This was a long process, buying from Louisiana and having my car shipped but the salesman Albert was very helpful and was on top of everything! (I worked with 2 different salesman throughout my process) He maintained great communication throughout the process and got things done quickly. He even made sure I got my keys that was left in my trade in. I love my new car.

Cristian Valdez was great! Not like a typical sales guy. He was easy going, personable and did not make us feel pressured to buy anything. I test drove a lot of cars and he was patient and accommodating. I shopped prices at several places and felt I got a fair price. Found a car that I love within budget. I have been looking for a Masereti for over 3 weeks. I had my check in hand from my bank, therefore I was ready to buy. I finally found one but it was in Dallas and I was in Houston. I called the dealership and Ike was the salesman I was referred to. The car was not there but was due to arrive in a day or so. He advised he would call me as soon as it came in. The next day the car came in and sure enough Ike called me and sent me a video of the car, it was beautiful.Due to the large amount, I had to put my eyes on this car. The issue was I was 4 hours away. I was advised, it was first come first served, so guess what, my husband and I got on the road and drove to Dallas. We got there and the car had everything I wanted. Im glad I went to purchase the car in person due to a couple of things that needed correcting but they took car of those items and back to Houston we went.Ike was awesome and the experience was quick and easy. We were literally in and out withing 2 1/2 hours. I will never buy a car without a check in hand and confirmation the dealer have what I want. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!I bought a car at this dealership being out of state. First, it was so hard to get in touch with somebody over the phone, I had to call the general manager to provide me a salesman because the previous gentleman on a phone was so rude and didnt want to give me any information. Finally, I got a deal by the end of the day, after that car was stocked for 2 weeks at the dealership, due to different issues. I arranged a transportation service to bring a car to my place and when the driver almost arrives at the dealership, the sales representative called me and said they found a crack on the windshield at the last minute. So I had to pay a late cancellation fee for a driver. But the most horrible happened later when I finally got my car. The car was dirty and everything was in the paint. Nobody could give me any explanations for why they sent a car like this. The general manager said it was buffin component and sent me a check for $200, which was a nice part, but when I finally drop a car to detail I got aware that the back bumper was repainted after the car was sold to me. I tried to contact the general manager but everybody just start ignoring me. And final thing was that they received my plates one month ago and sent them to the wrong address and didnt let me know that the plates came back to the dealership.PLEASE BUY CARS IN DIFFERENT PLACES IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE MANY PROBLEMS.--

My wife and I sold our 2013 MBZ E350 and 2013 BMW X5 with low mileage (approximately, 70,000 miles each). We casted a nationwide online search from our West Plano home, for a late model E350 and GLC in white. We found both cars (horses) at Dallas Auto. We had clear title on our prior cars and/or pre-funding when we collaborated with Dallas Autos Rob Evans. Rob is a people-person and I found many commonalities during our discussions about life and family. As it relates to the new horses, Rob listened and provided the specific vehicles, we were looking for, a 2020 MBZ E350 (AMG Accents) and 2020 GLC with the black wheels (see pics), very nice. Rob offered to deliver the horse to our home but we worked it out with the car rental. He took car of the small things, which really matters, such as making sure the cars were detailed, applicable mats and had their upholstery man resolve a blemish on the front passenger seat, now invisible. As a IT Director and wife a Corporate Sale Director, we appreciate quality results and closing the sale as a win-win. We have friends and family, who love our new horse and asked us to refer them. We have referred them to Dallas Auto and, especially, Rob Evans, extraordinaire Sale Professional.

Was in and out within 5 minutes and not due to a good experience. My husband and I were told we can only test drive one vehicle and we’d be better off going to look elsewhere if we still needed to figure out which vehicle we wanted. The salesman said they sell the most vehicles and sell them fast which doesn’t make sense considering the vehicle we were wanting to look at has been there for over 3 months! In addition, they charge a ridiculous dealer fee of $1,498 for a “location service” for your car. I just purchased a vehicle from a different dealership with the exact same service for $400. Total rip-off and judgmental as soon as you walk in the door! Found the exact same car elsewhere for $3000 cheaper, less mileage, and no dealer fee. Thank you autos of Dallas for showing us who NOT to waste our time with! Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had.

