I saw Nichole for the first time tonight with what I thought would be an impossible task. I had a LOT of thick hair, that hadnt been cut since September 2019. I wanted a pixie/Bob style and had a picture I found for inspiration. She did an AMAZING job bringing my dreams to reality. She told me what products I needed to get to maintain it. Im very happy and will recommend yall to everyone I know!

Used to enjoy shopping here, but their tyrannical mask policy after 3 vaccines being on the market combined with literally, zero other people in the store too closely resembles communism to me! I would recommend that you shop some place else where the staff and business owners dont harass you to wear a mask.

I bought product from this company. When the box came it only had half of my order and I was charged for the full amount. I have left emails and voicemails to no avail. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Beware of buying from them!

I love this place. I drive from Mesquite to the Plano location just to have my regular hair trims. Nichole gives the absolute BEST hair washes! Their store items arent over priced and they usually have some kind of sale going on or coupon to use. The Salon and the Store are both very well kept and the staff is always smiling and polite.

Love it. They always take care of us and they take good COVID measures at the salon.

Call before you go.We went to one, it WAS CLOSED!! Called another one and it as well was closed, both in fort worth area. We ended up in plano after calling yes they were open. It just would of been nice to know about the closing of the other two stores.

They do everything starting from hair cuts, color and style, treatments etc. And the people that work there are amazing. I get my haircut by a master stylist and she is awesome. They shampoo, cut and style your hair just the way it needs to get done. They know every individual has different needs and customize your cut according to the type of hair you have. Youll get a 20 percent discount on your first service and every couple of points you earn you get a 5 dollar beauty reward to spend at beauty brands. What I would say is hair is an essential feature for all of us beauty freaks. And you dont want to mess it up just for a cheap great clips deal. If you want a real haircut that would look great for months, you should definitely try beauty brands and ask for Cameron. Youll have to book an appointment online ahead of time to choose your favorite stylist and your required service on their website. Youll know what I mean when you get your hair done over here.

This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The prices for their services vary, but theyre always a good deal. My girlfriend loves this place and always gets her hair done by Hannah, and she doesnt play around when it comes to her hair.

I just popped in to pick up a quick few things, and was in line when an elderly woman walked in. She asked a clerk to help her locate a certain product, and he just walked off into the back. At first I thought he might not have heard her, but then realized I heard her fine, and was 5 feet behind him. She then asked a stylist if he would help her find a product, he pointed towards the door and replied its over there. She then asked yet another clerk, who said the exact same thing with adding theyre all the same. I was astonished at how poorly they would treat a customer in front of another customer.

I am from KC where Beauty Brands are everywhere. I was lucky enough to move to TX coincidentally close to the only Beauty Brands in TX. The staff here are every bit as kind as in KS. Would 110% recommend!

Got my highlights done with a master expert and she did everything exactly opposite of what I asked for. I asked for royal blue peekaboo highlights and there is no trace of blue AT ALL inspite of showing pictures of the shade i wanted. And for main highlights, I showed pictures of copper and specifically mentioned, no matter what color turns out, i dont want any of them to be light, but want darker shades. She suggested a mix of two colors which I was skeptical but she said would go well, but they turned out to be extremely light and i just hate the way it looks. And in the end, when asked she said thats the tone I selected. Well so much for 150$ and have to get the whole thing redone. Go for hair cuts but wouldnt recommend highlights here

FOR CURLY HAIR GIRLS! Alyssa is Awesome! I have been interested in getting a DevaCurl cut for ages & finally found someone. I love my curly hair & wear it curly 99% of the time. I will definitely be going back. Alyssa was friendly and very knowledgeable about the technique and products. She also asked for feeback as she cut my hair to get it just right.I will also say the girl who answered the phone to book my appointment was very nice & professional & answered all my questions (since this was my 1st visit) and the lady at the store was also nice & helpful when I had questions about some of the cosmetics.

Had my first facial ever (and Im not young) at Beauty Brands Plano Spa with Shaina Hunt the Esthetician. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and addressed my skin concerns. She recommended products without being pushy and gave me some techniques to try at home.My skin feels soft and moisturized and I still feel relaxed. Its my understanding shes also good at waxing and brows. That will be my next appointment! I would recommend Shainas professional services to anyone looking for a great Esthetician, so give her a call.
