Checked this location for Sleep (Vanilla&Lavender) Body butter and there is none to be found.

I just love Bath and Body Works !They were one of a few stores open for business at the Mall in Plano Tx. Fresh smelling fall spices fully stocked. Variety of wonderful scented hand sanitizers . Lotions potions. Air freshners to plug in for home beautiful selection of candles, body scrubs. Treat yourself!

Had a weird experience at this location yesterday. Went in to exchange some candles and spent about 20 min in the store smelling different candles to exchange.I noticed out the corner of my eye an associate suspiciously watching me. I looked at her and she quickly turned her head. Now Ive been a very loyal customer to BBW for the past 15 years and have visited many of their stores across the country. Not once has this ever happened.I dont like being watched while I shop. Not only that they kept asking do I need help every other 5 minutes. Ive worked in retail before and this is a tactic they use if they have any suspicion that you are trying to steal something. This made me feel super uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location.

I called this store yesterday not realizing it was an hour before they were even open. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristy. She was more than helpful and let me know the item I wanted was available at her store. She put the item aside for me. When arriving at the store I was greeted by kind, helpful employees. I know its just Bath and Body Works but the customer service was worth getting on to write a review for. They went above and beyond.

Its heaven on earth inside that store

You cannot walk past this store in the Willow bend mall without making a stop. The sweet smelling fragrances will whisper your name and make you purchase something. This store has a nice selection of candles, lotions, fragrances and so on. Stop by and take advantage of their holiday sales. Their staff is friendly and helpful too.

Crazy busy today...but able to find a few items I needed.

I mean... its Bath & Body Works. I remember when they had five scents and I bought everything in Country Apple. Smells amazing, staff is very helpful, sales are awesome. I love their Wallflowers, theyre strong enough to combat my two stinky dogs.

The store is always clean and organized. Some of the female employees are a little chatty with each other instead of the customer. When I went last they had a guy named Donny (I think) who was super helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me some to smell and I bought more than I needed.

Deals, deals, deals! They always seem to have a great deal at this location. Whether its candles, lotion, or other products, you can find something. The staff are attentive, quick to greet you, and knowledgeable. Lines are short and checkout is quick.

I dont like when stores do this:. The sale items mixed with the non-sale items that are very similar to the sale items. Thankfully a lady, who worked there did tell me that the ones over across from me were the plug ins on sale. However I still spent too much in this store like I always do 😁

Lots of sales and coupons and staff is so helpful in finding what you need and honoring the coupon you forgot! Even in the madness, they do a great job in keeping the store clean. I did once have a candle break and they didnt take it back, but its not going to stop me from shopping there.

Great store, purchased some hand sanitizer n lotion for me and then some presents for the ladies in my life. Highly recommend this place. Have great specials daily. They specials that day were $3 for any 8oz lotion. Cant beat that!

Today is candle sale day. The store is packed but the employees and shoppers were all being very pleasant. A lot of sents were gone by 10:15 am likely due to the last sale when the candles were $12.95. All in all it was a good outing and I have 8 sents..

Small but cozy and friendly staff...we felt welcome in store and staff helped us, answered questions. Appreciate taking care of us!

It was alright. Not too happy about buying xmas stuff on 75% off area and only getting 50% off. I called and they blamed it on customers putting things back in wrong area. There was multiples of where I grabbed mine from. So I know that it was not what they claimed.
