My wife and I wanted to update two bathrooms and we started our search for cabinets, however, we had a very bad experience with a major store and left the place very upset. My wife refused to do business with this national chain and walked out in anger. I thought we were stuck without any other options until I remembered finding Cabinets to Go online, so we left that awful store and drove right over to Cabinets to Gos Plano Texas location. From the start we had a great experience with Misael and Tracy the manager at this location. Misael never rushed us in our decision making and helped us with any questions we had. The cabinets fit perfectly when they were installed. One of my favorite features are what I call the cabinet air brakes because when you close the drawers and doors they slowly close by themselves. We have older cabinets in our kitchen and it makes our kitchen cabinets see so boring. Anyway, the major store we went to, initially, told us it would be quite a while to get our cabinets and Cabinets to Go actually received our cabinets quicker than we were told at the other place. The major store quoted us an astronomical price stating that all their customers spend a gazillion dollars in remodels and made us feel like a couple of low life losers. So glad we walked out of that place because we saved $7,000, on our complete remodel, by going with Cabinets to Go. Very great experience. For those customers that reviewed this store negatively due to shipping times I say nice cabinets like these take a little more time to get in than going to a home improvement store and picking them up, but be patient, because you will be rewarded by the final results. I have included a picture of one of our finished bathrooms and I think its fabulous....Great job Cabinets to Go!!!Thank you for all your help!!!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I came and bought a new bathroom vanity and got the installation. The experience overall was great. It was fast and easy and everyone was super helpful. The cabinets are good quality and nice, the countertops look great as well.
I remodeled my kitchen about 6 months ago. We went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and were looking for quality cabinets and fast! Our house flooded so we were in need of cabinets very quickly. We happened to stop by Cabinets to Go and fell in love with the all wood white shaker cabinets. We bought the cabinet and they were installed within 3 weeks! It was amazing! The sales team that I worked with and the installer were so helpful in such a stressful situation. Not to mention the cabinets and install cost less than the cabinets alone at Lowe’s! We ended up using them to do countertops as well and they went in in about a week and it was a fabulous experience. I highly recommend them for your next kitchen remodel!!

Ive remodeled several kitchens with these cabinets. The product is solid and high quality. The service Ive received has always been timely and professional. I literally pay less here than Id pay to purchase Home Depot garbage sawdust cabinets.
Oh this is the place to go for the do-it-yourselfer and even if youre not they have installers but the deals that they give you and the the product that you get is amazing and ask for Tim he runs the store and hes been nothing but great help to me this whole process and I dont really know what I was doing but Im kind of one of those guys can get it done anyways and my stuff looks like its professionally installed and Im not a professional and its because of their products and their knowledge and how easy it is to put the stuff together use glue Nails yourself and everything will be great and you might as well order your granite your countertops for them and if you need a floor that got it there and its the talents just great to
I have to say I had an amazing experience when I went into cabinets to go. They were very busy and there was a line of people waiting to talk to a designer just like I was. There were 4 people taking care of the guests and while I was waiting I got greeted and reassured my multiple sales people that they would be with me shortly. This was pretty impressive how welcomed I felt. As I sat with the designer they made my kitchen come to life in a matter of minutes. It was incredible! They helped me design some things that I was having trouble visualizing. The manager came and talked to us as well and made us feel so comfortable. We left with a new kitchen, new countertops and new flooring !! It took about a week for my cabinets and flooring to come and now my wife and I are finally ready for countertops. The cabinets were so easy to assemble and to set! This has been the best experience!
Despite other reviewers I had a very good experience with Cabinets to Go. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and fit my budget. The sales team that I worked with was on top of things and made sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it. I would recommend Cabinets to go to everyone anyone who is looking to renovate their kitchen!

Jamie, the store manager, worked hard to get our kitchen design exactly how we wanted it and was very patient with my many revisions and changes. I went into cabinets to go off E Plano parkway in Plano, to pick up a couple vanities, I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and a whole lot of smiles, They were super helpful and informative, definitely will be recommending them to all my friends!

