Stephanie Lopez was wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgeable and able to advise me of a great design for my master closet based on my needs and also took care of the measurements, ordered the product and helped with planning out the coordination of the delivery and installation, all which went so smoothly with no issue. The installation team led by Casey painted my closet and installed the closet same day, starting at 8am and was finished well before 5pm. It looks WONDERFUL and Im so happy with the work theyve all done. If only all construction/design work could go so smoothly. This was my wife and I 1st time ever going to the container store. As soon as we entered into the store we were greeted. We barely could get our hands on a basket before an employee rushed to us and asked did we need help finding anything. We were just amazed by their sense of urgency and just amazing customer service. To sum it all they were patient, kind, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back and recommend this store.
