I went into Eaton to get the diamond on my fiancé’s engagement ring set and secured. The team was extremely helpful and gave me many different options. They were extremely knowledgeable and I know I will be going back for any of my jewelry needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

These people are so sweet and HELPFUL! I got my engagement ring and wedding band from two different big name stores, both of which told me there was basically nothing they could do to get the ring down to the size I needed due to the diamonds on the sides. I brought my rings in to these wonderful people and they gave me multiple options and even considered my plans to add to my rings later. My ring finally fits properly and comfortably! We took my wife’s three rings to be soldered together, they are all rose gold and have many diamonds in them he did an absolutely flawless job on making sure the soldering was a beautiful design and that all the diamonds were secure!!! I asked the jeweler to replace the back of my cartilage earring with a post that would lock into place so it would not fall out but I would still be able to take it out if I wanted. We decided to put on a earring back that was meant for baby earrings because It was the right size! I am giving a 5 star review because David was very helpful in coming up with a solution and was very quick with the replacement. I got the earring back and absolutely love it. It looks like it could be the original earring. He did great work!

Excellent, personal service. David and his staff made sure they understood what we wanted and made it work out perfectly. We brought in my wife’s *broken* diamond. Ugh, we were so upset! David sent it to be recut, and he remounted it. Our recut diamond shines so much better than before and only lost a minimal amount of weight! Took a handful of old jewelry to David and he came up with an engagement ring that my wife is very proud of. I had no idea what could be done but he looked everything over and examined it and came up with a custom design that makes everything look great. He resized my Mothers first wedding band and cleaned my Fathers wedding band on top of it all. I am very happy with the service and the results of his custom jewelry making abilities. It will be 3 years next month since I married my beautiful wife (so she has had her ring 4 years now). My wifes ring was custom made by David Eaton (owner). It has stood the test of time very well ! It is White gold, which means it is regular gold (yellow) that has Rhodium plating. The Rhodium plating will begin to wear over time under the finger (this is normal). We take the ring to David ever 6 months to check the prongs and if needed, to have the ring dipped in Rhodium. Guess what, David does this for FREE ! If you go online the typical cost to have an engagement ring Rhodium dipped is anywhere from $60 to $120 !!! If you are looking for a custom engagement ring (of great value), you must see David.

I was a bit intimidated by the security of this place, on the second floor of the building and not too easy for me to find, being from more than 1,000 miles away. I would give this place 10 stars if I could they are so wonderful!!! Mostly have just cleaned my rings in the past never really even got to know David or the other two women that work with him... Well that is until Jareds tried to rob me and luckily I didnt let them and he saved the day!Back when I was pregnant I was silly and never took my rings off. My finger swelled basically in a day and I, being pregnant freaked out bc I couldnt get them off. Well freaking or didnt help. Eatons was closed so I went up to the nearest jewelry store to ask them about my ring. The salesman said oh we would just cut it off... It wouldnt be a big deal, in a panic and without speaking with a jeweler... He cut it off. He cut it in 2 places which I thought was odd.. But just relieved it was off my finger. Months later after having baby and my fingers were back to normal I went to Jareds to have them fixed. Well the told me it needed more platinum (the section the man cut out) and would cost $450. Im sorry but $450 is a big deal to most people rich or poor... You dont just tell someone its not a big deal and expect/assume that amount of money is not a big deal. To be honest it isnt to me if its within reason but I think they cut my ring that way to make money in the long run. I went to Eatons and David charged me less than ½ and returned my ring back to its original perfect self! I cant say enough about how grateful I am... And then tonight I received a hand written thank you card from him personally! What kind of business still does that?! They are wonderful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am so happy with my experience at Eaton. They were so nice, not salesy or pushy at all. I had to cut my wedding ring off when pregnantand swollen. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to have my ring fixed or trade it in to get a different setting. He said we could do either. I was able to trade in my old ring for a new ring that is beautiful for an even swap. He even offered to let me keep the small stones on the band to use in a future piece of custom jewelry. I plan to use the stones to make a ring of necklace for my baby girl when she gets a little older. I walked away very happy and highly recommend them!

Went looking for a place that I could get a stone mounted to a ring setting I had made at a different jeweler. Prices were comparable to other jewelers, but where other jewelers snuff their nose at you for not buying one of their rings, David and his team put me at ease and let me know exactly what to expect and how long it would take. They laser welded the stone to the ring. It came out perfect. I liked the job they did so much I brought it back to them for resizing. I came in with my wedding ring that is 10 years old and had a lose setting for the princess diamond. Not only did Eaton Jewelers fix the setting but they made it look brand new when I picked it up! It was done in 2 days and my ring was sparking like the day my husband bought it!
