Great guys, great service. Straight forward and honest. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. HOOKEM HORNS π€ππ€
Bad customer service, they wasted my time for no reason. I called ahead for a specific vehicle (Toyota rav4) to make sure it was still available since I would be driving a long distance to get it. When I arrived someone was test driving it. After they were done we were told he didnβt have enough money to get it so they allowed us to test drive it. We came cash in hand to buy the car. After test driving it for a half an hour we came back ready to pay in cash, but they said that the person before us already paid. What is the purpose of calling ahead to make sure the car doesnβt sell? We wasted our afternoon. My problem isnβt that it was sold, only how it was handled. They acknowledged I called first, yet still gave it to another party while we were on our way to purchase it. Iβm giving two stars because the salesperson was very nice. But I donβt think I will make the drive to this place again unless they change their practices and actually hold the vehicle Iβm going to buy when I call. I canβt afford to waste all that time.
Great experience! The guys are very sweet and helpful! They were able to work with me and get me the car I really wanted! I am very excited and recommend them if you are looking for a nice quality vehicle at a very reasonable price from men who really care about satisfying their customers. They are awesome!
What a horrible company. Go anywhere but here
Such great people here. Awesome deal on the car fast and professional!
Very pleased with the experience I had at Schneck. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the price was exceptional. Would absolutely use this dealership again and am recommending it to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle. I have no complaints with the experience I had.
Just bought a crossover and it was a great experience! I appreciated Al so much! So glad I drove an hour to see them in Plano! Worth the drive! Best car buying experience Iβve ever had!
I found an Audi that Al had on their website.after calling and talking to Al about the car and getting some more details I decided to purchase it. But heres the catch, I live in Wisconsin and these guys are in Texas! So I ended up flying to Dallas and then completing the sale and driving it back to Wisconsin. I cant tell you how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Al and the other people there in Plano! It may sound a bit crazy to go 1200 mi out of your way to buy a car but I am sure glad I did! And like I told Al I would do it again in a heartbeat.Great prices, amazing service, and wonderful people!
Great excellent service personnel and professional friendly people bought a 2011 ranger Great price highly recommend schneckmotor company if you are in the market for a great used vehicle π
Bought my old mustang here, good people, no pushy salesman or anything, everything was very comfortable. and my mustang still going 260k miles strong lol
Bought a truck and had issues, but Todd worked w/me to get it done right!!
I recently bought a used car here. I have never had such an awesome car buying experience. Al was awesome! He is full of personality. My parents and I had lots of fun buying a car. This was by far the best service I have ever received. Thanks Schneck Motor Company for my new reliable car and for the fun experience.
I recently purchased my vehicle here, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Todd, is exactly what I prefer in a salesman: available without being aggressive, informed without being arrogant, and absolutely dedicated to helping his customers find the right vehicle for their money. Everyone there is pretty terrific, and from the time I arrived to look at the lot to the time I drove away with my awesome car, I was given the best customer service Ive ever seen. I highly recommend this company, and I highly recommend Todd. They take care of you.
What I appreciated most about my experience with Schneck was the honesty that our salesman exhibited and the willingness of everyone in the building to make sure that we had a good experience with them. The entire process was quick, they worked with me on my trade in, and Al did a great job of explaining everything to me. They make it very clear that you are purchasing the vehicle AS-IS, but they do offer a reasonably priced warranty program and (so far) seem to be very up front about the condition of the vehicle. Al took extra time to discuss not only the current state of the vehicle, but common issues that can crop up later on down the line and what we should look for. Im not daft enough to believe that if I purchase a used car and it will be like driving something brand new off the lot, so I greatly appreciated the honesty and the advice.
I bought a Lincoln Aviator from Al, was told by salesman that it had a few cosmetic issues. But it was in Great condition 212 miles later the engine blew. I had it for only 3 days. I have contacted channels 11 and 5. They are going to do a story on how Schneck treats disabled veterans
Quality car shopping experience, everyone there was extremely helpful and eager to work with me to reach the best result. Very happy with my new car and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good, honest deal! Thanks Todd and Al!
I recently purchased a 2009 BMW from Schneck Motor Company and the experience couldnt have been any better. I live in Tennessee and the staff was very helpful in getting the car delivered to my home and i was delighted with the condition of the vehicle. I highly recommend Al Schneck and his company.
