This place is great. I took my new backpack to get it embroidered with my initials and Anil did a wonderful job. He showed me a variety of font options (I didnt have one in mind), also showed me options for flags and other things I could embroider and he got it done in 5 minutes. I do not recommend going here. The man was extremely rude and ignored me. He continued to embroider and said Im really busy and have to keep working. About 10 min later we were going over what I wanted and to put a small font name on a car seat cover was going to be $35. Dont waste your time for poor customer service and high prices!

We frequently visit Embroid It! at the Willow Bend Mall in Plano. Anil is a great shop owner. He is enthusiastic about each piece we bring in. Normally, he asks you to wait while he works on the item we typically like to drop off an item and then return to pick it up. Embroid It is great. I took my business shirts to be embroidered here after calling many other embroidery shop who told me they if done before Christmas. Embroid It not only accommodate, they did my entire shirts and hats in couple of days, high quality with very reasonable price. Owner and his employee was great and very helpful. Embroid It is great, I recently took my kids backpack and lunch boxes to get embroider, when I came back after 30 minutes from shopping in the mall bags were ready. Quality of embroidery was great and price was reasonable than many other embroidery shop we called. It was quick and easy for us and we will continue taking our stuffs here for monogram.

Embroid It! is best out there when it comes to personalizing your personal items, gifts or putting logos on your corporate apparel. I have been using Embroid It! since their days in Dallas, operating their business from little kiosk at Valley View Center. They do quality job and are reasonably priced with fastest turnaround in Dallas. Now a days, I drive from Dallas to Plano for quick monogram, and they are so accommodating they get things done for me while I shop around. I am very pleased with their customer service and I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Thanks to Anil who did a great job with my husband’s gift. I was a little bit scared to do embroidery on the gift. But It looks perfect. Embroid It! Is great place to get your stuffs personalized and logoed. My wife uses them frequently to personalize our girls dresses, backpacks, towels and everything she can monogram. Staff is very polite and does great work. Embroid It has the fastest turnaround and are reasonably priced.I also use them frequently for my dental business. They embroider our logo on scrubs tops and they always turns out great. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the best embroidery in DFW area. I coordinate VIP client gifts often at work and with any last minute embroidery, I can expect nothing but the the greatest quality of work, customer service, and efficiency. Anil is also very helpful with selection of font, color, and style. Turnaround on almost everything I bring is either 30 minutes - 1 hour. The most I have ever waited was 24 hours. So thankful for this place!

I have been long time customer of Embroid It! since their time in Dallas. Now I drive from Dallas to Plano just for Embroid It. Anil is great with customers and his embroidery skills and knowledge is off the chart. He takes pride at what he does and always does quick quality service when ever I take things to monogram at his shop. Embroid It! is the best in town. Good: quick turnaround, usually while you wait. Good color selection for thread.Bad: overpriced. Quality is just ok. Off-centered work. Customer service is pretty poor, the gentleman was rushing decisions even though I was the only one in the store. When I questioned his prices, he stated this wasnt Wal-mart? Very odd response.

WORST customer service Ive experienced in a long time! The male owner was extremely RUDE after I expressed my concern of the name I got embroidered being crooked on one of my jackets. He was very rude, got an attitude with me, YELLED, and was very cocky saying they never make mistakes and I was being unreasonable and that he was NOT going to do it over and just accept them and pay! I ended up having to call mall SECURITY AND the PLANO POLICE DEPT in order for him to redo the slanted name and allow me to pay with card like every other customer. (He wanted me to pay cash when he finally decided to redo it.) He also showed discrimination against me saying Id probably cx the cc transaction afterwards so he made me sign a paper stating I was happy before he allowed me to use my card. BOTTOM LINE... way too much drama for a $40 order! ***There are so many other embroidery places with the same prices but with Much better customer service so try them, not this place.

Way over priced!!

Anil is very rude, if I could give 0 starts I would, not because of the work so much but, because of his customer service skills! My company had items embroidered and 1 of the items was very rigged and not neat like all the rest 1 ITEM... Mr. Anil called me irritated, I could tell by the first word he let unleash out his mouth. Telling me that nothing could be done about the item the work doesnt look that bad and the only thing that could happen is my boss to buy another top and he would do it for free. Ummmm, how is this accom.... he hangs up in my face!!!!! Wooooow! I called back they send me to the Voicemail. I left a message stated I would be reporting him as well as writing this review and will tell my boss what went on so that further business is no longer done between the 2 with my doctor already stating that we would use them again and I told Anil this also because the other 5 items we recieved were almost PERFECT! But, after the customer service he unleashed on me, there is no way business will continue. Ive never talked to anyone so rude in my life. I cant believe that a person would treat a customer the way he did. He wouldnt allow me to talk, he didnt care at all how I felt and even at one point told me I wasnt the boss so he doesnt know why he is even talking to me... EXCUSE ME!!! I was the person to pick the items up and observed them so, I am definitely the person you need to speak with. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!
