I Purchased a nice camera recently for my daughter and the camera was giving an error message and I was really worried I Left a message for some help and they actually called me back and helped me get the camera working there was nothing wrong with the camera it was user error I put the micro chip in incorrectly but the willingness for them to help me out really made me feel like they care and because of that I will do business with them in the future

Only fair Pawn Shop in PlanoThere are 5 pawn shops within a 15 minute drive from me. This is the only one that actually runs a fair business. Theyll give you a fair deal on what your selling/pawning where they can still make a profit without cheating you or giving a major low-ball offer. On top of it all, theyre very personable and make their customers feel comfortable, easy 5 stars.

I doubt you could find a fairer or more pleasant pawn shop experience than this one. The big corner shop’s modest look conceals a really wonderful group of people who are prepared to meet you halfway honestly on whatever you bring them in, from jewelry to instruments to firearms to miscellany. I’ve dealt with this shop over the course of many years, and the rates of return and overall service experience are significantly better than neighboring shops I’ve found my way into. Please give them a try if you’ve got something you could use the money for instead!

Over a year ago I went here to pick up a s&w 5906 you guys had in. I called ahead of time since I was traveling from close to an hour away and asked if the guy working could hold it aside for me. He assured me it would still be here. When I got there, another guy was looking at it and literally bought it while I waited behind him to see the cabinet. I motioned to the sales guy that I was the one that called about that gun and was there to buy, he said sorry man he beat ya to it. I get it, first come first serve but dont tell me itll be there and have me drive an hr to get there and then sell it right in front of me. Once I realized I wouldnt be getting that pistol, I decided to look at the rifles on the wall. They had a used LWRC DI - BRONZE Gen 1. On their verticle rack. The gun retails for $1399-1499 new. They were asking $1799 for it used. Decided to leave this review because not only was I misled, the prices are unreasonable. *mind you $1799 is fair for todays market but not a year and a half ago when the market was saturated and LWRC was selling the gen 2 DI rifles with Mlok handguards at the $1400 mark brand new.

I responded to what appeared to be a personal ad on marketplace for a guitar.Was sent an address to come buy it.When i arrived at the address it turned out to be a pawn shop...I went in, one of the associates allowed me to look at the guitar..suddenly another associate interrupted and took over the potential transaction. I asked if there was a case, or any accessories, but was told no.The guitar was missing a string and had a considerable chip near the input jack.There were other minor flaws so i asked if the price was negotiable.The associate asked what id offer so i made what i believed to be a reasonable offer considering the condition.The tag was clearly marked at $349.The associate began looking on the internet to see what these guitars were priced at.He then told me that the price waa $377, and if i didnt buy it NOW... He was raising the price to $500... i asked if he would accept the price on the tag and he said no. So i left the store without any further communication.I did see the ad on marketplace had been raised from $349, to $499.The tag does not say + tax. It says $349.If this were a new guitar i would understand taxes not being mentioned... But this is a pawn shop and they didnt honor their own sticker price once i drove to the store.The post still appears to be an individual profile instead of a business.This is a Pawn Shop... That raised its prices while im standing in front of them...If they make it right, i may reconsider my review, but this is not the way to operate..Im just in shock at the attitude of the sales associate and the audacity to raise the price as they did.

I was shopping for a great deal on an engagement ring and could not be happier with my experience at TJ&L. They had a much bigger selection than other places I looked. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They also guaranteed that any ring would appraise for at least twice its sale price. The ring I bought appraised for 4 times what I paid, and she loves it.

I went to Texas Jewerlry & Loan to look for a used cordless nail gun. I was in town from out of state to do some home repair projects for my mother that lives in Plano. They didnt have a whole kit, so Chris offered me the use of his personal cordless nail gun to use overnight, free of charge, are you kidding me! Im a total stranger, from out of state and this was awesome and very appreciated. Pawn shop is clean, has a great selection, and obviously Chris goes above and beyond! Very shady. Purchased an item and explained what I was to try do. Offered me a period to test the item to make sure worked for what I needed it to do. It did no . Went the next day I could to return and would not stand by what they said. Buyer beware of shady tactics to get you to purchase and unprofessionalism to not honor what they say.

Horrible!!!!! I wanted to purchase a porta cool that Christopher had listedon craigslist,for sale by the company. Texas jewelry and Loan.When I called this morning.He asked someone there if they were keeping it, or selling. Its a pawn shop. I would assume everything they have is,for sale. If its displayed, or listed online. What kind of pawn business list a for sale ad, and then decides to keep it.Sounds like false advertisement to me!This is the first time that i have ever posted a review online, but i amnot happy that i called saturday,, and nobody was answering the phone.I understand that they are closed on Sunday, but when i called Monday morning. Again I was told that someone at the pawn shop is going to keep the item. The ad should have been removed from craigslist when it was decided to keep since last week.I would hope they learn from this, and do better business in the future.
