The guys were totally ignoring me talking to each other not even one recognized me standing outside for about 20 to 25 min. It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. 2 hours and no one else was ahead of me

Waited for 30 mins, no one responded. Even I tried to talk by getting down. Not interested to respond even, worst service. At least some one should come and acknowledge. There were no cars in waiting as well.

Extremely poor and lazy service. I had put on all tires and it took over 5 hours to complete the work despite the fact I got there very early when they just 1 or 2 customers.Today 09/06/2020, I stopped by to rotation and balancing done and they came up with 2 lies.1) tire has wore down more2) this service is due in 3 monthsOn worn down I showed them Road Hazard coverageOn rotation and balancing I showed them doc which states every 7500.Wal-Mart manager were not able to provide any documentation to prove me wrong and after making many excuses came back with an offer to sell me 2 tires at 50% plus installation which I declined because both are covered under road harzard warrantee. The car has less than 10 thousands miles since new tires put on.Liar and incompetent and unprofessional people.

Generally I dont have any trouble with Walmart stores they did a great job of changing the oil but put the wrong battery in after giving her a lecture about the fact that we had picked out the right battery in the first place. Wasnt the most pleasant experience with a Walmart.Technicians treating a lady ( BTW former EDS ( read Employee of Perot ) employee very smart like women are beneath you doesnt fly in Texas where successful women make more than the entire auto dept salaries and can vote with their feet and go elsewhere

Purchased tires for my car, although it took a while for installation, I have no regrets because the tires are quiet especially being Douglas tires. So far so good 👌 & yeah, in case I forget, the price for 4 brand-new tires was less than I thought.

Very bad service. It took almost two hours to put it one tire on the car. And the shop was not even busy. It was pretty ridiculous. Do go there.

They definitely need to hire more auto techs! Only 1-2 were there when I arrived and had to turn me away because they were too busy. Not to mention traffic, gas, and time I wasted trying to get here. Will not be going back.

Service was terrible. I was there for over an hour and a half and they were still not even close to getting to my car. I just wanted to get a new front light put in, which should only take 30mins at most! They have no since of urgency are rude and dont care about anything except taking their lunch break which all 3 people went on at the same time! Dont go there unless you have a full day of nothing to do!

My wife tried to replace a battery that was still under a prorated warranty. They sold her the wrong battery, and refused to install it even though there was still an hour left until closing. Also, two months into a two year prorated warranty only gets you half the price back. If have to pay full price, go to an auto parts dealer; youll get treated better.

I like Walmart auto change of Tires nearby tires near the put them on for you you could do oil changes batteries your batteries are very guaranteed you might with warranty if you need to there just an awesome team who makes you feel real special when youre at their garage light. Windshield wipers tires and a battery all in one trip and it was nice very nicely priced

2.75 hours to install 4 tires.. Slowest tire installers in the world here. Do not recommend unless you are the first customer in line

I typically go to a different Walmart to get my oil changed, but this one was on my way home. The set up was different than what I’m used to, so I went inside to the counter - where the man behind the counter proceeded to shout a me that I needed to go outside. When I explained to him that everyone outside was busy working on cars, he repeated that I need to go outside. So I got in my car and left, and will take my money to Goodyear. I do not plan on returning.

This place is terrible, spending my second day off here trying to get one tire put on the correct tire. Dont feel like talking about it. Taking to an older lady who has been here for 5 hours today. Im going on a total of 6 right now. DONT COME HERE.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. They will take 3 to 4 hours just to change oil or balance your tires. They will drop the balls multiple times on you. For my car that I took in for oil change and tire balancing. It took them three and a half hours to do tire rotation and oil change. There were two cars in front of me. And there were six guys working there. After the whole deal was over the drop the ball again. After three and a half hours, they forgot to balance the tires and then 30 more min now Im driving home and theyre forgotten to turn off the maintenance light so the light is still on and i am going to have to go back to have them turn off the light. Bunch of lazy asses.

I ordered tires from here because, obviously, walmart has the best tire prices. The tires came 4 days earlier than anticipated,which was fantastic. However I waited 4 hours and 25 minutes for the tires to be changed. I truly believe they only got me finished and out the door because they wanted to leave for the day. I understand that these things can take some time, and I was told that there could be a bit of a wait, but come on, more than 4 hours?I seriously reccomend getting your tires out on elsewhere. Or planning on spending the day. The wait is outrageous.