I had just started the car shopping process three days ago… I went into a Autos of Dallas to look at a Jaguar XE to buy for a daily driver. Cristian V. showed me the car and handed me the keys for me to test drive at my leisure by myself! I wasn’t quite sold on the interior space since I have to entertain clients sometimes… So I looked at an F Pace on the lot and test drove that as well. After test driving both of them I still wasn’t quite sure and told Cristian I had one other vehicle to look at, at another dealer and I would let him know either way the next day. He didn’t try to keep me there… pressure me… and gave me his cell number in case I had any other questions after I left.Needless to say I was impressed… I called him the next afternoon and told him I was going to go with the F pace… He asked for my basic information… The next day the finance manager called me with a rate and a payment… After agreeing upon it he had everything ready when I showed up the next day to pick up the keys… Cristian made this three day process easy and rewarding..! I would definitely recommend Autos of Dallas to anyone looking for a high-end vehicle without the high-end pressure.

Oh I am someone who firmly believes in thoroughly inspecting a vehicle before buying it. However, I found a vehicle with the exact package I needed and I could not make the trip to Dallas to inspect it. However, I took notice of the type of vehicles that were for sale in their inventory and also read their high reviews. They were willing to send any pictures or videos I requested and the vehicle seemed absolutely immaculate and almost too good to be true. They had it shipped to me very quickly and upon arrival I saw that the vehicle was truly perfect. It really could pass as a show room vehicle that has never been driven.If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from then you can rest assured that they only deal with high end vehicles in great condition. I highly recommend for anyone in the position that I was in that cannot view in person and needs a place they can trust.

Mr. Frankie Wells was my salesperson. He was direct and straightforward during the entire transaction. I flew in from Michigan to get look at the truck. Mr. Wells picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealer. The truck was exactly as described and pictured. After a quick test drive, we returned to the dealer to sign the paperwork. Afterwords, Mr. Wells provided transportation to my hotel. I’m back in Michigan now, and my truck is scheduled to arrive on Thursday. It was a smooth transaction, and I look forward to continued future business.

IKE over at Autos of Dallas assisted me in getting the Jaguar that I really wanted. I called and knew exactly what I wanted. He was very understanding, patient, and not pushy at all. I had my new car secured within hours and picked it up the next day. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience ever. I had a great car buying experience at Autos of Dallas. My Salesperson was Ike, who was both informative and comforting throughout the whole process. He was up front about there being no negotiations on price and up front about the customer care package that automatically gets added to the price of the car. Most salesman wait until it’s pencil time to discuss those things. Also, I got an approval in less that an hour. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half and that includes my two test drives. I will definitely be doing more business in the future with this dealership.

I recommend you ask for him if you visit this dealership!I would, however, recommend the owner teach Mr. TL Ricks “customer service 101”. I almost walked out and didn’t buy a car because of him. I was dealing with Cristian and Mr Ricks decided to interject himself into the conversation somewhat aggressively. I didn’t appreciate it Bc it had nothing to do with him. Buyer beware. Have purchased a vehicle here before, and had no issues. This time, trade in vehicle, do most of the deal remotely since I live 6hrs away. Notice a few cosmetic issues, ask salesman, then escalates to sales manager. Nothing he can do. Tires not a matching set, so I ask, “well, we had to replace that tire”, so everything is good? “Yes”. Go to leave, TPMs shows low tire. They add air and send me on my way. Something doesn’t feel right (Have wife and daughter with me) so we stop by discount tire down the road. The “new” tire has a screw in it, not repairable, other 3 tires too worn to drive safely. I text my contacts, they say “Don’t worry, we’ll make it right”. Nothing can be done 4pm on a Saturday. Chalk it up to bad luck. Buy airfare for the 3 of us, get home, will start over Monday.Monday arrives, but airfare to return to pick up the vehicle which stayed the weekend at Discount Tire. I call sales manager after the new kid salesman (I think he was doing best he can, new to the job), and the rudest, most unprofessional sales manager (TL) from cosmetic issues previously enters the fray. I told him I had concerns that the dealer could have put my family at risk by not having safe, reliable tire, and I would have been stuck on side of road if we had not stopped to double check the tires and that I was told Autos of Dallas would make it right. (Not true) He gets immediately nasty, . I ask him to make it right and pay for the tires and I’ll be in my way. He told me I wasn’t “going to tell him how to spend the dealer money” and “get my car back to me”, then said, “this isn’t a sales problem, this needs to be service” and punted. He was also irritated that I would ask for half of the airfare back and forth to be covered for inconvenience. Ended up, the service manager did his best to make it right, and found some tires from other vehicles on the lot.Be careful when dealing here. Customer service and follow up not what I would ever expect. Super friendly till there is an issue.

