Tasty...the ice cream was delicious

This will always be my go to place. I always get the knock out with tigers blood and blue coconut flavor. I’ve been going here for years and they always go above and beyond. Make sure to check out T C shaved ice in Plano if you haven’t already.

Lovely store. Ive walked through on a few occasions but mainly been to their tea room for a Mother Daughter Tea. Lovely place and good was good.

I have to give a one star. I’ve been coming toThis place for years and twice they don’t make my snow cone high like other times. Ask for medium syrup not heavy and yet I get more syrup than ice! Almost $5 for ice and syrup is pathetic. No longer buying from this place.

Oh man!! Think I found a new favorite. Mangonada. Sweet and spicy. Also love the pickadilly.

Waited for 20 min to get a mangonada! This is more like a slurpee than a raspa. No mango, no tamarindo stick. The taste isnt all that great just mango flavored syrup. This slurpee will set you back $4.65! Dont do it, folks. Go somewhere else!

The flavors are still my favorite but the ice is really inconsistent and chunky now. Not sure if its a new machine or just a full blade but I dont like the texture now.

Prices are a little up there, but theyve got more than just snow cones. Theyre not stingy with the syrup and variety of flavors will have me back!!

I’m very upset bc a roach was in my daughter’s icecream. I ordered a Mangonada & Medium cup Vanilla Icecream 2 scoops. We were arriving home I live 12 mn from their location. My daughter asked me what is that. So I tought nothing of it just a stick or a piece of trash when I pulled it out from her spoon it was a whole roach. Mind, she was halway done. I was shocked and we were both grossed out. I called their number on file and this man answered the phone and I told him my complaint and all he did was laugh and said it had to he a joke. I honestly re checked my phone embarrassed thinking I had called the wrong number. And I verify with him if it was TC Shaved Ice and he did confirm still laughing about the whole situation. Told him the location and he told me there was nothing he could do just for me to pull up to the location and talk to them. I was kinda upset, so I did drove back up there again, and there was a teenage boy in the window I explained to him and then a older lady who took my order still questioned how the roach would be there and how it was in the middle of the icecream it doesn’t make sense, yes lady I don’t understand eighter unless there is roaches in their work place and aren’t doing anything about it. I’m seriously disgusted, bc I don’t even want to imagine how nasty they could be. Please re think if you guys want to end up getting a suprise in your order. Will never come back here again.She did only gave me $4.60 back, but it’s not the money it’s how nasty this place is.If I could I would give 0 stars..

Delicious on a hot day. Generous portions drenched with syrup. I never need more than a small size. We got grape, coconut, pine colada and BlackBerry flavors today. All tasted great.

My husband and I love TCs. Theyre vanilla ice cream taste so good. We always get the mangonada knockout and chamoyada knockout. We come to this location every time were in the area. 👍👍

This place is The Best shaved ice we have had in at least four states. My wife and I used to go to the TV shaved ice off Garland Rd as young teenagers 15 years ago. We came to this location with our four kids today after not having been in 15 years and it was just as amazing as I remember it being. My favorite combo anywhere I go is root beer and wedding cake with cream. The absolute best. This places has the creamest ice. So fine and easy to eat all the way through. And they dont skimp on the flavor either. Right down to the last bite. Highly recommend.

Amazing, but be warned, when they say something is a large it IS genuinely large. Get a medium. And if youre already there, make sure to get their shaved ice. Its the best shaved ice place in the area.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First off LONG WAIT TIMES..then you pull up to the window only to find out they only take cash. More signs about ONLY TAKING CASH would be nice! Very rude teenagers.

Shaved ice is very good. Prices seemed to have increased but you still get a good product for the price. They are a bit slow but that goes with the territory. Many different flavors to choose from.

Price a bit high but well worth it! I cant stop from getting their sweets . Lots of options and huge portions . Please try them out ! Highly recommended.😍

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We got there (at the window) at 730PM after waiting in line we pull up next the guy says they were already close the hrs clearly say closes at 8pm made us wait in line! Otherwise the raspas are good but management is the worst. The guys there have bad customer service!

I love their snow cones but they are fully aware of their monopoly and take full advantage of it with their pricing. Eight dollars is two much for two cups of frozen water with some flavor squirted on it. What do you suppose it costs to make two snowcones? Twenty? Thirty scents maybe?

I ordered a small snow cone with ice cream on the top. They made the sno cone super tall that my ice cream fell off the top. They did not replace the ice cream

Love this place, the knockout has soft serve ice cream in the bottom, then snow cone, then ice cream on the top. The strawberries and cream are delish, so many things to choose from.

The original spot in Plano to get Mexican corn in a cup. I prefer TC to the new spots that popped up. What I like about them is that they blend Chile powder in their cheese🌽🌶️🧀

This is the best corn I have ever eaten. I am a credible corn reviewer in the Dallas area. Ive tried corn from 3 different places, and this is the best corn there is. For the last 19 years, Ive been eating corn. This corn is the best corn. It has really good cheese. Also, dont put spicy stuff in your corn because you taint the golden goodness with that stuff.

Something so simple as shaved ice but OMG it was so good. Been to other places and there is always clumps of ice and the flavor is to sweet or to sour but this place is AMAZING. My husband introduce my kids and I and even when its cold we come here. A bit far from us but worth it . Must come here highly recommend it 😀

The ice and cups had a mildew smell. Not sure if the container wasnt cleaned properly or what, but it wasnt pleasant.

They used give you alot in your cup for lesser price. Now its the opposite less product and prices are higher. Taste and flavor still great. 👌

It has good shave ice flavors but the new employees there are not as fast as before. You wait too long for your raspados.

Please hire another person, IDC if you have to raise every item 50¢ higher to do so, this is ridiculous!!! We have to wait in line forever, if you plan on ordering shaved ice from here, yoy better have brought a good book, because you just might finish it before you get served

Always great! They fill the snowcones with lots of syrup! Never have gotten one here there you reach the center and only have ice with no flavor. Always a great stop in the summer to cool down!!

Been going to this place for years. The shaved ice is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! The worker literally just took my extra money I had left over & didn’t give it back after I already got my shaved ice I’m sitting in the drive thru like is you gone give me the rest of my change! Hire new people not just Mexicans 🙄
