The moment I saw how clean the garage was, I knew I found the place for my Mercedes to get serviced. But lets start from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the kind staff (shout out to Francisco and Nicole). Although my initial conversation was with Jim, he was not there the day of my appointment. But I could tell he knew his stuff and gave me advice on certain features to turn off/disable on my car for longevity. I really liked how when you receive your manifest of what was done to the car, the notes from the mechanic are clear and concise. And I appreciate the follow up from one of the people there making sure I was happy with the service of my car. Top notch service is what I have found here, and this is my go-to place for future servicing of my car.

I can finally relax! Ive been a BMW owner for several years, and simply could never feel confident I was being treated fairly at the dealerships. When I found Autoscope, the experience was entirely different from my initial call to the time I pick my 7 series up. With every step of the Autoscope experience I felt more & more confident they had my best interests in mind. Fully transparent in everything they do including video of maintenance needs, I know the trust is there. Integrity is of utmost importance to me, and at Autoscope they have proven it time after time. I can get used to this!

I called Autoscope because my check engine light had come on in my 2016 Mercedes GLE 350. I spoke with a woman name Nicole and she was awesome, from the start it was apparent that this lady had a vast knowledge about cars. I was able to get in to have my car in to get looked at in a reasonable time. On the morning that I arrived, I was immediately greeted and was told that my service advisor would be right with me and shortly thereafter, a very nice man name Jim, came out to greet me and to go over the concerns I had about the check engine light. Long story short.... I wont take my car any other place to be serviced other than Autoscope. From the time I walked into this place the customer service was impeccable and the team is very knowledgeable and professional, I knew my vehicle was in good hands... turns out that the check engine light had come own because of Faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor. Jim and Nicole got me squared away and I was back rolling.

Took my LR3 in so they could diagnose a check engine light and transmission issue. Nicole was very helpful the entire time, as well as the mechanic/technician videos and detailed descriptions of their findings. Will definitely be coming back here for anything else related to this vehicle!

If you are looking for a place to take your European car for regular maintenance without feeling like you are being robbed by dealerships, this is your one stop shop, amazing customer service, almost half the price, just by the way they talk to you, you will notice two things, 1. They are knowledgeable 2. They are doing just the things your car really needs and not trying to push unnecessary things on you. Why did I take off one star: communication is a little weak, I had to call three times to get updates on when the car will be ready but again its not a deal breaker for me, especially with all the $$ you will save.

Autoscope was recommended to me by my regular mechanic. I worked with Jim to get my Mini up and running after the crankshaft pulley broke. Jim arranged for my car to be towed to their shop. He called when it was arranged, when the truck was on its way, and when my car arrived at the shop. Then he made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I knew what was wrong and how it happened, what parts were ordered and the arrival time of said parts. And Jim didn’t talk to me like I was a girl - he explained everything like I had a general understanding of my engine and answered all of my questions. My car was fixed before projected and it runs great. I highly recommend this place - they are amazing!

Nicole came to the rescue as my daughters E46 had a check engine light on it and was home for just 2 days before heading back to Oklahoma for college. The team jumped through the hoop and got Lil Red fixed, washed, vacd in a day without hitting me with a 4-digit repair bill. Great job! Highly recommend Nicole at Autoscope.

They did a great job on my Cayenne. Do not pay tons of money for servicing your Porsche in Porsche dealers. The prices that they gave me was ridicilious. This place does a better job than Porsche service and offers a very competitive price. They also cleaned the interior and washed the car very professionally. Jim was a great guy, he helped me a lot for scheduling and servicing my car. I will also bring my 911 for the next time. I highly recommend this place.

I bought a car from Carvana and brought it there to inspect it for us and they spent 4-5 hrs total and went thru the car thoroughly and found ALOT of problems! Thank goodness I brought it there because we would have thought it was in great shape and it would have cost us $10k or more sooner or later! Nicole was amazing and helped us out and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs advice or fixed

The Autoscope Plano Team was great. I was able to use the conference room to get work done as my car was being serviced. The neat part, I was actually able to see the mechanic team in action. I asked at one point to inspect the undercarriage of my car while it was on the lift, a team member grab a flash light and said lets go look. I was able to speak with the mechanic in the garage, very friendly and professional gentlemen. The customer service attendant was well inform, professional and friendly (I did not get her name). In closing, the service ended with a car wash, the gentleman did a great job inside and out! I only wish I would have wrote down each name of whom I came in contact with! Where to begin. Was swindled in to spending spending 900$ just for the problem to still not be fixed, then was told that it would be 500$ more just to remove a piece. And when I no longer wanted to use them they beat around the bush giving me my car back claiming they had to put it back together well guess what everyone, my back seat was completely off, the speakers underneath were bent, multiple brackets where relays were had no covering, there were bolts all over my floors and when I pop the hood? My engine covering was missing the lower half. So moral of the story is I dont think I need to tell you whether or not if this is a good repair shop or not.

