I love beauty supply stores and K Beauty didnt disappoint. They have great prices on eyeliner and hair accessories. It was just a little cramped in there it felt cluttered.

Great selection of hair care products and affordable prices. My only problem is one of the ladies always stares me down the whole time Im here. She makes me very uncomfortable, not very friendly either. Besides that you can find almost anything you need here as far as hair/beauty related items.

I been going here for years & I love that they dont follow you around & watch your every move. The owners & staff are so friendly they take the time to get to know you when you become a frequent shopper.

They have a good variety of hair. Prices are on the higher end. Not much of a makeup section compared to others.

Have been coming to this beauty supply since I was a kid and am beyond disappointed with how rude the staff is. I don’t understand what the point in being so nasty to your customers may be but it’s pretty sad.

Visited this place today and I have to say they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in hopes of finding something for my blasian daughters hair and I found some hair care products they dont sell in my part of the country and the prices were great. I will visit this place every time I come to visit H-Mart.

The store has everything you need however the elderly lady in the wig shop is extremely rude to customers. All other staff seem to happily assist you 😲

Went here from work to grab a quick deep conditioner only to be gestured by an elderly male worker that closing time was approaching. He first followed me to ask if I needed help to find something, to which I said no and then he started to repeatedly point at his wrist and said Time! as if I needed to hurry up.Now I understand there may have been a misunderstanding but at the same time, it was only 7:40pm. They close at 8pm as confirmed by the lady at cash register. She said he was trying to let me know closing time was near, but you dont need to do that in ANY business especially if it isnt even within 5 minutes of closing time.Not only that, but this place has awful customer service overall and seems keen on following all their customers as they browse through the aisles as if we have a motive to steal something. Speaking of which. Just about every single product is taped and sealed! I have NEVER been to a hair supply store to see such elementary loss prevention measures in my life. This is totally unnecessary and ridiculously inconvenient for customers open at home. See the image of my product taped everywhere I just bought today...Its insane!To my fellow natural hair care users, do our community a favor and shop elsewhere! You are not welcomed at this establishment besides your money and I refused to continue being exploited. You all should too.

This store is extremely overstocked and its too difficult to move down aisles due too stuff blocking every inch of space. The owners thought of everything a customer might need except for enough room to find it.

Went here today for a lil in between sew in style. First I called they had no problem checking stock to make sure they had what I wanted and were very helpful when I asked questions about where things were in the store. They got me all the way together

Beware of their outdated overpriced products. Your better off going to Sallys. Sallys always sells fresh products.

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid! The staff are sweet and polite. Theres an abundance of products. Theyve added new protocol with social distancing and ability to purchase gloves and masks. Go check them out and you wont be disappointed!

They could use a larger space for the amount of inventory they carry. That said, its still my favorite beauty supply store. Some stores are larger, but somehow they never have everything Im looking for like K Beauty does.

They had the same clippers in three different boxes that do the exact same thing, with the exact same description, but all of them had different prices. Then they wanted to sell it to me as a final sale when I pointed it out. The amount of security measures is excessive too...why criminalize people for shopping? Cameras, RID devices, mirrors.... its ridiculous!

This is the only place I buy my curly hair from. I have tried other stores but the selection cant compare and the prices are actually reasonable.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. I bought a hair dryer from here and the sales person checked if everything was in there, I trusted her and when I got home and opened it. There was a part missing. I go back to the store to tell them and they refused to do an exchange, refund my money, or even let me just buy that missing part. They wanted me to repurchase the whole set again. Their costumer service is bad, their manager is very rude and I don’t recommend this place overall.

Good place to shop, theres always a variety at reasonable prices. Theres a wide selection of hair care products and accessories. This location is a little out of the way but its worth the drive. Its clean both inside and out.

K Beauty Supply always has what I need for whatever hairstyle or makeup look Im going for and for a good price also. I love the hair growth oil and the edge booster gel when Im doing box braids or any other protective style.

For all your go to beauty needs this is a place to go. The staff there are actually friendly and courteous. I can go there and get hair supplies and also jewelry and accessories. They even have makeup and nail polish of all sorts. I have been going here for years and its so convenient with the hours of operation.

I go here a lot not be by choice because Gold Seven is closed on Sundays & there aren’t any other beauty supply that I know of besides the expensive one in Allen. Anyways. be careful when you go there pay attention to what you buy and how much they ring you up for for! They are scammers they over charge people to get more money! I got two things that totaled out to $6.00 plus tax, the man, yes the man, I believe he’s the owner, rung me up and the items totaled out to $10.00 plus tax! I told him it wasnt right but he kept saying it was, I paid for it and looked at my receipt & told him it wasn’t right! Finally he refunded me! But still why would I have to go through all that! If I wouldn’t have said anything and kept going he would have pocketed the rest of the extra money. I wonder how many other people this has happen too?

First Korean owned beauty supply store where I had a pleasant experience. Better selection of fashion wigs with lace fronts. The people are polite, as long as youre polite to them. No sales pressure, honest about their products, helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience. I’ve been living in Plano for about 3 years now and I’ve always chose k beauty to go to to purchase hair supplies. Almost every time I go there is a lady sneaking and following us around making us VERRRRRYYYY uncomfortable.

