The salesperson came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through all the cars we are interested in looking at.He also walked us through all the different features, pros and cons, and what to look for.It was enjoyable getting to look at these cars without being pressured and begged for financial information.Here, they really treat you right.In addition, the cars are kept nice and polished.

They have sales consultants who understand the customers need and especially customers desire with a team that carries out sales and delivery work with great professionalism.

The people at Porsche Plano create a positive and pleasant environment. Acquiring a car through leasing or buying can be less than fun in a lot of dealerships, but Porsche Plano has figured out how to change that stigma. If you need repairs, the professionals in the service area are very attentive to the concerns and diligent about resolving the issues. Vehicles are not a small investment and there are a lot of dealers in the market place to choose from. I have had a great experience every time I have been in the dealership, so that is where I will continue to do business.

I had the pleasure of working with both Chris Allen and Chris Luckinbill. Chris Allen responded to me right away on my internet inquiry. To say I’m disappointed with the service there is an understatement. The first time I had poor service from Porsche I just marked it up to a bad day for the service department. I brought my car in for them to look at the tires because one of the tire sensors continued to go off. Their reply to me was I clearly just wasn’t putting the correct amount of air in my tires and some heat and that was the issue. They reset all of my tires and shockingly the issue continued. So I had to come back to the dealership for them to fix the issue. My second experience has been just this past time when I took my car in for the 30,000 mile service. For some reason the oil indicator light has come on saying that there is too much oil in my car after 4 days of driving it. I now have to swing by again for them to fix it. Not sure why it can’t be done correctly the first time. After this issue I will be trying to find another place to service my Porsche

Decided to check out the inventory today with my family. Beautiful cars, but very limited selection of 911s. Went inside to take a look at the various models. Enjoyed looking at the different models and showing my parents the workmanship of the Porsche brand. Was very let down by the lack of hospitality of the staff. Plenty of people inside that didnt check up on us including the receptionist.

Great used car buying experience. Jorge was very helpful and patient, not pushy like many car salesman tend to be. Service after the sale was excellent as well - including a follow up check to see how I was liking the car. My car did develop an issue a few weeks after purchase; I called in to explain the issue and management requested I bring the car back in for the service department to look at. They proceeded to fix the issue at their expense (not a warranty item), and get me up and running again. Very appreciative of Porsche Plano going above and beyond to make this right and keeping this customer happy. Refreshing experience, especially in this day and age where few businesses do things the right way any more. I will be back for future purchases!

Very disappointed on the service. I took my Cayenne in more than a week ago and they still havent been able to fix my recall. Knowing they didnt have the part not sure why they removed the old piece instead of asking me to come back when they get it. Porsche Plano also took a few days before they could get me a loaner which honestly is one of the worst loaners Ive received from any dealership. Bluetooth, radio, nav, pretty much anything other than the ac are disable. Definitely not the service I expect coming from Porsche.EDIT: My car was finally fixed 2 weeks later. Returned the car the following business day that I received it and rented a car instead. They valued their money over my time. Very unsatisfied with the service.

Test drove the Macan S back in May and wasn’t ready to purchase as there were others I wanted to test drive. Nothing compared to the Macan S! Unfortunately it had sold by the time I had made up my mind so I decided to order back in May. During these trying times, Jorge my salesman was on top of communication and kept me informed of the expected arrival of my car. 6 months later my Macan S is here and I could not be happier… well worth the wait!!! If you love Porsches the Plano dealer is one of the best. Location is excellent, building is fantastic and physical distancing is practiced all while making great home. Of course theyre taking your money at the same time but they do it with style.Selection is rapidly being depleted as Porsche stopped making cars for to COVID-19.

Horrible experience. Nobody answers the phone, no updates, nothing. Drop your car for service and then hope and wait. I cannot even get a call back after asking to leave a message for the manager. I’m now going down unannounced tomorrow to demand my car back to take to another service location. Pathetic

Manny did an excellent job in taking care of my auto service. My service was done quickly and priced at what we agreed.

I took my car here for service. Their service was great. Kept me update. Only cons is that they dont have enough loaners car to provide customers. I had to leave my car here for few days because they had to order parts and they couldnt provide me with loaners car. Luckily, my parents were out of town so I was able to use their car until my car was fixed. If I didnt have any other option, I wouldve have to spend my own money to rent a car or call uber. Not sure if its just this location but you have to be prepared in case your car end up in shop for few days.

This is my second review of the Porsche Plano Dealership Service Department. We contacted Porsche to have our vehicle flatbedd to Plano due to system error with tire monitoring and flat rear tire. 100% without issue, service department fit my vehicle in for diagnostics and repair on the same day. As before I remain committed to using this dealership. Highly recommended.

