The first time we went in Geoff was very kind and answered all of our questions. We went back a few weeks later to officially make our purchase and we were met again with the same great customer service. Not only are the products youll find here extremely superior to what you may find at another store, but the prices are also amazing. Quality and value is what this place is all about. They were very transparent and honest and never pressured us. We could not be happier with the purchase we made and are even happier that we were able to support such a great local small business!

Theres a reason these guys have 5 stars. I have scoliosis. degenerative disc disease, arthritic facet joints a list of other things wrong with me back. When I walked in they werent focused on solely selling me a mattress. They wanted to find me the right fit. ****This is where it gets interesting. I found the mattress, it was delivered that day, slept on it and realized my back was killing me. I called the store and Michael (amazing guy) said no worries, we will take care of your paperwork and put you in the second one you liked best, which was much less firm. It was a little more expensive but since they genuinely want to find you the best mattress for your situation and budget they were able to help me out on the price a bit. Paperwork was completed that day and my mattress was delivered at 1:30 the next day and oh my god does it sleep well. All in all this is the best mattress store Ive ever been to. The guys at Nebraska Furniture Mart are paid to sell mattresses to anyone, these guys actually care about each person. Id give them 10 stars if i could.

My wife and I were in bad need of a new mattress. I went to Sleep Solutions hoping to avoid the high pressure chain store experience, and Sleep Solutions fit the bill perfectly. Stan really knows his products, and made the whole buying experience an unexpected pleasure. I have pretty much stopped responding to review requests because, well, its rare that any sales experience deserves my time. But this shop deserves the praise. In addition to the great sales experience, I am glad to support a local business whose products are also made locally (or some of them, at least...including mine). I was so pleased with that first purchase, that I looked forward to taking my son college-aged son there today to buy a mattress for him, as well. I highly recommend Sleep Solutions!

We went in to purchase a mattress Saturday. Stan really hooked my wife and I up. He was very knowledgeable helping us look for the right mattress. Awesome customer service and very clean facility. Would highly suggest anyone to go get your mattress from sleep solutions !! While we were there another couple came in. It happens to be Betty Mathews, the only customer that has ever left a bad review for the store. Stan went over to them and asked how he could help them. Her husband stuck his hand up and said “we’re good”. So Stan walked back to me and finished our interaction. I’m appalled that she could have the audacity to write such a review for a company that clearly has a track record of excellent service and respectful treatment of their customers. Ignore this absurd review she left and come see Sleep Solutions !!!

Staff was amazing! My family did not really know what we were looking for and he was extremely helpful. Mike who dropped off the mattress was very nice and helpful as well. My sister ended up having to return the mattress because hers was too big got the room but he made the process very easy. Had a pleasant time shopping here and would definitely recommend! Great service and a large selection.

Stan and his partner were great! Stan helped me pick the best mat that fit my needs and he was very knowledgeable. The transaction was a quick process and efficient. This is the second mat we have bought from here. The delivery was quick and fast. Stan’s partner had no problems getting it upstairs and they even took away my old mat. These two are great and I’m sure it won’t be the last I see of this place!

This is NOT at all like a typical mattress shopping experience and that’s a good thing! At any other mattress store, you are taken from mattress to mattress with no regard to the position of your hips to determine if your spine is aligned while lying down, your height/weight etc. When you come here Mike will not only take the time to listen to what type of mattress you prefer, and your budget etc, he’ll also take the time to educate you about the number of coils needed to support you etc. NO other mattress store I’ve ever been to has taken the time to do this.