My negative review echoes similar sentiments of the one star reviews for this place. It took over 3 months for my entire order to come in (although I was told it would be 2-3 weeks). I also had to pay my contractor to make 3 separate trips because the order didnt come in complete the first OR the second time I was told that it had all been shipped. Im not sure I saved any money from the big box stores like they claim afterall.I was really going to let this go too and not post a review, but I realized that they charged my account for charges that I didnt make to the tune of 340. They didnt call me or tell me that they were charging me extra money, just authorized the transaction. I didnt sign for it either. I am filing a dispute with the credit card company and filing a complaint with better business bureau.I will say that the planning consultation and the quality of the cabinets are good, but its not worth the other head aches.Dont spend a dime in this store, theres a reason there are so many negative reviews.
I was actually sort of shocked at how easy it was. We gave the designer our dimensions and within minutes he had an exact 3D model replica of our kitchen and we could change out cabinets and colors and everything as we went. When we finally settled on a design it was incredibly smooth. It took 6 weeks for them to get delivered and we had to get a 3rd party to install them.We had a few small issues with the items after they were delivered. One of the soft-close drawers would stick, some of the soft-close doors werent soft closing and there was a paint drip on one of the cabinets. We told them about the issues and within 5 days we had replacements for everything, no questions asked. I was amazed.
DO NOT GO HERE! Went here because of the easy way to build out our kitchen and it has been filled with every since possible snake oil salesman stuff possible. several pieces were damaged in route and a month and a half later i just found out i am 120 days out because they are out of stock. it is mind blowing that they cant replace the parts that were damaged. this was after they told me they had arrived two weeks late at the store. come to pick up them up and only one piece out of 4 were included. clearly someone forgot to put in the right order. dont worry there is more. during the sale our sales person kept talking about all the cool additions you can get for the cabinets. they are even in the show room. what she didnt tell you is that you have to go through a seperate company to get all of that and then coordinate with the installation. installation was also 35% of the entire cost of the cabinets. was blown away but was able to find someone to do it for half. i would never again do business with these people. the worst part is the store has no connection with customer service so once you are paid its a wash our hands of you. stay away and pay the extra for custom you will be much happier.
Quick to take your money very slow to get your wood!!!!! And once your wood comes in guess what. Your no longer important. Not to mention that my order was missing a piece of wood then I had to pay for another one and wait another week and a half for it to come into the store. As an installer this makes me look bad. Having a project stay on my books and having a cabinet sitting there as an eye sore for my customers to give me a bad review. When there is nothing I could possibly do. Thank you cabinets2go been here 15 min waiting on the piece of paper to pick up the tiny piece of wood that was left off my order. Meanwhile my children are waiting at home for me.

If Google would have zero or half star for ratings thats what Ctg deserves,the problem is designer/sales lady (homeria) does not have a clue of what she is doing,she just takes your money and ignores you,she did not even have the decency to follow up my counter top purchase...I had to call the fabricator to see what was the issue, but was told that homeria was supposed to call me back to pay for the extra square footage so they could procede with the order!..Never reveived the call and homeria told me that it was not her responsibility to call me about money owed for any extra stuff,So if you want bad service go see homeria, only thing good about Ctg is the stuff they sell !?

