The customer service here is amazing. My daughter didn’t like her 1st choice, and they made it right by making her a new one! The gelato was creamy and full of flavor making every bite worth the money. It may have been on the pricey side but worth it!! The liquid nitrogen is a fun experience!! 😀👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was craving dessert so I searched all of the nearby dessert shops and I noticed how OMGelato had such high reviews. Decided to give it a try and SO THANKFUL I DID! The atmosphere and color scheme of the shop is so vibrant and fun! My fiance and I both shared the chocolate mousse and it was incredible! So creamy and incredibly smooth. One of the employees, Rojan, was so personable and made our experience even more enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back here!

Better than ice cream! First time trying gelato and we were not disappointed! Endless amounts of flavors and the owner was very helpful in deciding which flavor to go for and explaining the process. Service is great and the speed improves every time I go. Took about 30 minutes for 4 orders first visit, and 10 for the second visit.

Wow! Took my wife and kids for dessert and they loved it! So many flavors, frozen fresh! (Nitrogen) customer service was amazing! Kids wanted M&Ms on their Gelato, owner didnt charge me for it. Went back to buy a couple.of bottles of water, owner didnt charge me for that either! This will be a regular spot for us for sure!

Went here Tuesday night close to closing time and the two guys working there were great! We didnt feel rushed and they had great suggestions for flavors based on our comments. We really enjoyed our orders and it was fun to watch them making it.

So creative and they are huge and everything on their menu looks delicious especially Saffron and pistachio and they have so many flavors.

Having tried many places in the area, I can tell here is another level. Fresh, tasty and good environment for families. It took a bit longer to make our order, but totally worth it given how fresh and customized it was !

I want to begin by saying the gelato is very good! Unfortunately I cannot solely base my review off of the gelato because of the very depressing environment I witnessed. There were 2 staff working and making the gelato while 3 managers or owners were chit chatting to each other in their native language. There was zero interaction towards customers or their own staff. Once our gelato was made, the staff sat down in the seating area while on their phones. I believe the ownership of this place have failed at making a happy and inviting environment, and because of this I won’t be returning. Part of owning and operating a business is being a good leader and role model for your employees. Really sad to see.

This is by far the absolute BEST gelato you will find in ALL OF DALLAS. Hands down. My wife and I went there on a whim during our pregnancy and we were just blown away. It is the creamiest, most flavorful, and best textured gelato I have ever had in my life.It easily beats any ice cream my wife and I have ever had in Dallas and weve grown up here our whole lives. Ive even been to ITALY and not had gelato of this caliber. It is impossible to over state how amazing this place is. Along with tons of toppings and add-ins, they have a huge amount of flavors and each one is amazing. We are still working through all of them and have not been disappointed yet.My favorite combo so far is a mix of Blackberry & Mascarpone with Blackberries mixed in.My wifes favorite is a mix of Chocolate Mousse and Dark Chocolate with Raspberries mixed in.If you want a frozen treat, go to this place. It will instantly be your new favorite!

Decided to try this based on the high Google rating. I was pretty disappointed. The girls who were at the register were giggling with each other, and took several minutes before they acknowledged that we were standing there. I ordered cheesecake gelato with strawberries, and my husband got vanilla gelato with oreos. We had to wait quite a while for our gelato, and my order was wrong. My husbands tasted okay, but mine was almost inedible. It was a very sour strawberry flavoring and no cheesecake. It was pretty disappointing, especially for the price.

Owner wasnt there and didnt over turn)- speed (very slow, even if a single item.)(owner made the customers order that was after me first, making me wait)(he was flirting with her)...I had to wait.- order accuracy (messed up flavor/toppings on 3 out of 7 items my family ordered in the 3 visits

Omgelato is another amazing nitrogen based ice cream places I’ve tried and OMG it’s great. They have dairy and nondairy based ice cream.They have about 60 flavors to choose plus hot items like tea and 3 kinds coffee, shakes and pastries. The atmosphere is clean, fresh, modern, chic and best of all friendly. The proprietor is present and welcomed us nicely and we even had a nice chat.I enjoyed my saffron ice cream and tried hubby’s coconut ice cream as well 😋 plus I always enjoy watching the way they make the ice cream with nitrogen.I absolutely recommend this place to everyone specially to Persian friends to try saffron or pistachio ice cream, tea ☕️ and roulette.

The place lighting is weird - too bright white. The prices are too high. My kids did not enjoy the chocolate gelato they got. The coffee was ok. Be ready to wait a while because of slow service. .
