I went here with my daughter to look at wedding invitations. The girl took forever to come ask if we needed help, then told us she would not be able to help with wedding invitations and it was all done online with a virtual assistant. I went here so I didn’t have to do online.

Went in to this location for some wrapping supplies for a very special gift. The ladies who work there were amazing! They helped me pick out the perfect ribbon to go with my wrapping paper and gave me a lot of tips on bow making. They really took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. I can’t express how happy I am with how my gift wrapping project turned out. Definitely will be back for future projects. The variety of paper is amazing! To a of greeting cards and thank you cards. I do wish they had more stationary sets with paper versus cards but what they do have in stock is lovely.

The staff here is very rude and stuck up. I drove out 30 minutes to this location because of the product, but when I came in I was not greeted at all and actually looked up and down- for no reason. The staff interacted with the other customers and ignored me completely. When I had a question I was responded with an attitude, and the same happened when I checked out. The stationary itself was alright, and if I wasn’t short on time I would have gone somewhere even further for an experience half more decent than I had here. This is my first and last time ever giving this location my business.

Beautiful paper, nice products, great service. The store manager went out of her way to accommodate me. 5 star service all the way!

I have this gift for my wife straight came out of the DHL box that needs to be wrapped, called in before I stop by to make sure they provide gift wrapping service, the lady on the phone was very nice and sweet. They did a great job helping me pick up the wrapping paper, ribbons and took about 20 mins get it nicely wrapped up, great experience!

I visited this store to have my gifts wrapped for my son for Christmas.They did a fantastic job.

I could easily spend an hour in here looking at all the pretty things. The cards are fantastic; theres always a good selection. As a fan of letterpress style cards, heres a great selection of them here. I do wish there was some sort of rewards program though because I always end up buying a few cards at a time.

I loved everything they have in here...You are able to easily find what youre looking for, they have all kinds of cards. I went last week and Im very happy with what I got. Their staff is very helpful and kind 👌😊

We were window shopping and passed through, everything is very organized. They have lots of things that my girlfriend liked, it would make easy shopping for some birthday gifts.

I can ALWAYS find a great gift, beautiful paper, and season-right decorations. The staff is wonderful about sharing DIY ideas, too.

Tons of gorgeous, high quality paper, envelopes and supplies with lots of clever and thoughtful gift items. They offer classes and the staff was friendly. A nice crafting respite after shopping at Michaels or JoAnn.

Called and asked about gift wrapping. Lady told me they could do it just hurry. I was 2 min away. Got there stood in line for about 10 min. When it was my turn the young lady told me they had a bunch of people come in and they could try. You could tell she was frustrated. I advised I just hung up with someone you guys told me you could do it. While walking off to get some boxes she said “ guess I will just be late for church” that was very rude to put my business for the reason she was going to be late for church that was not fair to put that on me. I left and told her that it was rude and wrong to put that on me.

Great stuff, however their staff are such snobs its pathetic.!! Has it ever occurred to SNOBS that they are working and getting paid bth and if they were so wealthy they would not need to work. What a joke that is! Over 4 yrs I have been there several times and observed greetings to customers are based on your clothing of course this is also typical for most of Plano, they do not like to help unless you are buying, dont tell you the price when item is marked down-it is possible you may want to know the price before you pay!! I can not imagine why though and the THANK YOUS are so insincere. I have been there w/other people and they have thought the same thing even when I have not commented on it. I wish the Company hdq/franchise owner would look into this, it stinks to deal w/these types, too bad they cant fall into a cesspool of messy garbage.
