I just love the new carpet I bought from Ideal Floors! It’s top quality and totally enhanced the rooms we placed it in. The two installers were polite, knowledgeable and diligent with their work. It was also the most affordable . The next time I need flooring I will be coming back to Ideal Floors .

Im glad my wife found this place ideal floors, company we went first to 2 very well known home improvement places to check vinyl plank flooring and it was a hart thing to do and very expensive i wold said, if you want the best pattern and thickness is over a 3.50 the square foot in those places, but here in IDEAL FLOORS I was very surprised for the very good variety of vinyl plank flooring very good patterns, a lot too choose from the price was fantastic, I was impressed how good price was and we bought little more than 1,000 square feet very happy with this place,price and with the floors, I recommend Ideal floors 100% ...

IDeal flooring was exceptional for n replacing carpet in a room for me. Quick, punctual, and clean! The installer was fantastic!! I Highly recommend them!

Below is my feedback on the installation work done by iDealfloors:1. Scratched sink was installed by iDealfloors.2. iDeal floor was responsible for the whole job (granite, sink and backsplash) not just one part, so you are responsible for delivering the end result. If iDealfloors has to redo anything the costs should should be theirs - that is Replacement of the scratched sink as it was a new sink installed by iDealfloors along with the granite and backsplash.The cost does not matter - even if it was installed for free it was to be a new sink and not a defective one3.Per email from iDealFloor - iDealFloor is willing to try to change out the sink but I will have to accept responsibility for any damages and any replacement cost for the granite and backsplash before we can attempt to change out the sink. This is totally NOT acceptable - as it was defective product installed and under warranty. It is iDealfloors responsibility of any damages caused during the replacement as mentioned above. Else what is the point of their warranty ?4.I was left with no choice other than accepting the $100 credit. Am now stuck with a scratched sink for life unless I bear the cost of whole new granite/backsplash install - The sink should have been installed with brackets for easy replacement flexibility at any time.5.iDealfloor installation method is archaic compared to the modern method and going with a big company my expectation was their methods to be up to date.6.It was also indicated by that something may have fallen in the sink or something was placed in the sink causing the scratch after it was installed. The install was completed on 7/27/2020 and the scratches were reported on 7/29/2020. The house is vacant plus the location of the scratches will suggest themselves that a falling object cannot make such scratches. Till date (8/15/2020) the sink is not used by anyone. The attempt to put the blame otherwise was also very unprofessional.7.The $100 compensation refund for the sink price by iDealfloors to compensate my $3000 install is a lame way of washing your hands off any responsibility instead of fixing the actual problem8.Repeated referral to the property as a rental/investment property as if that makes if OK to install subpar products and installation process.Worse than the new sink been scratched is the fact that I will be stuck with this sink unless I can afford to replace the granite plus backsplash itself - this is just ridiculous .The purpose of the post is to make customers aware of the iDealfloor experience I had. Am really frustrated and upset after engaging a reputed company and getting treated this way - ended up with a defective product. They tired me out.

This guy was so helpful and gave us a great deal. I was so happy I tried to give the guy a tip and he absolutely refused it. Awesome customer service. Weve had 4 of our own houses and and six rent houses over the years.Worked with a number of flooring vendors and for our last three properties (personal and rental) we have used iDeal Floors and worked with Michelle to address the needs we had fro carpeting/re-carpeting, vinyl plank flooring, as well a granite counter-tops. Michelle and her teams gave us very clear guidance, suggestions and final pricing. The iDeal floor teams focused on getting their work done on a timely basis and any issues we found they quickly re-mediated.Always very easy to work with and in our last work with Michelle, they didnt present a bill until well after they were completed and we had followup from Michelle asking if everything was good for us. Have no problem recommending and will be using iDeal Floors for our next flooring or counter-top tasks.

I saved $1200 on the LVT flooring I purchased through iDeal Floors!! Our local big box store had the same flooring but I didn’t want to pay their price so I did a quick google search and found the exact flooring at iDeal Floors way cheaper. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely buy from them again. Very fast, easy process.

