After using another popular paint for over 30 years Ive made the switch to Benjamin Moore. Great paint and also a personal and knowledgeable staff.
The staff here are incredibly helpful. They were so patient with all of my questions. Even when I had an issue with my paint, they did what it took to fix it for me. Cameron and Rodney were awesome. Thank you!
Benjamin Moore is the best paint on the market, in my opinion. The folks at Texas Paint and Wallpaper are always very helpful. Ive had better luck at this store compared to the others Ive visited in the area.
Did a great job matching paint colors
Very helpful staff
Great people make a great company greater! This guys are awesome.
Terrible customer service, will not be back. I went in pick up color cards and asked to double check that all colors come in Natura. I was told incorrectly that Natura line is being dropped, its only possible to order it in a dark color, and that Regal is the equivalent line to replace the Natura - no odor / no VOC. I didnt question it since she seemed to know what she was talking about - big mistake! I asked my husband to pick up the paint and he called me to let me know Natura is only available in semi-gloss, so I told him to get the new equivalent paint I was told about. Sure enough, he buys the Regal and after looking into it we find out that it has very low odor, not no odor! This may not matter for most, but matters a lot to me because I have an infant and Im very sensitive to odors. After looking into it some more it turns out that Natura is not being discontinued and we have no problem purchasing the finish we need from another local shop. I bring back the paint to the store and I get neither the refund (not even a partial refund or store credit) nor an apology for incorrect information I was provided. I am also told that Natura could be ordered in the finish we need, it would just take a few days to come in and would be full price rather than discounted. Neither I nor my husband were told this! We are clearly not looking to save on a discounted product or a similar product at a lower price point. I was shopping in advance and didnt need the product that day. We needed a specific product that the store didnt have in stock. Instead of honestly telling us this and putting in a special order, I can only assume they just wanted to make a quick sale. By the way, the lady I originally spoke to when I first came in was right there when I returned with the paint and she made no effort in acknowledging me or the fact that she spoke with me and gave me the wrong information just a few days prior (I came in with a baby both times - not difficult to remember and the person I spoke to the second time knew exactly which order I was talking about and who my husband was, so she clearly just chose not to address the awkward and embarrassing for her situation). Bottom line is this - the store misrepresented product availability (twice, both to me and to my husband) and promoted an inferior product as equivalent, which caused us to buy the wrong product. They took no responsibility for their actions and didnt offer anything to remediate the situation, instead opting for there is nothing we can do and you were told line (yeah, we were told WRONG). Were talking about ONE gallon of paint here, so the loss isnt huge ($60), but the insult is tremendous. Shop at your own risk at this dishonest location, or better yet choose another store that carries Benjamin Moore, there is another one in Plano not too far from there.
Great customer service. The Texas Paint team was extremely knowledgable about everything i needed to complete my project.
They go above and beyond here to take care of their customers.