UPDATE!!! Customer Service better cabinets MehAfter 9-10 months of getting nowhere, C2G had some management changes. SVP of customer support contacted me to explain that he had assumed the role and was working to resolve long outstanding tickets. About 3 months after we had ordered our cabinets, the grey stain we ordered was discontinued and they had used up all of the reserves they had to fix problem doors. To address the issue they sent a pro installer to look at our cabinets. He measured, counted all my doors and then left saying that he would talk to Cabinets To Go and then they would be back in touch. 2+ months after hearing nothing, I called to get an update. They decided they would replace every door face front to all of my cabinets. The doors were a very slight different color than the rest of the cabinets, but once all the doors were replaced it is hard to notice. The mgr also refunded us a few hundred bucks, in addition to paying for pro installer to install for the labor. This did address the color matching problem...but only because they sent enough extras for to cherry pick what doors would look good. The face fronts and doors are not a single piece of wood, which means you will end up with striping on your doors and with grey stain, it looks bad, unless you can cherry pick face fronts. My advice is DO NOT order grey IF you use C2G. Pray hard that you don’t have any problems, because communication/updates is lacking. There was no true ownership of problem resolution IMHO.We also had an issue with a cabinets with tall doors, the tall doors are 2 doors connected together, with a metal dowel that is thinner than the hole it is placed in, and the doors rattle when opened/closed. Our previous doors had wood dowels that joined them and did not rattle. When I complained about this, it took about a month for the cabinet installer to fix it.Personally I will NEVER use this company again. They did eventually resolve the matter. I am not happy with product quality.Original Review:We ordered some grey cabinets from this company back in late December 2017 we received them about 6 weeks later, opened up the boxes to find that 5 or 6 doors had spray or roller blotches on them and needed to be replaced. When calling to get support on this, the reps are friendly but the NEVER call or email back unless you engage them. Their philosophy appears to be to hope you quit contacting them and grow weary of having to drive/push them to support their product.In early July I called them again and blew up, I ranted on twitter and called them getting irate and insisting on a manager helping me. Suddenly after waiting over 4 months I had some doors shipped 2nd day air to me. Unfortunately since I purchased the cabinets CabinetsToGo decided to change their grey color so the doors do not match our cabinets! I called them back to try and figure this out and never heard back from them. A week later I call them again, I get irritated and have to speak sternly AGAIN to find out that they had changed their color. Now they are debating if they want to replace all my cabinet drawer fronts and doors. I mentioned to them what about the cabinet faces that wont match? What about my countertops that are already installed???? I had received an email from CabinetsToGo stating that I could go ahead and install my cabinets (because they would fix the problem). but now what will happen? I am hoping they will pay to replace everything and do the job RIGHT! It is just such a pain to deal with them... I would advise anyone thinking about using this company to think twice, mistakes are common and I personally have no problem with mistakes, so long as customer service is there to fix the mistakes and make things right. I am still waiting to see if CabinetsToGo will do that! If they do I promise I will update my review to reflect that.
Recently used them for a kitchen remodel. First Id like to start by the quailty of the product is great. Drawers work great, great finish on everything.As you always should check your reviews. There are alot of people who mention delays for their products so be ready and plan accordingly. Many people complain of a month of delays mine was only one week. They were extremely professional about it even when I was freaking out, as due to my own personal reasons I lost time before I put the order in.I will say that Misael is fantastic. Super helpful I started shopping cabinets months before I was ready. He worked with me even though I openly stated I wasnt going to be ready to order for 2 months. The company uses a fun 3D program which allows them to give you a great idea of what the layout will look like.Make sure you find the right people to put them together as there is a little of detail needed to ensure everything is straight and doesnt hit each other.Also Ill say that the delays I had with cabinets to go are well within normal standards of the industry. At least accordingly to my research. I couldnt find a single company who didnt have delays. Its a tough product and I get it. But a close friend used a non local company and had over a month delays. And shipping errors and more.Super happy with product and customer service. And again even though there was a delay I still give it 5 stars as its was welllll within industry standard.Great job and again a shout out to Misael for great customer service!!
The people that work here are not very experienced, its all about selling you some cabinets...then they are done with you. You will have to wait for your cabinets...which is understood....But over 6-8 months is not acceptable. Parts will not be shipped or they get shipped damaged....and CTG employees will not call or email you about any of this...you will have to call them, then they will update you about the missing or damaged parts..... and then you will have to constantly call or email them to get updates on the parts, because they will NEVER contact you.Do not use their cabinet installers !They will rip you off and they are not very professional.I am still waiting on cabinet parts that were ordered in March... It has taken all I can not to blow up on both the Installer they recommended and these CTG employees ....but I fear that I will never get my project done if i do.
First, they didnt tell me they only deliver cabinets to houses on Thursdays; then they call me the day before and tell me I need to take off work. I was never informed of this, I paid $1800 to have the cabinets delivered, we even discussed when I bought the cabinets the installer picking them up with his trailer.So after numerous frustrating calls, the truck (coming from Waco) said they would deliver it to my house on Saturday, they were two hours late (no apology) we had to wait on them and my install and because of them we couldnt get it done during that time.I never got a phone call from anyone in the warehouse in Waco.Then as we were installing, I noticed some of the cabinets were different. The salesperson then ordered the wrong cabinets, so those had to be changed out, again by the installer.Now, theyre coming after me two weeks later saying I owe them $160 something dollars for install, that number wasnt on the final bill or final design. Originally, the same salesperson said it was for installing the sink, yet I already paid for that so now she its for installation of the panels and apologizing for missing it .I should have read the reviews, I didnt think they were true, but yeah, its that bad. Truly horrible customer service.The only good thing was the installer, he did everything that these salespeople wouldnt do.

Job not complete several months after Cabinets To Go said it would be. NO customer service at all. I bought cabinets at the start of 2015 and was told they would be installed by March. Its May and the job isnt done and they havent called at all to inform me as to why I havent received the rest of my order. Ive had the Cabinets To Go contractor out a few times due to them showing up with the wrong order, pieces of the job showing up late and not having a drawing that was designed in the store. Every time I call to ask, which is every 2 weeks since mid March, I get an excuse as to why things arent here and then I never hear back. Meanwhile my cabinets still arent finished. Truly the worse service and biggest waste of money Ive ever spent. This is the first time in my life Ive ever felt the need to use the BBB to file a complaint.

Horrible! My wife and I walked in and the sales rep didnt even get out of his seat to help us. Every question we asked, his answer was 👉 its over there and thats all we have.
