This particular Mr parcel overcharged me. I said regular mail a bunch of times, but it was sent overnight. My sister also had to pay money to receive it (it was sent to Canada). It cost $92 for a 3lb box. Ridiculous. Should have paid more attention to what she was doing. Going to the other Mr parcel on frankford and preston next time.

I was trying to mail my taxes and the mailman never showed up at where we are staying. I took the taxes over to Mr. Parcel and a gentleman by the name of Grayson, graciously helped me out! Thank you again!

I will avoid this place forever. Took 1 set of passport photos and needed 2 more photos, they charged 26 dollars. More horribly they even charged 4$ for scan email OMG which Costco gave a free USB. I didn’t imagine they would charge for that so I didn’t ask the price before everything was done. Costco charged 15 for 4 photos but they stopped the service. Now I get why the lady said “it’s long time to take photos” and she didn’t know how to use their camera. No intention to use their other services.

I like the place. It is nice to see small family business. The owner is very pleasant and professional (after all the place is over 20 years at the same location!). The hours of operation are great and you even have 24h access to your mailbox. The prices are fair compare to other mailing services.

Stopped by the other day to see what they offered. I was very surprised with the wide range of services and products available. Gift wrapping, shipping, notary public services and mail box rentals. Mr Parcel is my new secret weapon for getting business done. The staff was warm and welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. Loved the selection of greeting cards by the door.

Oh my gosh! This is the best secret in Willow Bend Shopping Center. I have been going there while being a healthcare provider for an attorney after his lumbar fusion surgery. I would come in here for my breaks in the afternoon to do all my Christmas gift shopping and birthday gifts for friends. The selection in here is so special and no other gift stores carry this quality and special unique gift and special greeting card selection. The people are friendly and they wrap gifts so gorgeously in festive special occasion paper for reasonable prices and then mail them right there. No need to go to a crowded shopping mall where there is no parking...there is free parking in front. The customer service is excellent and amazing...there are even free treats to taste and during Christmas, this is the happy place to go and relax and have fun while you select some thoughtful items for everyone you know. Love Mr Parcel!

Since the new management took over the service hours are horrible. I paid extra for a package to be delivered and the Mr. Parcel decided to be off Wednesday at noon, and the Friday and Saturday after thanksgiving. For Christmas they were closed Thursday 21st until Wendnesday Dec 27. I say several people walking up to get and getting upset they were not opened. Also for a small box I paid $150 for 6 Months. That is $300 a year. Across the street the is another Postal center and its only $192 For the year plus 2 free months. And the only close thanksgiving day, Christmas eve and Christmas day. They refuse to cancel or revamp my contract.

Excellent service.. never had a problem...I feel blessed to live across from them...its so convenient.....I appreciate the two guys that work there.

I have been a box holder since 2007, I just received my renewal notification and noticed that the price had gone up considerably. The store is under new ownership Todd. I spoke with him concerning the matter he was polite enough, but he lacks the understanding that you can only get what peopleare willing to pay for yourservice not what you demand forthe service based on yourcompetitive research in the area. He also is very cut and dry with this notion (not willing to be flexible at all) a see ya later attitude. I am used to getting the 15 months for the price of twelve months as a benifit of being a long-term customer of 10 years, that I am willing to pay that but not more. Todd is too self consumed and righteous about the product and services he offers being a value. In the end I will be moving my box to the Allen Texas Mr Parcel location which still offer the 12 month price for 15 months of service. Its worth the hassle of changing my address on the limited things I have going there to get the best value for my money. If you have a box there you might consider a move as well, thanks Todd.

Ive been here many times, for a number of reasons, and have never been disappointed with the service I received. They dont cheat you out of money by marking up services!

I have been going there for months to get flate rate boxes, about 1-2 at a time, and shipping them out there. Today they refused to give one out just because they are lazy to order them online which i am now just going to do without dealing with these stupid people.Waste of time and will now use a different shipping center.

I got the 12 rectangle box to Amazone, but forgot to put one peace of Code file inside.so i cut off the tape and put it in,then the service guy came over and give me 2 strips of tape to tape the box then charge me $1 dollar.but ive never been charge for any of the tape in UPS store in Garland where i live.so i am not happy with that. Next time i will ask Amazone to pay for tape too. bye bye Mr. Money Parcel Willow Ben Plano

I love going to Mr. Parcel on the tollway because they provide so many shipping and office services for me; and it is like a little gift shop. They have all kinds of supplies for shipping and they pack everything for me. They do all carriers at this store...usps, fedex, ups, and dhl. If you need to fax, make copies, get documents notarized, Mr. Parcel tollway is the place to go! ALSO if you need to get gifts wrap they have that service too.Why wait in the long lines in the post office when you can go here? I LOVE THE STAFF THEY ARE SO WELCOMING AND NICE!

Do not use this store at all....they dont take responsibility for the mistakes they make at all.

Shipping charges are inflated by 100% I guess. Very expensive. Plus they dont give any receipt for package drop off. You dont have a proof of you dropped anything if its lost.

Not impressed with this place, poor customer service. There are many other options in the nearby area to ship from.