Okay, not a great experience. I bought a used Audi Q5 and had it shipped. So I was nervous buying such an expensive vehicle without seeing it first. It’s only a 4 hour drive to Plano and I considered going to look at it. The car has less than 6k miles so I asked my salesman if there were any flaws that you would notice. He said “the car Is perfect”. Well it wasn’t quite perfect. Nothing terrible, I just wish he had been more transparent.

I never want to post bad reviews about a business but after the way I was treated so rudely and unprofessionally the sales manager TL Ricksat Autos of Dallas I had to express my deep concerns on how he tried to manipulate and pressured me about additional charges and fees that were not explained to me in financing.I have excellent credit, didnt ask to negotiate on the price we called the dealership a head of time to come test drive a Maserati Ghibiliand not only was the vehicle very dirty it had spiders in the trunk my boyfriend had to leave for a meeting and we asked if they can hold the car so we can get it checked out with our mechanic which the salesman agreed too. The dealership then told me when my bf left I had to buy the car even though we offered a $1,000 deposit which I felt very pressured without having it checked out first.We came in the next day after we noticed almost $2,000 in additional fees added to the purchase price to find out what the fees and charges were. The sales manager TL Ricks came in the office had a sarcastic attitude towards us both and told me I should have read what I signed.He said so do you feel like we took advantage of you when I said that these charges were never shown to meHe then threw the paperwork on the desk and walked out of the office and told the sales person you deal with them. He never came into the office again or said goodbye when we left.When we came back to pick the vehicle up it had no gas and no floor mats. The sales manager TL Ricks was there in his office and didnt walk out to apologize or thank us for our business. I will never go back to this dealership ever again and I have told my friends and family how I was treated to never do business with this dealership. As a woman, I feel I was taken advantage of and mistreated very rudely when I was just trying to have a pleasant buying experience to purchase my new car.

After doing tons of research, I went to the dealership with a car in mind, test drove it and was a little surprised it wasn’t what I expected it to be. Weve all heard the unfortunate stories from other individuals when it comes to dealerships and auto shopping, and/or even the staff. Yikes! I have to admit that I do not have an unfortunate story to present to you today. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience since I walked in. Chris Allen was very professional, very knowledgeable, determined to provide answers to all of my questions, quick to provide me with the key to the available vehicles of my choice. Kevin Jones was also very proficient. When the time came for the financing part of the process, Ryan was able to find the best solution for me. Ryan means business, not pushy at all, never rushed me. In fact, he once presented me with something great and I may have slept on it too long. Not to mention or that its anyones business, but I live an hour away from Autos of Dallas, it takes me about two hours to get there if theres traffic. There are dozens of other dealerships closer to where I reside but again from the first day I walked in they had my business. Thank you again gentlemen for being gentlemen. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEIm from San Antonio, I checked the deal online, for BMW 430i 4DR. I liked the deal and talked to JP on the phone. He initially responded well, called me thrice, and wanted me to come to Dallas to have a look at the car. I informed him that Id come to Dallas on Monday (07-05-2121), and wanted to get back with the car. I informed him, about my arrival, before I started as well.After I reached there, JP seemed busy. I waited for at least an hour (which is understandable) before we spoke about the car. Only after that JP informed me that the car we were discussing was not available, as it was in the shed for the past 1 week. It is not available for almost another week. I was disappointed. JP should have informed me at least before I drove 300 miles. I was ready to look for other cars as I was in consideration to get any other good car. JP didnt seem interested to at least show me other cars. I searched a few online myself and enquired about the cars available that day. I finally liked a car and was ready to get the deal.I spoke to the manager, TL, about the deal. Im sorry to say this, but it was a very bad customer service experience. The way TL talked was not appropriate at all.I was ready to take the car at the end, despite all the hassle, but they said they are nearing the closing time, and wanted me to come the next day, driving from San Antonio.I would never recommend Autos of Dallas to any of my friends/ colleagues. I would rather prefer to get a car at a higher price than to get a car with the worst customer service experience.

Wow! Look at all the fake reviews.So many 1 review folks out there buying off-lease vehicles.This place went down fast after new ownership took over.Bought two cars from previous owner, but I wont be buying again.Staff acts as if theyre doing you a favor by speaking with you. Lots of posing going on. There are 6 lots selling the same off-lease vehicles as you within 500 yards, maybe treat customers a bit better.New owner has completely changed business model, adding $1000s in extra fees to the listed price. I recently bought a Mercedes for my wifes birthday and had a fantastic experience with this dealership and Johnny who was my sales agent.Thanks to Johnnys willingness to listen to my needs and to explain various options and vehicles, i was able to select the best vehicle within my budget. The shopping experience surpassed my expectations but the after-sale support Johnny provided was even better. I had to leave the car on their lot for nearly a week (waiting to surprise my wife) and had a tinting company come over to install dark tint on the windows. Johnny and the companys receptionist were great as they jointly coordinated and helped me get the installation done completely over the phone without having to lift a finger.I will surely buy my next car from Johnny and Autos of Dallas!Johnny - you did a great job - THANK YOUPS: My wife loves the car

