Their customer service was really horrible, they should know how to help people and they should also know how to talk and attend people. They couldnt even help me back up my phone and they said that wasnt their job, Im not tech savvy thats why I asked for help and was rudely informed that it was not their job. I have been to other t-mobile stores and experience great service but not here in Plano, Parker and K store.
TMobile treats veterans very well. Like Lowes does as well. I am a prior employee that left AT&T because the employee and retiree discount didnt come close to what TMobile did for Veterans. AT&T finally came around to match the Veteran discount but I am worried they might pull a bait and switch like they have done for many years prior on other plans. If its permanent I might consider it because I retired from AT&T but since TMobile has been so nice to me and my Family long before AT&T came to have a good Veterans plan why should I leave? I am loyal to those who truly appreciate us and not those begrudgingly trying to recoup losses.
Nice guys there. Receptive and knowledgeable. I went in there to clarify some things about a current promotion, and one of the guys I met there was very helpful.
I had a great experience with Jorge at this store, he was very helpful and patient while I switched from another carrier, and have so far had a good experience with T-mobile.
My visit to T-mobile in plano was great, online T-mobile sucks always have issues paying bill.
Very poor customer service. They are more focused on sales not service. If you are looking for best quality of service and you are not Hispanic than better find other places. I went to purchase a phone. They were one of these few stores still has S20 Fe. Which i easily could get the same phone (even better unlocked)from best buy but still wanted to buy from T-mobile authorized store. The guy rushed the whole process and i couldnt even tell if they gave me a brand new phone or any used phone! T-mobile has 14 days free retun policy no charges unless there is any issues on the phone. I returned the phone the very next day as battery doesnt stay long my old phone still stays longer battery and the guy didnt change the sim card the reason my phone didnt connect to sim which has 5g internet and my sim is 4g. Wholeday i was not been able to connect internet. He actually just wanted to sale the product and make the commission. When i went to retun after explaining the issues, the sales agent said since the phone doesnt have any issues and i am not willing to exchange another phone they have to charge me $70 restocking fees. I had no clue what the hack the fees is for. Why i should a penalty fees for a dead phone?? As beacuse i am returning it and store has to keep their commission no matter what. I got super mad and upset annd i called customer service. The lady was surprised to heard my story and she stated as per T-mobile policy if customer is not satisfy with the phone within 14 days of service can return at free of cost. She expedites my complaint and told me they will investigate the store and their level of customer services.

Walk in here at your own risk with a phone expert of your own. I’ve worked for tmobile corporate for 6+ years and they literally gave me the run around over a basic return/exchange as if I was born freaking yesterday. Shame on y’all. Seriously, this store is trash.

I came I to just grab the Tuesday perk. Waited for 5 minutes. They finally start grabbing names for a list, and she gets everyone that came in after me. Then totally skips me. I had to follow her through the store to get her attention and have her put me on the list. So I went from 2nd in line to last for something that could have taken 2 minutes

I anticipated waiting a long time, but service was quick & seamless. However, when youre an existing customer they will charge you an extra $30 for coming inside the store.

I came into this store to get 2 new cellphones. I purchased initially the Android 8+5G phone and used it for about 20 minutes and rise the radiation is entirely too high for me. I could really feel the effects of it. Anyway, I Came back in the store and exchange the phone for one that has less radiation Kevin was the gentleman that helped me and he was a tremendous amount of help for me. The customer service was 10/10. Kevin was super polite and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I purchased an iphone 12 pro max and Valdez was so helpful to me he did my trade in iphone 10 and he was working with us for 2 hours and was so nice to me and my family I appreciate his helping and if you guys looking for excellent customer service valdez got you ;) and of course all the team were very nice.

Same thing happened to me as few other customers back in August, 2019. I went to get 2 new phone lines. The rep. lied that we are eligible to get a buy 1 get 1 Free Note 10 via monthly billing credits. It has been almost 8 months now and the credits have not shown up on the bills yet. Ive repeatedly called T-mobile store and customer service and every time we call we are assured it will be reflected in next months bill and it never happens. I am really disappointed with this T-mobile Store and Customer Service. If this is their way of doing business by cheating people, pretty soon they will lose many of their customers. The worst customer service. Came here to buy a white iPhone 11 pro. The rep immediately said: “yes, we have it.” Then, after about 20 minutes, someone brought a phone from another store. Without telling me that the phone is a white iPhone 11( not 11 pro), she was about to finalize the contract. But, I realized that in the last minute...They didn’t even acknowledge that!!!!!Also, very unprofessionally, they insist on buying something that you don’t want to.

