So much stuff! Great selection craft supplies as well as home decor. Three people in the checkout line, and they opened another register. Very nice checker with glitter on her face to match her mask. I will be back to buy more things!

This is the first Hobby Lobby Ive entered since the ownership politics were revealed, but I was looking for something in particular and this was the closest place since Im traveling. I felt uncomfortable in this place since it all felt very religious and store employees werent wearing masks and when every other store I entered in its immediate vicinity still required them for their employees. Got what I needed and left, but felt dirty about it. Employees also seemed generally unhappy about being there. Like I said, just uncomfortable.

This location was in a convenient area, all the employees were busy cleaning and stocking. I love this place! You can find anything and everything you need to decorate and craft.

No longer providing nor honoring coupons! They would not even match their own web price! Very disappointed in the changes. Dropping my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.

Its a hobby lobby. Lobbying hobbies and praising the baby Jesus are what they do here. They have decorative rocks.

Looking for decorations, I was greeted by a great selection of items for my garage and office. The automotive section was well stocked with items which reflected the auto enthusiast. This was an afternoon visit with several people in the store and I was able to get in and out without with very little fuss. The fall items seemed to be plentiful. I was surprised to see a few isles of Christmas decorations already out as well. My only complaint was there were two isles of fall decorations blocked by six foot high boxes which seemed like back stock. Kind of not good when this was what I was coming in to look for. Otherwise, excellent visit.

This is a hard review to give.. Ive been twice over the last month and I havent seen anyone smile! I know thats small but when Im in a store, I kind of want to feel wanted there and I DIDNT GET THAT FEELING.. its extremely quiet which doesnt put off the best vibe. I couldnt find 1 employee at all on the floor at all to ask questions. The only people I saw that worked there were behind the checkout counters just standing there..The store needs 5o be happier! NEEDS MORE ENERGY AND HELP!..I have it 3 stars because I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY.. Im just going to have to find a different location.

Employees were too busy deciding what they were going to have for lunch instead of ringing customers up. No joke it took 17 minutes to check out and I had less than 10 items.

The store was organized and clean with plenty of inventory. Also the customer service employees were friendly and quick at the register.This store is conveniently located by a mall with plenty of choices to eat around as well.

Lewisville store has the rudest, rudest employees. Including the manager. Dont even try to return or exchange anything WITH a receipt. I was treated like I had stolen the merchandise and was followed by different employees while I shopped for about an hour. Spent over 150.00 that trip. NEVER again. I will NEVER shop here again. Too bad too. Spend thousands in here every year and I love their merchandise. Way to represent Christianity.

Unfriendly staff who barks at you because of their own wrongdoing. If you have an entire isle full of the same merchandise, dont put sale signs for different merchandise in that isle. And not just one sign, but 4 (four) sale signs plastered all over items to which the sign does not apply. So while I read the signs, the continuous placing of said signs led me to believe that it applied to what I was buying. Obviously they refused to honor the discount. I was buying multiple items, and others were full price that I was ready to pay. Guess what, I left them all and purchased them for less at a competitor store. This is not how you do business. This is how you lose customers.

Very large selection. You are sure to find something you must have. I like the fact they are closed on Sunday. Today I picked up jumbo popsicle sticks to use as plant markers for planting bulbs in my yard. Got them for much less than even Amazon was selling them for. They would get another star if the lines at the register was shorter.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Store was not overly crowded with product.

A lot of really great decorations for the house. I know my wife and my daughter found a lot. I wish they had more toys for my daughter, would have been cool. Another interesting fact was that they didnt have any Halloween items. This is all person beef. Truthfully, for arts and crafts type products, this store is a great place.

I would hope to see more micro Mcnamee magazines tutorial andJewelries patterns . Also different size of thread. Military discount would be nice and for Senior too!!!