All of the staff at Porsche Plano make you feel you are part of their family. Driving a true sports car provides only part of the experience the dealership personnel provide the rest of it, and at the Plano dealership it is complete. Even the total sales staff seem interested in what I am looking for even though I generally deal with one sales professional. I have ordered several cars over the past years and find that even the wait can be enjoyable by just visiting the dealership to see what might be new, having a cup of coffee or just talking about up coming events.In my opinion, Porsche Plano sets an unequaled standard for a complete sports car purchase and ownership experience.

Worst service experience ever! Avoid getting your car serviced at this location.I took my Porsche Macan here for 40k mile servicing. Along with servicing, they highlighted some other fix with oil tank cleanup which I agreed and paid close to $3k in total. All these items were fine but it’s the condition I received my car. There was a very noticeable gap on car hood that does not fit on headlights. They shared certain pics the day I was planning to pick the car and highlighted how I’ll need to get the body work done since they were not able to close hood based on the fixes they made. Later I checked with my repair guy and he mentioned no matter what work a mechanic does, it should not cause any hood misalignment. When I reached out to them to understand issue better, they changed their story and said that’s how I received the car. After requesting the pictures on the day I dropped the car, I highlighted them in the pics the difference which clearly shows that the car hood is not aligned (pics attached), but they insisted on the pics which were shared with me on the day the servicing was done and said those pics were also taken on before they started servicing from a with different angle. This is not accurate and you can tel from the pics and the floor it was taken somewhere else. The comparison of the pics when I dropped the car and received show the difference.Anyways after requesting the rep multiple times to at least escalate the issue and have it reviewed with management, i received no response. I tried calling management as well but no luck.Now am stuck with a bodywork that will cost me close to $2k. I have spent enough time time chasing them and can’t express my frustration as a consumer who ending up spending a lot of money and did not even review a proper response to my concerns.My advice is to stay away from getting you car serviced here.

Very frustrated with Porsche Plano and Porsche. Porsche Plano says I need new tires at 11,000 miles. My car is not driven hard and I only drive 35 miles per day. I have never had to change tires on any of my Mercedes this early. My dealer (Porsche Plano) won’t even help me at all. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend using them for service or buying a new car.

Just what I expect from Porsche, precision. Drop off was smooth and quick. Road noise ended up being wheel bearing, which was covered by warranty. Pick up was fast, problem solved. Love my Cayenne again!

The support staff is always friendly and accommodating to whatever you may need. Porsche is a special brand, and Plano does an awesome job of representing that. I arrived with a collapsed air suspension on a Friday and got the car back on the following Wednesday, a reasonably quick turnaround. Communication was good. The lack of a loaner car (none available for approximately 2 weeks) was irritating.

How desperate is Porsche Plano for revenue?I called to ask how much for the 2 year Porsche cayenne service. They quoted $890 and it was primarily an oil change and brake fluid. Really? $890?Got the same done at Drivers edge for $190.But Drivers edge dont have the software to turn off the service required notice so went to Porsche Plano, and at first the service guy said, I cant do it for free, but will do it for 1 hour labor which is around $200. Asked to speak to manager, who had overheard my discussion, and he went one step further and said we wont do it unless you service here.Really? For someone that has leased 2 Porsches in the last 5 years?Porsche has definitely lost one MORE customer.

For Swami Rajagopalan - Paid over $1,200 for a 60,000 mile service and after I got the car back, found that they had missed basic stuff like the windshield cleaners. When giving the car, I had noted that the fluid was empty and needed to be filled. One would think that when they filled it they also turned it on and tested to see if it was working...unfortunately not. So when they show you the list of items they checked and you see this on the list but it does not work....it makes one wonder how true are they?!!! Car service industry works on trust, how can I trust them when they lie to me?? The bulk of the $1,200 was labor, cause I had the itemized receipt for parts. But the vehicle was ready in max of 4 hours (after I called and told them that I needed it the next day) which means that they charged me close to $300 per hour for labor.....who are these people? Rocket scientists???!! And then to learn that they had not even checked things that they claimed to have on the list. Super frustrating and a total rip off!! Dont plan to take my car back to the Plano Porche Service Center.

Eric Mazariegos was exceptional from the initial phone call to after your decision (buy or pass). I’m analytic by nature on extreme side and some questions are good questions but some belong to R&D department at HQ. Eric acknowledge it right away and address all questions he can and was upfront with his 25 years of experiences.Best car buying experience by far, would highly recommend Eric to anyone but especially to those that may fall in my ball park of “analytical”.
