I have never been so in love with a place. i literally come like AT LEAST 3 or 4 times a week and get a peanut butter chocolate shake every single time. best thing I’ve ever tried in my entire life. it’s all i can think about sometimes I’m not even joking it’s just so good ugh. i went tonight and these 3 girls were working & idk the girls name but the shake she made me was the absolute best one I’ve ever had in my entire life i wish i would’ve gotten a medium cause i cannot get over how amazing it was

I took my daughter and her Boyfriend for ice creme after our family dinner last night. I do weekly family dinner even though everyone lives in different locations. I like to hear whats going on. My daughter leaves to start her second year of Vet school on Saturday. We all enjoyed our various types of ice creme. Baskin Robbins is so yummy! It makes family Dinner even Sweeter!

The staff was nice and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently to serve me and my kids our shakes. The place was clean and bright. But the dining area is still partially closed off.

So many memories of my childhood favorite ice cream place. a middle aged woman named either Vicky or Cathy was so polite while serving us. she was very patient.

It was so bad !!! It wasn’t thick just like waterIt was milk with little bit of ice cream. I tried to return it but the worker was so aggressive he told me he washed the tools and he will not make another one for me. Also he didn’t let me know his name. It was 12:05 am (night shift) it was disgusting how he spoke with me. But the more disgusting the taste of the shake . I tried to taste it after that I throw in the garbage.Recommended don’t go there

Courteous service, but a bit on the slow side. I usually end up getting prepacked ice cream to speed up service. I also believe because there isnt as much business theres not so much turnover with ice cream sitting in tubs for maybe months on end. Were in November, but Baseball Nut is still there! Stick to the prepacks for now. :)

My kid had a late night craving and they had what she wanted!

Poor customer service and, no inside or outside seating at all. The ice cream is stale, old. Freezer burn taste. First and last visit.

Who doesnt like ice cream?! LOVE this place! Very nice & accommodating. My only true disappointment is that certain flavors are only seasonal. However, they offered to check other locations, found what I wanted & had it waiting just for me the NEXT DAY! ANYONE in any industry willing & offering to special order something for you is a TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST!!

They wouldnt give me a sample😪. I wanted to try their cotton candy ice cream. It looked really good. If I liked it, I was going to buy some.

Love that they have so many flavors...I havent tried but a few, it might just take a while to get through all of them! On our latest visit, the kids got the Creature creations...so cute!

Baskin Robbins has such great ice cream flavors to pick from. They keep the store clean. The staff is always helpful and kind. Plus the last few times they have been honest in a positive way which I appreciate. I bought a Pralines & Cream Ice Cream Cake, which turned out so creamy & scrumptious! BR is a must during these hot days!

I bring my family to this Baskin Robbins all the time. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the selection is great! They also have a few tables if you want sit and eat your ice cream.

Yummy Ice Cream.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they have enough staff and everyone is super nice and the ordeal is very good. Most of the time they have limited staff (1 or 2 people) and they just cant keep up with the traffic causing aggravation for themselves and the customers.

Its never crowded and the staff is always super friendly and quick.

My favorite ice cream of theirs is blue raspberry sherbert but it is no longer available. But it is the first place that ever had blue ice cream and blue ice cream has been a long time fantasy of mine because blue is my favorite color.

Some staffs are really nice, but one of them is truely rude and has never showed patience while my son picks his favor.We may go back again. Just the experience is Not pleasant.

Went with my son. Some kids team was in there. A woman was there paying for the team. Some of the team arrived late so I was queueing in front of them. When I was ready to order the lady behind counter asked me if Im part of the team. I said no. She said team first but Im already queuing in front of them. Why should I move behind them right? Not my fault they were late... So I left.
