Went in to pick up my online purchase and was definitely rushed out. Questions I asked were answered with a blunt “I don’t know” and the employees acted as if they didn’t even want to be there. Do yourself a favor and try a different LV store that has nicer staff to make your purchasing experience more enjoyable.

I’ve have been a client at Louis Vuitton for several years spending tens and thousands of dollars. I have never been to a boutique where they were so rude. I do not appreciate this stores client advisors or there store manager. Very rude and unprofessional. They definitely need a course in customer service. Never buy a bag from a lv inside a Neimans boutique.

Some of the best service I have received while being a Louis Vuitton customer came from Zeke at this store! He went above and beyond to get my transaction completed and once I received it, I felt as if I went into the store itself for the transaction!! I received my shopping bag and it was beautifully packaged ❤️❤️❤️

Right when I walked in everyone was super attentive and polite even thought I was wearing frayed jeans and a t-shirt. My sales associate Eric surprised me on the spot with the gem of all surprises - a reverse mono Pochette Metis! AND he was able to track down another unicorn for me in no time whatsoever. Eric made time to follow-up with me and appears to care about his customers. Highly recommend this LV boutique in Neiman Marcus.

Customer service was a little slow at first, but once they got to me everything went smoothly.*update* Changed from 4 to 5 stars.Came back to look at another item. I mentioned that the wallet I had purchased four months ago had some glazing peeling off. Ezequiel handled it easily and professionally. They replaced it with a brand new one, no cost. I couldnt be any more pleased with the level of customer service at this location.

I was very nervous about going in the store, after reading all the reviews and I was also dressed in sweats, when I walked in I was greeted instantly by our awesome SA Collin! He was one the most friendly people I’ve ever had in any retail establishment. He took his time and was very down to earth, he helped me find the bag I was looking for. Thank you so much Collin! I love my bag and definitely will be back!

I see the negative reviews before me and have to apologize because my wife and I received exceptional service from Cesar Vancleave. I called the store earlier in the day(5/27/15) to enquire about a handbag and Cesar was polite and very helpful on the phone. I told him that we will be in later that night to look at it and he said he will have it ready for us.Later that night we made it out to the store and luckily Cesar was still there. He greeted us and I told him that I called earlier that afternoon about the handbag. He immediately remembered and brought the bag out behind the counter, unwrapped and ready for us. What really surprised me was the fact that he was expecting us and didnt just blow off the conversation we had earlier about the possibility of us coming to look at the purse and having the purse ready for us. Kudos!My wife ended up looking at several variations before we settled on the one she liked. Cesar was very informative throughout the process and we trusted his recommendations and suggestions (it also helped that he had a striking resemblance to the actor Ed Norton). He walked us out after the purchase and we are now completely satisfied. This is my wifes first Louis and after this positive experience, we will definitely be back. Thanks, Cesar, and keep up the good work!

I went to this store last saturday, I was wearing a tennis shoes and sport clothes, anybody welcome me to the store and the two ladies at the front looked at me with that face like I was nothing. I am a professional, a doctor and I never judge people for how they look. I do not recommend this store to anybody. I asked for a purse and they gave me the price without me to ask. I was going to buy a wallet for my father but that was too much. Good luck with that store. So disappointed, bad customer service, so sad.

I went to the Plano/Neiman Marcus store last week because my wallet was cracking and my handbag is peeling.(This is the second time I had to exchange my wallet for the exact same thing.) Brittany was my SA and she did NOT offer great customer service. First she told me I can exchange the wallet or get a credit. I couldn’t make up my mind so I asked for a credit. Then surprisingly she said” sorry we don’t give credits here because we’re inside of Neiman’s“ yeah, ok. I heard that this location has some racist employees and I was experiencing it first hand.So I decided on the Emily wallet due to the Josephine being discontinued according to Brittany. Well she put my NEW wallet in the old packing I came in with! AND chuckled “ make sure you love it because it’s a final sale” I’ve never heard of such a policy at LV! This is not the LV customer service I am accustomed to.I was just there around Mothers Day to purchase a key pouch for y daughter and I had pretty good service. So I must say, it’s not everyone in the store with bad service.So now let’s get to my handbag ( The Delightful 4 yrs old)which happens to also be discontinued. My strap AND trim is peeling. The hook broke a few years ago but I wasn’t to worried about that since it can’t be seen. Brittany says they can replace the strap, however I would have to pay for the trim which is peeling just like the strap. Her manager called and was of no help. They both were dismissive and condescending.So sad because I’ve always loved Louis Vuitton.

Ive shopped at several Louis Vuitton locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area over the years, but this one has been my favorite so far. Its on the smaller side, since its located within Neiman Marcus, but the atmosphere is friendly and the service is top notch. Marla Manuel was super helpful and very friendly on my last shopping trip. I had an exchange to make and was on the fence about which bag I wanted to take home. She took out several pieces for me to look at and try on and even put me on the waitlist for an Adele Wallet (which ended up taking only a few days, not weeks like Id been told). They called about the wallet arriving and even offered to ship it to me since I couldnt make it to the store within 24 hours. If youre on the hunt for a luxury bag, this is the place to visit.

Came here on 11/21/18 to try and buy a belt. Salesman was completely incompetent, first acted like he didn’t want to work with me, than proceeds to tell me that they do not carry a belt that was hanging on display. To make matters worse he said the belts only go from 100-110 there is no middle 105 so I would need the 110 which fit the verry last hole, to which I questioned, if it was possible to get two more holes punched so if I needed to tighten the belt more I could. His response was simply “you dont want to do that, with a Louis Vuitton belt, it isn’t a cheap belt that you can do that with. Besides Louis Vuitton will void the warranty”. This is the 3rd Louis Vuitton store I have been too in the DFW area and I must say they all suck...

I purchased a bag from this store a few years ago when the canvas they used was not the best quality... it cracked over time. I called LV customer service and they said to take it to store and have them to do a quality assessment on it. JUSTINE is the name of the young lady that helped me. She was fantastic!!! She more than took care of me, was very patient and showed me everything I was interested in. I am very thankful and highly recommend when shoppibg at this location that you request her! I am loving my Louis again😍

Horrible customer service. The SA was absolutely rude and pretentious. I own several LVs, came to this store for a simple exchange on a small item I received as a gift and I was made to feel like I was trying To get one over on them, my goodness if LV can’t take care of their customers perhaps it’s time to shop another brand. No one should be treated as if they are beneath you, especially your customers. Neiman’s/LV better get a handle in the situation. Take a look at the reviews!!

I accidentally locked my Monceau Messgenger bag I received as a hand-me-down. When I called the other store locations I could not get through, but was able to with this store. The representative was very unhelpful and told me to break the lock on my purse! Why would one even suggest that considering the prices on these bags? Asked about repairs and upkeep, but would not even give be an idea of any pricing or some kind of expertise. I understand that she would have to look at it to determine, but I just wanted to know ballparks. When I asked if they were an outsourced Louis Vuitton store, she replyed no they were an actual store and I couldnt believe it!