Was in the store to buy an item the item was very small didn’t have anything to put it in so I started sticking it inside a seasonal sock a Christmas sock just saw the tiny items wouldn’t be loose and flying around the shopping cart or falling out of the holes in the shopping cart while I was doing this over the PA I hear security check the area that I’m in and over the PA I heard them call Plano PD and repeat Plano PD online one and as I started walking out of the aisle all the employees were just coming around me and staring at me looking at me crazy when I explain myself they understood it when I got to the front door I will stop and ask if I had anything of theirs I explain myself to her about the tiny items and me not wanting them to fall through the cracksOf the shopping cart once I was able to leave I called management and was denied any information about the lady who stopped me or the incident or the lady that I was speaking with and this is the hobby lobby in Plano eye and Mexican and don’t dress and khakis and a polo but in baggy pants and a white T-shirt and I was singled out

I love Hobby Lobby in and of itself. This store is better than some others I have been to as far as the friendliness of the staff. The selection is pretty much the same as other stores.

Its a cool place but lets face it no one ever actually buys stuff from hobby lobby.

Really great place to find decor for a house or preparing a gift basket. Most of the people there are pretty friendly and even if they arent those most welcoming that day, they will still listen and help. Only problem is that given the store is so big with random things, something may be in the store, but the workers may not know where to find it or if its there. So just be sure to check online to make sure its out of stock before listening to someone who says, we dont have that here

I proceed to the counter to make a purchase and an additional clerk approaches & stands beside the cashier “watching” & “listening” as the cashier is reading out loud every price on the items I’m purchasing. For what? Why? You wasn’t there for the customer ahead of me standing watching and listening to the amount of each item being read out loud bc cashier wasn’t even doing that. So please respond and tell me why was that the protocol for a woman of color; white people??

Hobby Lobby was a great experience. Dont go there much, but found exactly what I needed, staff was welcoming and helpful. I did notice BIG discounts going on in the store.

Good selection but not one employee asked me if I needed help. I asked for help in the fabric section, no luck either. The lady working told me she cant choose the material for me. Rude.

It was alright. Mostly bummed that they had a figurine isle as almost an afterthought. But it was clean, the staff was sweet, and they were stocked on basically everything except what I came in there for.

So Im sorry to share this, but I was disappointed to hear about something that happened today with my husband and 2 year old. He was running some errands with her this morning and its pouring rain. He thought the store opened at 8 when it actually opens at 9. He said he totally understands that he should have double checked so we completely understand they werent opened yet. It was about 8:55 and he walked up to the door trying to hold our 2 year old and an umbrella. As he realized it wasnt quite yet open, an employee was coming in. He told the employee that he understood they werent open yet, but could he please just stand in the foyer area to get our daughter out of the rain. The employee told him no and closed the door on my husband and two year old, leaving my daughter out in the rain.l (the car was a good ways away). While I understand it was my husbands mistake, I feel that this is very poor costumer service to close the door on a two year old in pouring rain. This company has earned our respect for years with their stance when it comes to morals and sticking up for their beliefs. As a person of faith, this has always been encouraging to me. As a company that represents these morals, I feel that more compassion and understanding needs to be included in your customer service.

Its an addicting store

Good selection of decor, craft supplies, and frames. Very large store with a lot of choices. We went during a time where it was 50% off almost every thing in the store. Its easy to get lost in the isles upon isles of options. The employees there were very helpful and kind. They lines were long at the checkout counters but the line went surprisingly fast! Would definitely go again when I am in that part of town!Also, despite how busy they were, we found a parking spot close to the door.

A great resource place for home decors

When I first started to go to this location I began to create for the first time very specific pieces of jewelry and specialized journals and I have found that this is relaxing and this is one of many places for people who would like to explore their creativity. Its good looking to explore a little bit of your mind then I would suggest you go here and talk to some of the people that I now call my friends.

Today I walked in HL and grabbed 80% off of July 4th decor! Got some red and white hanging decor that will work perfect in my Christmas tree in December.

I was highly impressed during my first visit it self. Hobby lobby has lot of stuff which can interest anybody. Perfact for craft, sewing and most of all decoration of your home. They have endless options for you. When you have any such requirement consider visiting this place first and you are done.

This location is ridiculous they do not honor their online prices in store. I found a frame that was out of stock online but they had at the location and it had an increased price but would not honor the online price . Don’t shop here manager was also very rude

Always love hobby lobby, look at their clearance aisles! I can easily spend hours there to get inspired. Always find something good. Prices are in the higher side, if I am not in a rush, I would order online from eBay or something.
