Came here with family and we loved it! Service was great and the gelato was delicious and was a good price. We got the nutella crunch and cookie flavor (like chocolate chip cookie)

Absolutely amazing and delicious! They have so many flavors, and not always the same. Had their Rose, Red Berries (omg YUM), and their version of chocolate chip. Absolutely wonderful! Only complaint is that Google says they require masks but the 3 people in the store when I went in (including the server) were not wearing masks.

This is the best gelato in ever had in my life. I recommend going there. Sea salt caramel is my fav.

Im glad theres an ice cream shop in downtown Plano, finally. Yes I know its gelato but I still call it ice cream. The flavors are really good and the colors are deceiving. The cones are.made from scratch as you can see in my picture. They are really, really good. You can tell theyre homemade and not bought from some third party vendor like other ice cream places. I wished the scoops were bigger, though. Iceland has much bigger scoops of ice cream. But theyre doing their best so thats all we can ask for these days.

These flavors are worth trying. There is something for all diets, gluten free, sugar free, milk free! The entire place is so clean and pristine, I’m very impressed! It was an overall very favorable experience

This is the best place for a delicious and quality ice cream. Staff is very kind and generous. My kids love to test different flavors each time before choosing their two big scoops. We like to have ice cream from many stores but this is the only one that not upset your stomach or leave a heavy feeling afterwards. I guess their ingredients are all natural and using real fruits for flavors.

Came here for the first time after reading all the great reviews there hours say they open at 1 on Saturday but there doors were closed. After waiting several minutes no one ever came. We decided to take our buisness elsewhere.

Very cute shop. Nice and clean. Good spot to sit and people watch while enjoying a delicious treat. Serving size was just right for my 2 year old daughter, our grandmother, and me before going to the park next door. The gentleman working was very nice and even picked out a gelato flavor he thought my daughter would like and let her taste a sample. She loved every bit! The bathroom was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. They even have a little table and basket with books and toys for the kids. A tasty place to stop for sure!

My friend and I were looking for a gelato place in Plano this afternoon. We ended up at The Gelato Cone, and I am so glad that we did. The store is very cozy as in downtown Plano, the lady on the counter provided amazing customer service and their gelato is really good. I had the pistachio, coconut and Ferroro Rocher flavors. Will definitely be going back again!

It was a really nice place. I had the milky ocean and rose flavors, and they were really good (highly recommend)! Service was a bit slow because I went with the Vines orchestra during our McCall plaza performance so there were like 20 teenagers waiting in line with only one person working. Kudos to him though, for working so hard.

This place has the best Gelato and its conventionally located downtown. Even better my son just tried to tell me its delicious, and hes right its the best Ive had as well. Also I love the fact that yall have a kids table/area makes it a convenient place to go when getting away from the playground.

Great snack option! My favorite is the melon and the kids got vanilla, chocolate, and nutella crunch which they loved.Downside: we came during a very busy night - wine walk. Thankfully, the sole employee kept his cool and managed to get us taken care of despite having tons of guests sample wine. Poor thing. Other downsides, tons of flies and the smell that lingered.

I love this place! Relatively lower calories than other ice creams. My favorite combination is 2 scoops of rose and 1 scoop of milk chocolate on a waffle cone. They make their own waffle cones fresh in the store. One of my top places!

I enjoyed the mango flavor. There are no sugar free options, but the fruit flavors are lower calorie and have much less added sugar.

Selim is so friendly and kind. He let us try all the flavors we wanted and we were all blown away! The gelato is fresh and there are some gelato options with no milk or eggs! This should definitely be your first choice for desert!