Thought I was getting a deal #1 but wasn’t!!! That $1,500 luxury advantage fee is a rip off. The car I bought has a repainted bumper and now the paint is chipping. I texted my salesman about the problem but he hasn’t even gotten back to me ( it’s been 4-5 days). There were two small chips in the windshield as well that I had to pay $120 to have fixed. Next but certainly not atleast, I thought when you buy a new car it’s supposed to have a full tank of gas?! At the bare minimum atleast a half tank? NOPE! it has a quarter of tank so I had to fill it up. The Mercedes also didn’t have floor mats inside of it as well so once again I had to order some of my own mind you I just bought the car a week ago. THIS IS MY LAST TIME WORKING WITH AUTOS OF DALLAS! KEVIN & CRISTIAN PLZ DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!

There are hundreds of dealer choices. Run away from Autos of Dallas. Purchased a BMW on a Saturday. Was told there was a bubble in one of the tires and Autos of Dallas would replace the tire on Monday or by Friday latest. Monday and Friday came and went. During that week, another tire started showing loss of 5PSI per day. Tire blew out. Had to get towed. Went to a BMW dealer. They said every rim was damaged and that is what caused the bubble on the first tire and loss of pressure on the second. Had to replace all tires and get the rims fixed. Asked the GM at Autos of Dallas to pay for part of the damages. He refused to even pay for the original tire they said they would replace. Am 100% convinced the rims were all bad when I drove it off the lot. The General Managers response was essentially you cant prove it. Run away and go to any of the hundreds of other choices in dealerships. Oh, and, as an extra caution, was only told that there was one key fob available after the sale. The fobs are about $600 each. GM response to this was well did you ask if there was a second key fob? Actually, I did not. But when he gave me two tile locators for the key fobs, one may have assumed the dealership would say hey, theres only one key fob. RUN from this dealership.

I was very pleased with the purchase experience all the way up to the delivery of my car. The day that I completed the purchase (paid off the car) was a Saturday and they told me that they were installing new brakes and that it would be ready by Monday. When I showed up on Monday they told me that they had discovered that the car needed rear and front breaks (instead of the rear ones only, which was not communicated originally) so it would take another day for them to complete the work and the Sales rep Cristian offered me to take the car to my car (I live an hour away from Plano) due to this misunderstanding.Tuesday came and I never received a call, so I messaged and called Cristian to ask about the status of the car and he told me that they would need to change the grill as well as they noticed a scratch and wanted to make sure the car was in perfect shape (which I appreciated). They needed to order the part so it would take at least 1 if not 2 days but this time he was 90% sure that he would be able to deliver the car that dayThursday came and I once again had to call Cristian multiple times but he was always busy until the point that he stopped answering, so I called the front desk, explained the situation and asked for Kevin (Cristians Manager) as I wanted to know the status of the car. The person that answered was very rude, told me that he would talk to Cristian and ask him to contact me right away and that Kevin was not available and hung up the phone. After that I found Kevins cell phone number on one of the emails that I had received, so I called him and he told me that they not only had ordered the wrong grill, but also had to repair the hood. At that point I was deeply concerned as it sounded to me that the car was wrecked (although no accidents were reported in Carfax) or there was something going on. Kevin told me that the car would be available no later than Saturday and assured that it had no issues. He then mentioned that Cristian would deliver it to me as agreed.Saturday came and I messaged Kevin an Cristian asking for a status and they both told me that the car would be ready by late afternoon, but this time Cristian told me that he was not feeling well and could not deliver the car as agreed, so I had to go pick it up.All of this story is just to express how frustrating my experience was due to lack of effective communication and customer service and empathy.The car was in good shape when I picked it up (half tank gas though, I wouldve expected a full tank) and after a few days I havent found any major issues, however, I now have a very bad taste in my mouth due to the overall experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership as they do not know how to properly treat a customer that buys a luxury car.

Sorry sorry people. Bought a 2018 Mercedes 2 months ago. My tire pressure light came on so I took it to discount tire. Told me the tires had to be at least 5 years old. Sorry company. Sorry people. Highly do not recommend. Cheating people out of their money.
