I really don’t know where to start!!! I had the BEST experience at Mac today!!! Victoria provided AMAZING customer service. I drove from Justin to this location because of the bad experience I had at the Arlington location. I am in my mid 30s but I am an amateur when it comes to makeup. Victoria assured me she will help me out and that she did!!! She was able to provide me with the basic necessities to ensure I meet the goals I was looking for when it comes to wearing makeup. She also advised of the zoom services they offer, just in case I forgot something she told me. I will be making Victoria my dedicated Mac MUA!! This was very refreshing to receive A+ customer service will still observing COVID procedures.Thank you again Victoria!!

This store is cool because it’s actually a boutique. When I first came I was impressed with how clean it is, compared to other stores and counters, and they also have great lighting so I never have issues picking colors. I like how it’s self serve too so I can get help when I need it and pick up exactly what I’m looking for or order it in store and they ship it for free.
Would not recommend this location. I found the sales associate (Ashley) to be highly condescending and downright rude. I couldn’t be sure I wasn’t just oversensitive to her attitude until my boyfriend made a comment later that he was furious. She basically acted all high and mighty about how MAC is a superior product (which let’s face it, they’re known for professional shoot level staying power, but not exactly known for non-toxicity), when I asked about allergies and sensitivities. Just because I tend to be allergic to beauty products doesn’t mean you can basically call me a freak, and then expect me to buy products from you. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Poor poor customer service. Visited this store three times to make a purchase. Three times too many. Each time very poor customer service. No greeting or typically have to wait for the employees to stop engaging in their own conversations before they acknowledged me. Last visit, there were three employees talking negatively about MAC (their own Company). Discussing how MAC wants to reduce the time each consultant spends on makeovers. I had to literally say hello to let them know I was in the store (which by the way is very small). The consultant retrieved my items while she continued talking to her co-workers, rang my transaction and barely gave a thank you! All because they felt it was more important to grip about MAC while a customer was present. This will not be a store I will patronize going forward. MAC products are way to expensive to feel like Im in Walmart!!!!!

I stopped at the Mac at Legacy West on a whim with my roommate. We worked with Tori, who was absolutely amazing. Tori was very patient, listened attentively to our questions, and recommended some great products as well as demonstrating them for us. This was an excellent experience and I plan to return in the future.

This is a great MAC location. Super talented makeup artists and the location is always pristine. Getting my makeup done again here next week before a family photoshoot, cant wait.