I went went there to pick up something for my hair and it reminds me of the hair supplies shops in Illinois wall to wall wigs, weaves and other hair accessories. That are stuff for those who wear their natural hair so its a good store to get your hair supplies but they need more natural stuff in there like shea butter.

I was just followed by the lady the whole entire time I was in the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I decided not to purchase anything, anymore. The funny thing is, I have over $1,000 in my purse! Will not be coming back 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was a custom at this location and was treated very poorly some of the store Representatives are professional but others make it clear that they do not want to interact with black people, however they love the black dollar. So I made sure I did not return to this location. If people mistreat you, you do not return to these locations and pay them to mistreat you. This is just my belief and my experience.

Not ever again. Sis you can, I wouldnt advise it. I wish there was an option to give zero stars, but since theres not here we are. Words like appreciation, customer service & general respect dont exist. IMO they dont really want you or your money but unfortunately you are their only means for money. And you know who you are!

I like this beauty supply store. The owners dont make you uncomfortable by hoovering over you and are always nice when asked a question. Also one of the only shops that sells pure jamaican castor oil.

My experience here was poor. I wear my hair natural so I have no need for wigs, weaves etc. I usually just come here for hair products or cosmetics and my purchases are very minimal. I have been here on several occasions where I was treated poorly because I was not purchasing wigs and fake hair. These are obviously their money makers and if you are coming in just for a few products you will be treated poorly. Last week I came in just to look around was asked if I needed help. I informed the clerk what I was looking for. He pointed out the location and I placed it in my basket. While in the store I was able to find something similar but less expensive so I put the item back up. When I got ready to check the clerk kept asking me why i didnt get the product and I eventually had to tell him I just changed my mind. They are very very pushy and if you are not in that demographic who blows all of your money on fake hair you will not be treated nicely.

They dont smile and do watch us. We shouldnt not give our money to people who dont trust us. They look at us as if we r aliens. We r marking them richer and their families, while we scrape our last together to buy from them.I pray one day we come together and stick up for our rights and that is to not be treated like we r criminals.Good Luck.

So went there yesterday to buy my daughter a wig for Halloween and she gave it to me to try it on my head and I grabbed my baby and I was gonna try it on her (since is for her custom) and this woman literally screamed at me not to try it on my daughter... so I ask her why, she answered only you can try it (lets leave clear I keep my daughter very clean and she is well behaved) so I asked her WHY? is not for me is for her! She had no answer she repeated again only you, I asked her whats you reason for you not to let my baby try a wig that so I explained to her again that it was for her Halloween custom and I needed to try it on her(I was upset), this time she was quiet and just looked at me like I had shyt on my face, my daughter started to cry and asked why she was being mean to her (my baby is 3) I hated to see my daughter like this for no reason... I always used to go there to buy my hair products, I will never go back there after this

She gets one star because she has old product on her shelves they dont have a high turnover rate as far as inventory shes very friendly though but must be careful of relaxers and colors that you buy there

I was iffy about coming to this store because of the reviews. They were the only beauty supply store open before 9 am so I took my chances. Both the older lady stocking and the man at the register were very very kind and helped me locate items I needed! They made sure I got everything I needed and didnt try to upsell any products like a previous review. The gave me options that were affordable and higher quality too. I had a nice conversation with the man at the register too. Very kind people! I will be returning!!

They have a wide variety of products such as babyliss styling tools, sew-in extensions, etc. however their customer service is absolutely disgusting. It was my first visit in and just got a acknowledged look that a customer was here from the lady behind the counter rather than a simple hello or welcome. I was looking around for it being my first time here and 5 minutes in, the same lady was asking if I was looking for something to which I replied that no Im just looking around. After that between a couple minutes span, she kept asking what I was looking for and where was I from.. I was confused why she was asking me so much questions. To my surprise she told me to leave the establishment if I was just going to loiter around. I questioned back in my defense and apparently she took me as a beauty supply competitor or a business man who was up to trouble. I just told her Im just a customer who is just looking around the place because it was my first time here. She shut up and walked away without any apology or anything. Still, it makes no sense to me why she couldnt just have asked me if I was even one when she first suspected me of anything. Everything about her attitude toward me was so condescending and rude.. either she needs to find something plug up that nasty attitude thats coming out her rear end or the place needs to consider replacing her.

Their services are so poor and they treat black people as if they come to steal from them. They are so ignorant because they didnt realize that 90% of the people that patronise them are black people. They also sell fake product especially jewelriess that get damaged the same day you bought it and if you take it back, they wont exchange it for you. You need to be nice to customers because you needed their money They also have poor customer services. The man there is so rude. I am not going there ever again nor my mom.

Great selection. The staff is very frie dly and welcoming. The prices are on par with the rest of the beauty stores. All in all this ia my new hair store.

They have most of what I am looking for but the prices are a little higher than the surrounding competition and they tape all the tops closed. This annoys me especially when I get home with my product all taped with moving tape.

The have bunch of wings, and hair products. Stuff does not have any price tag, which is very inconvenient.
