I ordered color chips online so I could tape them to my wall and take my time choosing colors and received them in the mail a few days later. They sent a handy checklist of the supplies you need to get started. I ordered my paint and supplies online and went in the store to pickup because I forgot to buy trays (I should have double checked my list). The store was neat and clean. The two gentlemen working there were very helpful and professional. One carried my order out to my car for me. I definitely recommend this location.

Jesse deserves to be promoted. I walked in the store with no idea about paints, and Jesse patiently guided me through everything I need to get my entire interior house painted.

I went to the Parker road store in Plano next to HWY 75. I loved that every employee was wearing a mask and masks were required of customers. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and I was served in a timely manor. All in all a very positive experience. Good Job!

Excellent samples and tools to help choose colors. Generous sample containers allow a really good test at home on walls, etc. The store assistant also applied a coupon we did not know about to help reduce our costs. We got so much help we did not need to visit a big box store at all, as we had expected to.

There service was not good at all compared to other Sherman-William stores they didnt really know what they were doing or really tried to help. Home Depot had much better service and prices. But other Sherman-William locations are much better and can recommend going to other Sherman-William branches but not this one.Reply-I know this is not usual but this shop had some really bad service in particular. Thats why Im not recommend in to go to this branch.

The sales associate (sorry that I dont have his name) was extremely thoughtful in making sure that my color was right.

Good location with easy parking. Staff are patient and helpful for someone who knows nothing about paint. Bobby was great and with the paint sale I wad able to save a lot. Who knew paint was SO ecpensive!!!

The guys here are very helpful in making sure we get all we need and recommending the correct kind of paint for our projects.

I went there on Friday July 5th to get some wood stain but wasn’t sure about the color,The second I walked in, I was greeted by someone and he asked me “how can I help you” I told him my request and immediately he was able to help and even tested the color or a piece of wood to show me in real how is the color going to look like.Honestly great customer service

They have an amazing variety of colors to choose from and every thing youll need for your project but nobody acknowledged me or asked if I needed help during my 1 hour stay, I would even say one guy looked annoyed I was in there.

THEY REALLY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS I PROMISE 2 GOD I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN ON GOD!!!

This is the slowest of all Sherwin stores in the area. Even if Im just picking up 4 gallons of 1 color it will be 20 - 30 minutes... I try to avoid it at all costs.