No wonder why there are so many negative comments? First of all, they have lack of coordination. Auto service sent me to pick up my tires from pick up center, while they were already in auto center. I needed to find all my tires from their stock by myself. I am lucky that I read the reviews about their service before I go. They say it might take 2 hours wait for installation. Buy your tires here but do not get any service!

I think Walmart management is not reading this reviews. This store manager and employes don’t know what they are doing. They are not working just walking around. I waste 1,5 hr for nothing.

I will never use Walmart Tire and Lube Express again. This location left my door unlocked when I specifically asked them not to, since it would be a while before I was back (ran errands in another car). I am now more willing to pay a little bit more to get a car wash too down the street, along with a much faster experience.

Just dont come here. Got my tires changed and came back to a blatant dent on my hood, brand new jetta. Was told that my claim is invalid but I will do whatever I can do claim this on my insurance. Its honestly crazy, and I only have to kick myself for coming to this terrible place. Pay extra for good service somewhere else, yall.

Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they do a poor job. They have a new crew working there everytime I stop in. High turnover.

Terrible Service here. Waited 2 hours to get a battery replaced because the employees seem to have zero motivation to work. I dont even blame them, I blame the way Wal-Mart treats their store employees.

Completely inept corporate stooges. Theyll point you to the sign listing their return policy, but that is all these nincompoops seem capable of. They will dissemble and tell you conflicting stories about what they can do to fix the gaffe of the defective or inappropriate product they sold you. You will be referred upwards through a tier of ascending dolts whose inefficacy will become clear shortly. They may even just recommend you take your problem to an establishment more qualified, but only after incurring unnecessary charges from them they are not cleared to refund at any managerial level on site. Will not be returning and definitely do not recommend. If they let me give less than a star to add this review, I would.

Worst experience ever!!! Had my tires replaced by them. For a few weeks I notice when I reverse or turn it kept feeling like I was running over rocks or off reading and I drive a medium SUV. I took it in to another Walmart to have another tire install and they informed me that my tires were on BACKWARDS!!??? Radial tires gave an inner & outer design. Any mechanic knows THIS??!! So for over a month Ive been driving around with improper tire installation!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN

Went to get a tire change, waited 15 or so minutes just for someone to tell me they were out of stock of the tires I needed. Just a heads up, call ahead next time so you dont have to wait so long.

Had my car towed here early morning to get 4 new tires. They call 2 hours later saying they cant get the lug nuts off and they dont have the tools to complete the job. I had to rush there after work to get it towed to another tire shop before they closed. The other tire shop did it on their first try..no special tools or anything...very disappointed in Walmart!

I got off work near SMU at 4pm to make it to the Richardson jeep dealership to pick up my car with a dead battery to then head to this Walmart Lube Center. I arrived at 5:45pm. I was told they are not taking anymore people at this time because they close at 7pm. I was like I just need my battery changed out and he still said no. At 6:30 they closed all the garage doors. DO NOT DO SERVICE here! In my opinion if you are open until 7 you take customers until 7. That is good business. I am so disappointed in the service I recieved here. I changed my battery right in front of them in the parking lot. Four grown men watched me change my own battery. What is the world coming to?!?! Disgusted.

Customers service sux. I have to go looking for them to get an oil change. When I did find a tech I had to wave him down to tell him I needed an oil change. No hello how may I help you or anything from his mouth. The only thing was what oil. Hmmm

I spent FOUR HOURS here, and every other car was taken into service before mine, even though I was second in line. Then, the techs have the nerve to joke around with me about how I need to be more patient. I will NEVER come back here.

Showed up at 12 to get an oil change 3rd in line to to get serviced. My car sat there idling for an hour. I came out asked why it was taking so long. They did not have any one there to do the oil change. Would of been nice to know that when I dropped off my keys. The tech who checked me in did not appear to know how to operate the check in device. He just made me nervous that he was not qualified to change oil. Just go down the street to an express lube. Walmart is useless with anything but cheap crap.

