Great staff and fair prices. We always find what we need here.

Sometimes prices are too high. Some items do not have price tags and the staff just guess at the prices. Not a variety of wigs to choose from.

Please black ppl stop spending money places where they dont like us. She didnt speak when I walked in or offer to help me find anything. She did however, follow me around the store untill I decided not to spend my money and leave. Put this place out of business!!

Nice, clean and organized.

The store has an excellent supply of hair products for natural hair. But the female who is usually in the store will follow you around. It’s close to my home so I go in only for small items. For big ticket items I go to Ebony in Oak Cliff 60 miles from home round trip. Huge store with friendly staff who will allow you to shop in peace.Their return policy sucks. Sold me a heating cap that did not work. She plugged it up to determine it didn’t, then would not give me my cash, but issued a store credit for 42.00 which I had to spend within 30 days. I did and never went back. If you are Black, stay out.Update:I recently made a quick stop into Neo Beauty Supply for one item. I expected the same individual that followed me throughout the store. Instead, I was greeted warmly by a woman who smiled, answered questions, found products, and allowed me to shop without tailing me. I actually enjoyed shopping at NEO. Something has changed. They still have a great supply of products, but the staff has definitely improved. I actually enjoyed shopping, received professional and knowledgeable assistance. I checked the sign outside when I left. Same great store now has staff that welcomes shoppers. I’ll stop in more often and buy more. I’m changing rating from 1 star to 5.

Easy to locate what I need and nice selection

Small and clean. Had lots of ethnic products mostly. There were lots of wigs, hair extensions section, etc. Hair accessories etc. Pretty reasonably priced. I would return. Friendly service. Giving 4 because they didnt have what I went for. But they did have other things I bought.

I usually rate everywhere I go, but this was the first time ever someone hound me down to do so. Its crazy because she gave me exceptional service. She greeted me when I came in. Assisted and gave me recommendations on a product I actually bought and went above and beyond. So, she actually wouldve gotten 5 stars like she deserved. The first time she asked me to rate, I was looking at a product. She asked me on a piece of paper and demanded that I rate before I was finished browsing. She then asked me again and reached for my phone. The last time is when I was cashing out.. She asked if I had rated and reached out for my phone to see if I had rated or not. I informed her that I would do as I said.

I went to this place to get supplies for my brother he is in intensive care at Baylor Smith Heart Hosp. Sara was extremely nice and kind. She gave me supplies for my brother no charge and gave me an extra percentage off already reduced items and said she would pray for my brother!!! God sends just what we need and I thank HIM. And I thank this kind lady!

Sarah is so sweet! She always takes care of me and they have the best products and always have deals! I would recommend all women of color coming here if you wanna find what you need! Great place of business! I drive all the way from Dallas JUST for the customer service.

I do not recall the cashiers name but my daughter and I came in with a list of things to buy. She was nice and helpful. She did move around the store a lot, but I just made a habit of placing everything we got on the counter to grab more things. She jokingly said I’m not following you around the store I’m just so tired and ready to go home and trying to stay awake. I took no offense because she was sweet and conversational with us. She asked were we close and I told her we came from Frisco. And she thanked us for coming to the store but she isn’t the owner. She gave me my stylist discount and sent me with a few goodies. Third time there and I will go back. The other time it was an older gentleman and he was nice and helpful and suggested some other products.

Amazingly, Neo is the only place I know of in the N. Dallas area that carries a particular brand of hair products that I use that I have found no where else but on line. So Im hooked! Its a small place, a bit cramped, but LOTS of fun stuff to look through. And if you are into wigs/hairpieces, they have a huge supply, you really cant go wrong. Even better, theyre right next door to a brand new Dollar Tree store, which makes shopping even more fun!

Really I bought hair glue to do a quick weave. And the glue was completely dried up in bottle. Store is 35mins away. Check your inventory. The little things are so important. But evidently not here, only the $1.99 counts. Will NEVER return. Just not Cool.

If you want someone treating you like youre about to rob the place, then this is the store for you. Customers should be treated with respect, not placed under surveillance. Im going to go back to getting my products from Amazon or Krogers.

Great variety but need to carry Doux products

I would give negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service, just like the other one star reviews, especially the wig handler. There are two other beauty supply stores, near 75 that are excellent. I’m taking my business there.

Im giving a five star bc Sarah i think thats her name. The main lady thats always there is SUPER SWEET, A1 customer service! She was super patient as to what i wanted and was looking for. Im def returning bc that kinda kindness is rare. God bless her!

This little store pretty much has everything I need for my hair. I use a special texturizer that many places no longer sell and they have it along with higher end black owned products.

Extremely Rude ...*Will Never go back* she was following my teenage daughter like a hawk.. quite intimidating for the place being already cramped..I asked for some simple facial products she told me to go Walmart and shop... never had this kind of experience.. we were treated as if we went there to rob the place or something...Deserves zero stars...

All we did was walk in the store and the owners started to make fun of us in their language. Then conveniently walked to the back of the store where I was to stare at the wigs. As if he hadnt seen them a thousand times. Terrible customer service and the store was very small.

Im new to the area and where I lived didnt have a lot of the hair they have here. They have a very good selection and the lady read really nice and helpful.

Came by today for some detangling spray, and was really impressed with the selection! Tons of stuff at reasonable prices. Will definitely make this a regular stop.

The worst experience ever. I have never experienced such disrespect in any other stores. The Asian lady was so paranoid that it almost seemed like she was mentally ill. When we tried to enter the shop, she actually opens the door from the inside, peeps her head out, has a startled expression and says “ what you want?” I was startled and replied that I was here to look at some hair products. She was extremely rude and was following me around, that made me so very uncomfortable that I had to adress it with her. I will never go back to this shop. There are plenty other places!!

Took a friend who came into town for an interview to looks for some hair care products never again will I go or recommend this place. They are very aggressive and treat you as if you’re a criminal.

So I walked in with my fiancèe to find a hair product Ive been looking for & had just come out of the dollar store had a bag in my hand & instead of me looking I turned after walking in & one of the ladys is standing with her arms folded staring like Im a teenager 32yrs old & once I asked & was showing her what I was looking for she started touching my phone, only reason i stopped in this store is because i was near by but that wont happen again & its too damn cramped in the store
