Horrible customer service! Noah, the manager, is sarcastic and has no clue about customer service. I have made a lot of purchases at J&M over the years but no longer intend to. J&M lost a customer because Noah wanted to squabble over a broken tube of shoe polish. He would not replace a tube of polish I previously purchased that had split apart at the seam. For a $9(at retail) tube of shoe polish Noah and J&M lost a customer! Plus, he gets negative publicity and a 1 star review rating. Classic textbook case!
Love everything about the quality of their products, and the staff at this location is second to none. Extremely professional and helpful folks here.