I wish I could give them no stars. We showed up 40 minutes before closing and they refused service because theyre understaffed and dont want to stay late.

I took car here only to get rim fitted to tire said it would be $10 yesterday today its $25 and my car battery died while waiting asked if they could put oreilys battery in as I have warranty could only buy theirs 420pm I leave for 5 minutes to see if a jump will fix and was told coming back they were going to install the battery $105 just for battery but I wasnt there so I am put to back of line this is not customer service take your car to a Mexican place where they appreciate your business and work with you and not waste your time (got battery tested at oreilys battery is good but walmart told me I needed new one because car died)

Hit or miss here, I would say that you could trust Texas WalMart employees more than you can California WalMart employees.

I came in for a oil change this morning and there was 2 cars ahead of me. I parked and waited for the guy ahead of me to complete his request. Another car pulled up 3-4 mins after me, the gentleman went inside came back out and asked the attendent was he the only person working. The attendent who’s name is MIKE helped the guy who came in after me first. Then we he decided to come to me he told me it was a hour and a half wait and I was car number 4. I was car 3 but you by passed me to help somebody else. Then he was rude like it was my fault. I will NEVER use Wal-Mart auto service ever again! I wish I could give this zero stars. He said the next attendent wouldn’t be in until 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Why would you only have 2 people working on the busiest day of the week. Fuc Wal-Mart! Cheaper is not always better. I will go back to Midas where the prices are higher but service is better and professional.

They close at 6 on Sundays pull up at 520 and let the guy know we just need a tire and were told they are closed for the day.

Worst service ever. Order 4 set of tires online and went to install when they were ready for pick up. Had to wait 45 minites to have someone come over and start the check in process...told me will be arnd 45-1hour. Went home and waited, called me saying they couldnt find the special tore unlocking keys. Went back there asked to search trunk - usually those are store in the trunk and found it. Said another 45-1hour. Went back home. After abt an hour went to pck up my car, car was outside door was unlocked and person who works inside didnt have my key. Manager had to come call the last person who worked on my car, that tech was on hos way home and had to come back - so waited another 20minites there. After my car was a huge mess....dark / black oil on my drivers side car seat, steering wheel with oil as well...had to clean my seat when i got home...horrible experience...said tire rotation is included in the future but never ever going to go to walmart again...very rude people, messed up my clean car now it looks like it has more than 100,000miles...never ever... please dont use walmart auto / tire lube service...

I had the WORST experience ever! First I pulled up to the lanes so I can get my oil change. Nobody came to me or nothing, I was sitting there for good 3 minutes. They was just busy talking in a group. So I taught I was not at the right place to have my car in the lane. So I park my car, and walk inside. The employee inside was a Walmart Employee at the register and he explained to me where to go. I didnt really understand him and he told me that he couldnt really help me because he does not work at the Lube center. So I walk out and I saw a guy thay worked there. I asked him if I needed an appointment or something to have my oil changed, he said no laughing and he explained and told me where to put my car. He was sending me at the same place I was waiting at and I told him I was there and nobody came to me like he was explaining me. another guy interupts tajd he said that i was lying that i wasnt waiting there at all. How is he going to tell me I was lying. That is what upsetted me the most and then I guess the supervisor was there he was butting in too! Terrible service! I had to leave.

People here are too lazy...........to do oil change take more then 1 hr when the place its empty, imagine when its full of cars

People OK, but seemed like wasted lot o time hopping from one job to another and then back to 1st job.This was my observation and they had reasons.Only problem I had/have -- they did not put the spare tire, jack and tools back in place when they finished and I will have to put it back.Im 87 years old and disabled so its a big problem for me.

It took 5 hours to get a set of tires installed and seemed to only have one guy working in the shop.

If I could give a half star, I would. Why would a store do an oil change if its supposedly leaking oil really bad. Furthermore my car is parked on white carpet every day, so if it was leaking I would know. The service guy said my car was leaking oil and transmission fluid really bad, but still did an oil change.

Slowest oil change Ive ever had. Mechanic takes 30+ minutes per car. I wont be returning to this place.

I brought my 2015 Toyota Camry in for an oil change and was told that they LOST the tool needed to remove the filter, so they cant help me. What????!!!
