I love Shinola! This was my first time coming to this store. It is such a beautiful store. I had an issue with my Shinola Canfield Sport that I had just purchased and Natasha was just so helpful. When I got there everything was ready for me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very good customer service. Very highly recommended. She told me that from now on that whenever I need anything from Shinola to just contact her personally and she will take care of it, and believe me, I will be taking her word for it. I am totally satisfied with my experience and already enjoying my Canfield Sport. Beautiful watch! Will be coming back!

I purchased a defective laptop bag from the North Park Mall in Dallas, Texas about 2 months ago. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. As a disgruntled customer, I asked what could be done in this situation to the manager and was politely asked to stop in the Plano, Texas location for an inspection (since I live in Frisco). Following the inspection, the manager was able to assess the product and provide an in-store credit and ended up up-selling me a nice backpack. First of all, I would like to state that I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff there. The customer service and the management at both locations is superb and I love it!!! Quin, you are the man!

Would highly recommend shopping here. Natashia was so helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a bicycle from here and are more than satisfied with our purchase. She was genuinely excited for us to be able to finally be able to ride together and make memories.

This is a nice enough store and very impressive. The watches are nice and I understand the company is about American jobs. Im not sure I get where they are going with their product collection. Does not tie all together for me yet.

I have been a customer of Shinola Plano for 2 years now and have purchased several watches, leather goods, and most recently a Runwell Turn Table. The store manager Quin Milliner is simply a cut above. He is the most friendly sales person Ive ever encountered. He never pressures his clients into anything, allows you to freely roam around the store without constantly checking up, and has detailed product knowledge of their entire catalog. It feels good going into a store and having a guy - someone who knows your style, someone who has built a relationship with you, who goes the extra mile for customer service.Quin is a true professional. I wanted to get my brother in law a Runwell Turn Table for a Christmas gift. He has a great vinyl collection and his audio setup is on life support. When I arrived to the store, Quin knew I wanted the turn table with the maple base. The website said sold out.After he made a phone call, magically one was sent overnight from the factory the next day! My wife is 8.5 months pregnant and Ive been working late, so Quin offered to drop off the unit (50+ lbs) at my own house! He did this for us without any hesitation. I havent ever experienced such excellent customer service.Shinola not only has top notch products but also top notch people. They emphasize their factory workers, but their sales staff deserves some love too.

Experience when i first walked in was great! everyone was willing to help. the rep/seller told me they are authorized Filson sellers so i can return Filson product bought in other store to them, i was happy, i bought an item from them right away to show them i want to give them my business. when i came back with another item i bought at a another Filson location further away (this location was more convenience and where i want to take my business in the future) a new rep/seller said i cant return in here because their system is different. i ask if i can speak to a manger since their last employee said they would take the return, i called Filson number before going there and they said they would take the return there and now i cant return it? before when i was parking my car i notice there was 3 people inside when i walked in, 2 retreated to the back...no manager on site or can be reached. sure they stand behind their product at this location but they dont stand behind their customers. next chance i get (because it does take me 30 mins to get to this location, and 40-50 mins to get west location) i will return the bag i bought from them and take my business online or too a different company that takes care of their customer.
