I called Ray about our 5 yr old LG 50 LED TV flickering. He was able to come to our house the next morning, determining it was the LED Back Lights that needed replacing, he disconnected and dismounted it from the wall, took it back to his shop, fixed it and returned and remounted and connected all of it in less than 48 hours! We so appreciated his knowledge, promptness and professionalism! He knows his stuff! Thanks Ray, great job. We will call again should electronic needs arise!!

The day my TCL 55inch went out I tried everything from soft reset to unplug and replug down to a hard reset and nothing seemed to work per Google. I needed to find a repair shop and found Bright Electronics. He was able to diagnosis my TCL for an affordable fee and it was my LED lighting. When I received the call It was deeper than the LED, my screen needed to be replaced which is not a service offered, I was devastated Having seen my TCL turned on to a partial white screen, I knew what needed to be done next although stubborn who wants to buy a new 55inch after having your Roku TCL since 2019 however was offered a deal I couldnt refuse on something else. I was appreciative of the honestly, the timing and affordable rate. I have since told my friend about Bright Electronics and the fantastic owner. He gained my business.

Fixed my 65 Sharp Aquos++ when it all of the suddenly made a pop noise and went black. I had no idea there was a place that would repair TVs. Hes honestly nice guy with fair prices. It was $175 for a new motherboard including labor. My TV is back up and running and it saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new one. Highly recommend this place.

Ray is the best! He made a house call to diagnose what was wrong with my TV, removed it from the mount, returned it repaired within 24 hours and rehung it! I so appreciate the convenience of the house call so I did not have to take the risk of removing, transporting and rehanging a 50 TV by myself!

My TV brand was from a small brand and owner spent a lot of time trying to fix it, getting parts for repair and all. Eventually it was deemed unfixable but resolution given to me was more than fair. Also owner was super nice the entire time.

The picture for my Vizio 65 was getting dark, Google said the backlights were going out. I dropped off and a few days later they confirmed that some of the LEDs were not working at all and others were going out. They replaced all the led strips in the TV. The picture has not looked this good in a long time. Highly recommend getting TV serviced here.

Ray is very helpful and professional. Mother board needed replacing for a 48 flat screen. Turn around was only a week. So glad I didnt have to spend $300 on a new TV. Highly recommend. He also has tvs for sale.

They did the impossible. When my 80inch M series Vizio tv broke, I thought that was the end of it’s somewhat short, beautiful life... but ray was able to bring it back to life. He came and picked it up, resurrected it, and dropped it back off. Very nice guy that worked wonders for me. Thanks again Ray!

Great repair shop. My 3D TV went out and I brought it to Ray for repair. Affordable and prompt repair and I got it back good as new. Several months later, outside the warranty period, I had the same symptom return and I called Ray to tell him. He suggested I bring it back to let him take a look at it so I did. I got a call back the next day saying it was fixed and ready for pickup- no charge. Great service, fair pricing and very honest, good people- I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Five stars just doesnt cover it! This is one of the few repair shops that agreed to complete the repair without removing the set. Every aspect of the service was great. The initial phone contact, the timely appointment and arrival, the targeted analysis of the issue, the rapid repair and the price. Ray from Bright Electronics did a great job fixing my 2015 Vizio TV. I contacted him Monday afternoon. He picked up my TV Tuesday morning and delivered it fixed on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately, both the power supply and the motherboard needed to be replaced, so it wasnt cheap. Cheaper than a new TV though.

Worked with Ray, and he was great. Provided me a fair price on my TV and got it back to me 24 hours after I had dropped it off. Love that they provide free estimates.

After I was told by several repair shops that it would take at least 1 month to repair my Web cor reel to reel, I brought it into Joe and he fixed it the next day. Even though it is an n old machine and out of production, it has a lot sentimental value. Highly recommended Bright Electronics for any type of repair, especially for the obscure out of a date ones!

The gentlemen here are so cool and friendly.My samsung tv was not working and I called them for checking, they said they are not going to charge me for diagnosis (none of the other people I called told me this, everybody said $50 to $80 for diagnosis).After diagnosis they called me same day with estimate and gave me expert advice on way forward. They helped me lift the TV inside and same when we had to put it in my car back.I would refer my friends to go here for any electronics issue as they provide great customer service and giving 5 stars..

Ray was great, would definitely recommend to friends and use again if needed. It was a bit of a drive from Coppell, but if you bring it in he will check out the TV and give you an estimate for no charge. Cost of repairs were very fair and the job was completed within a few days.

This is service beyond any offered by others. We have a very old built in analog big screen tv. Ray came out on New Years Eve and attempted a home repair. When it proved more complicated he took the primary circuit board back to the shop for further diagnostics. The board was not the problem. He returned on Saturday with diagnostic equipment and located the defective part and replaced it. His experience and knowledge is extraordinary. Five stars does not cover how impressed we were with the service.

The owner of the store has been fixing my 55in Vizio for well over a year. After the first supposed fix of my T.V. It started shutting off and repeated having the same issue as before. He has came to my house over 3 times because the issue on the TV hasnt been fixed.2 weeks ago I called him and he said he hadnt fixed it yet after having it 3 months already. I was told that the least he could do would be to trade my tv for a working one until he resolves the issue . I agreed but he still hasnt brought the replacement and no longer answers my calls.Ive asked for my broken TV back and a refund for the repair Bill i paid and he will not do it .Its been a total nightmare on my end.

We took our samsung lcd tv to two different repaire shops, they were unable to repaire the set, finally i called bright electronics, this guy was very helpful over the phone and i took my tv to him less than a week ha had my tv repaired and less price than the other two guys. so i could be care less what any body said, to me their service was EXCELLENT...

This guy ripped of my 73 yr old aunt, he put used broken parts in her tv, then never came back ! he is crooked and needs to go back where he came from. do not use this guy for anything, he takes advantage of old people ! what a scum bag ! he also broke other parts when he installed the (broken) parts in her $2000.00 tv !!! he over charaged her for what he did, it cost her 1400.00 to get the tv fixed by a REAL tv repair shop after they fixed the original problem plus the stuff he broke when installing the broken parts