I bought a 2010 Silverado LTZ from here about a month ago. However, Iβve actually only been driving this truck for about 2 weeks. Why Only two weeks ? Hereβs a list of the things that was wrong with this truck that the sales man never told me about. ( 1. Transfer case $2,500 ( 2. Rear main Seal leak $1,400(3. Transmission cooler lines $470(4. Oil cooler gasket $370Things like this donβt happen in the matter of one week or two weeks. My assumption is they must have sprayed down brake cleaner where the oil seepage was so when I inspected the vehicle it wouldβve not seemed like there was any leaks. In my personal recommendation donβt buy a vehicle from here. A 2010 Silverado transfer case issue is just not common. Rear main seal issue is common on GM but after 2 weeks driving ? Absolutely not.BUYERS PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY PHOTOS FOR PROOF.
Lets get something straight. If youre shopping for the cheapest cars available, youre going to get a stinker here or there. Todd shot straight with me, and I bought the cheapest truck they had available. It has some issues (ignition is a little hinky, has a slow oil leak, needed a windshield...) and those were reflected in the price (CHEAP). All-in, this work truck will cost me ~$4000 (after sale price, repairs, and maintenance) and a quart of oil a month. Buyer beware, for sure, as with all used goods, but these guys arent pushy and they were honest with me all the way through. That counts for a lot in my book.If you are looking for the new-car-treatment, go elsewhere. If you want a place that will make a deal to fit your budget, this is the place for you.
Helped pick out a 2007 BMW 328i with 40k miles for my bosses daughter....when I told them the warning light was on they checked it and agreed to fix it at no additional cost. My boss was happy, her daughter was happy which makes me happy!!
We bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara a few months ago, just before we realized we had to move to California. We decided to do a roadtrip, fully packed, without knowing the car very well. The car was amazing, no bad surprises! Love it! Also when visiting to see the car, there was good service, nothing too pushy, very comfortable purchase. I highly recommend this place!
I highly recommend buying a car from him, he drove all the way to Frisco so I could test drive a car, and you know what I ended up buying it! And heβs not greedy he will negotiate, and will tell you whatβs wrong with the car if there is a problem!
Great experience, Todd was helpful and honest. Definitely recommend Schenck to anyone looking for used car. -Jamie
Honest, great experience! Will return definitely!
The car I bought from Schneck Motor Company less than a month ago is in the shop needing 4,500 in repairs for a completely new engine. (Warped gasket heads, damage had be done long before I got behind the wheel) Put less than 200 miles on it, just going up and down Preston road to work. Todd at Schneck gave me his word that he thought this car would be reliable for a year or more no problem. Now I am without a car and without a savings since I paid for the car in full. Completely disappointed and enraged that I took Schneck Motor Company for their word which meant nothing. Also Schneck passed my car on inspection with the headlights out which shouldnβt have passed. Stay away from this place I wish I had never found them online and bought that car they will lie to you and do nothing to right the wrongs they commit!! They also told me they would reimburse me $1300 if I could drive the car back to them. Well that wonβt happen because it wonβt even start at this point!
Awesome experience! Price was almost too good to be true!
Been talking to these guys for about a week and a half about a truck they had, the guys told me I couldnt come look at it, or buy it because it was still being serviced. Called them the day they told me it would be out of the shop they went up on the original price then refused to work with me on prices after all the communicating I had been doing with them.
I highly recommended this place. I wasnt abled to make a deal but these guys are amazing and awesome. I didnt feel any pressure to buy a car and i felt that they was very honest with their cars
One of the best times buying a car weve ever had.
Excellent service. Process was easy and affordable.
Drove three hours to look at a vehicle they had for sale. Really liked what I saw and purchased. I wasnt able to get a pre purchase inspection due to it being a holiday, but the carfax was clean and I was told the vehicle was in terrific shape and that appeared to be true. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. After driving the vehicle for a week the driveshaft snapped (this doesnt just happen randomly) and destroyed the transmission. After getting a new transmission the shop tells me that there is oil and coolant leaking all over the rear of the engine... blown head gaskets. Judging by the buildup of gunk this problem existed long before I owned the car. There are also several other issues that appeared shortly after getting the car home, leading me to think that they put some quick fixes on some things to get the car sold. After receiving the title I noticed that there were two additional owners listed on the title that were not documented in the carfax report. Seems a little sketchy to me. Long story short, I bought a car that they talked up and I thought was great. Turns out Ive spent more time and money fixing the vehicle than driving it. If purchasing a vehicle from this place I strongly advise getting a pre purchase inspection or pushing for a 30 day warranty. Like I said they were very friendly and helpful and Im a pretty good judge of character, but Im now questioning the character of the salesman.
Excellent customer service and square dealing! Any time I need to buy a vehicle, Im coming back!
Really good guys!! Go check them out!!
We traveled from Baton Rouge and was treated like family by the dealership and Todd. The car we purchased was everything we expected.