This store was clean and their AC units go hard. I switched my whole family over from AT&T. The T-Mobile rep who helped me out was Luis Anzualda, and he was informative, not pushy either, that was appreciated especially with a decision like this. Overall saved money on my plan so everyone, switch to T-Mobile if you trying to save money and get on game with your phone situation. 🤟🏽

Nice service, but dont expect your visit to be quick. Took 20 minutes to find out how much a new phone would cost, but then needed to wait more for them to just go and get it from the back. Ended up leaving before purchasing
Went over to this store for the S10E for free when you purchase a Galaxy s10. Turns out the rep lied and charged me for both the phones at full price despite saying we were eligible for the promotion. When I went later to get a copy of my reciept the reps said they couldnt give it to me. Now Im stuck with the phones and they cant do anything. Im paying twice what was agreed on because of shady salesmen.
Hate this store they can NEVER help me with anything they are always saying that I need to call T-Mobile service number or go the apple store then what are you go for. I really don’t see the point of having this store if they never do anything right waisted my time and money with this people they need more education on how to take care of clients
I payed certain amount of money for a new phone not the phone of the year but still a new one. Come to find out, I could of payed the same amount for the phone of the year! Had to go to another t mobile to find this out. I get you gotta make your money as well but come on. Im thankful for the other t mobile that was really looking out for my best interest. Other times you guys are great. Your new staff (new to me because I dont go to t mobile every day either) didnt make you feel wanted as your other employees did. I must have went on a bad day

Love these guys here. Super chill calm patient and down to earth no corporate bs that you hear a lot. The dude here Jose Escobar especially helped me out a lot this guy knows his stuff and he will take the time to make sure whatever is going on (in my case it was port fraud) he will help you. Give this guy a raise and while youre at it give the manager Carlos here a raise as well. Switching to them soon because they saw me as a human being, not just a customer.

Dont waste your time coming here, the customer service sucks. Wait time is long and they didnt even acknowledge my mother and I, they acknowledged a customer that came in minutes after we did, first. And then after all that wait they guy showed us 3 different phones and then he didnt even check in the back just asked someone and told us they didnt have any of the 3 phones! Not coming to this location anymore.
I came here to switch carriers (from Verizon), because I wanted to start using the Oneplus 3t. I was immediately greeted and helped when I walked in, which is already way ahead of the VZW experience.Romeo helped me get set up on the switch. He knew exactly what I needed and was familiar with my phone already. I was super impressed at his knowledge of phones (Im a super nerd as well).Switched over without any issue, whole thing took about 30min. I was super pleased by the experience, will visit again.
Extremely dissatisfied! Great initial experience when switching, horrible in store customer service if you have problems with devices or service after the fact. Experienced issues with my Moto E5 Play from day one. Pixel out, slow, laggy and unresponsive at times. Cant play games or stream TV without phone getting overheated and freezing up, also constant Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Took phone back and tried explaining but was immediately told there was nothing he could do and I would have to pay $50 restocking fee to get another phone unless I wanted to replace with same phone. $50 restocking fee on this garbage? I think not! I opted for another of the same phone (not much choice at that point) thinking maybe it was just the one device.... nope same problem. After reading reviews about this phone, it appears that there are a lot of individuals who are having the same issues. I switched to T-Mobile thinking that I would be getting better service from a better carrier. The actual T-Mobile service itself may be better but I cant see it because of the sub-par device that I received (twice now). The in store customer service after the point of sale is most definitely not worth the switch. I will most definitely be switching back to my previous carrier whos customer service has been fantastic through the years... only very few times that Ive had to make contact with them. So sad to see such a large well known company acting this way towards its customers... especially immediately after switching carriers.

The store manager Carlos greeted me and my daughter when we came in with a big smile and took down everything I was there fo do.we had about a 20 min wait which was nit ling at all considering a Tuesday night at 7pm. A very sweet young man Mr Valdez helpedme get 2 new phones and added a new line for me as well, and changed my payment option. Mr Valdez was extremely easy to talk with and very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He set up everything for me with ease. And always hasd a smile on his face. I have been going there since changing to t-mobile and have always received excellent service.

OMG. A salesperson that doesnt want to sell anything. If you are ever I the market to buy a phone dont come to this location because Francis is not in the mood to sell you one. You have to literally pull information out of these people. This is by far not the same great experience we had at the Frisco location on Preston. This was 10 mins of not trying to get us to get new service, which is what she gets paid to do

Ordered a tablet from here and had them ship it to the store so I wouldnt have an iPad laying on my front porch But, the sales associate didnt even put in the store address properly so my order was delayed. Then when I called them I had to speak to three different people before I could talk with anyone to fix this the rest just put me hold and wait for some one else to answer and ask the same questions again.

The wait time was long and the agent had no idea about what he was doing. My went for a new line addition but they screwed up my entire profile and I had to spend 2 hours with customer care to get that fixed.

They always have the worst customer service. If something is wrong with your phone they always try to sell you a new one instead of trying to fix it. My phone was broken at one point but it fixed itself no thanks to their help. Then we took our phone there because our phone wasnt sending text messages properly and didnt let us call anyone so the people at t-mobile gave us a new sim card and put it in our phone and our phones contacts were deleted. We were very mad because they barely did anything to help and they took forever. In the end they couldnt recover our contacts back even after the lady there proceeded to call the manager who wasnt even inside the store. Long story short they are lazy and dont have good service. If you want to go to t-Mobile i suggest going to a different store. If i could give a negative one star i would.

I had to leave to go to the one on Stacy road.wow that place was quiet and cool.the workers there are nice.in less than 2mins I was smiling again and I was like wow,just like that ..how did you do it so quick thats what Fede Ramos couldnt do.T-mobile on Stacy rd is the best...dont go to 1110 E parker..you will regret it.

It was busy enough to be put on a list. I was first on the list but when it came to my turn customers coming in the door got served before me and the others on the list. The guy put all his effort in trying to sell a phone to a 12 year old and her dad walked out not buying anything. I was ready to buy but left because I guess I wasnt important enough.
Wish the service was faster, but I guess it is the same everywhere.