The first time we used flooring from Ideal Floors, I did not expect too much due to the price. But being and investment property, we gave it a chance. The outcome was PERFECT. We installed the floors ourselves. Installation was easy. The floors looked like real wood. We just finished our second house with flooring from Ideal floors. The price of their floors is so low yet the quality is high. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed with iDeal Floors. They initially quoted me 4 days with a possibility of a 5th day and it ended up taking nearly 3 weeks to get completed. The communication was extremely poor to the extent that I had to get the Owner involved. Even after getting him involved, the communication was still sub-par. The only reason I am giving them 2-stars is they did end up coming back out to finish the project. I am still not completely satisfied with the work that was done, but do not have any intention of having them come back out to mess up more items. I do NOT recommend using this organization.

Got some counters installed and I love them! Ideal Floors was Professional and made the process very easy. I had no negative issues. There was a piece that was slightly chipped and they fixed it immediately. Overall I would highly recommend them. Great pricing and installation pricing.

Ideal Floors was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I’ve had them totally re-carpet two of my homes. One in 2011 and the other in 2017. Each time they have been amazing moving all of my furniture, some required disassembling and reassembling. They accomplished this with no damages or problems. They are a family owned company and they treat you like family! And to top it off their prices are very competitive! I came across Ideal floors on the Good Contractors Website, after one of thebig box stores had wasted weeks of my time. After finally giving up on the big retailer, I desperately called Ideal Floors near 10 p.m. on a Thursday night. My plan was to leave a message so I could get it off my mind that night. I received a text message a few minutes later, basically saying we got you, dont worry. The next morning, they had someone at the house, ready to measure the floor for a single room. My error caused them to have to wait 40 minutes to get in but they did it. The following Monday, they had beautiful new carpet installed and, with a last minute request, stretched the carpet upstairs. They did, in 4 days, what the big box couldnt do in weeks. The total cost was hundreds less than the retailer had quoted and the service was stellar! They went above and beyond, and saved my bacon in a crisis. They are the ONLY contractor that didnt let me down on this project! Good, honest folks doing a great job!

I am not sure where to start. I am an investor of a home in East Dallas, along with another investor, and the service so far has been mediocre. We have contacted them Wednesday regarding VERY specific expectations to be addressed on a Saturday 9-10am meeting at this E.Dallas investment home. The guy shows up with a transition piece that was inadequate, because he himself subbed for the contractor who was supposed to show up and rectify the situation. Lo and behold, several “professionals” up the line were contacted and no one knew where the transition piece was. Maria/Marie was notified but she wouldn’t be able to rectify til next week. Why couldn’t we get any communication from Wednesday to Saturday about the fact that they couldn’t “do what they are supposed to do?” My colleague had texted and emailed them. Still no response.Their shoddy work has left my busy investor colleague to be on his knees to scrape caulking from walls, etc. so we could get this home photograph-ready by Monday...I am so put off, right now!Folks, good reviews travel fast, but bad reviews travel far, and faster. I am not happy and have no problem rebutting Ideal Floors at investor club meetings. Pathetic!!

After searching high and low with the help of a local home improvement store for some replacement tiles to fix our kitchen floor we were told that the tile was discontinued and they had no way to get any. We searched online and finally found iDeal Floors in Plano,TX. They had some of our tile!! I dealt with Sara and she was FANTASTIC! She secured the tile for me, sent a PayPal invoice and shipped the tile right out. The tile arrived and it looked as if FedEx had put a fork lift through box... 3 tile were broken. I contacted Sara, sent her the photos and she sent me new box. Super happy with and grateful for Sara and iDeal Floors... they certainly saved us money and made the process really easy. I have used them twice over the last few years...First time had an excellent experience...second time they measured wrong had to wait for them to reorder...(no biggie) Iand was told they would keep my measurements for when we were ready to retile the rest of our home....now is that time-no measurements were kept and they said they would have to come back out-asked if they still had the same tile and carpet via email 3 times and two attempts at calling got disconnected and no one ever called me back.

I was able to locate a discontinued tile to do some patching and I received it within the week. They were very responsive.