I have used Autoscope on 2 different occasions.Visit 1: Dinan Tuner purchase and installation. Transaction was done over the phone with an invoice for the part emailed to me that allowed me to pay online. This was a HUGE convenience and time saver. When the tuner arrived, I was immediately contacted and schedule for installation. Installation was fast and accurate.Visit 2: Install a hidden trailer hitch on a 2018 Mini Cooper. Autoscope allowed me to purchase the hitch and bring it to them for installation. I chose Autoscope for the installation because they have technician who are very familiar with Minis. The hitch required quite a bit of labor and customization to fit. The finished product is perfect and looks like it came from the factory with the hitch installed.I will definitely use Autoscope for future projects to my MINI.

The work that Autoscope completed went very well.The process was easy, and everyone was pleasant to deal with especially Nicole who is an absolute Rock Star! She even answered my distress call via email on Saturday when my vehicle had issues. Autoscope is the real deal! These guys are so knowledgeable. They diagnosed an issue with my radiator before Mini announced it. Autoscope is trustworthy, and they treat you like family. After having trouble with the Mini dealerships, I am so grateful I found Autoscope.

They did an overall general check, took care of my annual vehicle inspection, and did a fantastic interior and exterior detail, including a leather detail. I was impressed with all the work and will continue to use them in the future.

My Mercedes was due for maintenance schedule, I googled search for European car care facilities in the area, I found Autoscope has received many positive feedback and high ratings. I decided to take my car to this facility. As I pulled my car up to the front door, I was pleasantly greeted by Jim. I told him the type of service I need for my car. He explained the work his shop would perform and an estimate cost for the service. The estimate was reasonable, so I asked him to schedule an appointment to bring my car to the shop next day. The paperwork was quick, he arranged a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up. Joel kindly gave me a ride home. He was polite, and pleasant to talk to. Patrick did a thorough check-in, documenting the exterior/B pillar label on a walk-around with tablet camera. Technician, Diogo documented their work. Joel dropped me off at Central Market while the On-Board Diagnostics, test drive, & multipoint inspection was performed. They under-promised, & over-delivered, returning me to the shop for return home, earlier than the 2 hours they had mentioned. Kudos!

Highly Recommend - high quality workmanship / trustworthy / exceptional customer service.I go to Autoscope because of the high quality workmanship and professionalism that Ive come to expect over the years. During my most recent trip, I was amazed at the level of customer service I received. I had a frenetic schedule, and they worked hard to accommodate, by driving me back to work and then bringing my car to me when I couldn’t make it back to the shop. Francisco was every knowledgeable and helpful. Furthermore, I asked for a certain things to be done, but after a thorough review, they realized I didn’t need all of the work I requested and approved, which significantly lowered my bill. It reminded me of how important it is to work with a team you can trust. I don’t get treated this well at the dealer.

Great first impression. I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. I needed my wheels resurfaced, and had one tire that would not hold air. They inspected the wheels and pointed out that my front tires would need replacing soon (I knew they were close). I had Tire Rack drop ship directly and the next day they were done. The wheels look amazing and the new tires feel great. Throughout the process I was kept informed with text messages, and a phone call to discuss the tire condition. I will be taking my car here whenever it needs attention.

Then they called back to see how it was running. I discovered I had no air conditioning as the weather got hotter they fixed that its blowing cool and strong. Some work the BMW dealership did wasnt up to par. Autoscopes service is so fantastic I took it back to Autoscope for proper repair no longer caring about a warranty from BMW. Their prices are reasonable, work is reliable, they stand behind their work, follow up with you after work is completed. They even wash your car before returning it to you! When compared to the dealership service you’ll get experience technicians instead of shoot gun approach that rarely fixes the issue the first time. For this reason alone, you should consider AutoScope… Yes, European cars are different, but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice time and $$$ at the dealership only to return for the same issue.
