Great experience. Samuel was extremely patient with my dining room table purchase. I had to make phone calls and FaceTime calls to get my family’s opinion. At no time did he rush me or become impatient. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend this location to friends and family.

While the other Plano furniture outlets struggled to find inventory, I walked in and picked up not one, but two chest of drawers for my kids’ rooms after moving into our new house. Sam the sales guy was friendly and and efficient. I was in and out of there quickly. You guys rock!

I was desperate to find an off white sectional that could be delivered in a matter of days, not months. BT Furnishings made that happen!!! I’m SO glad I found them. The quality of the couch is amazing. The delivery went smoothly and the guys were great. I’m thrilled with my new sectional! Unfortunately my experience was not Great at all this time. Ive shopped at the Fort Worth location many times and never had problems, however, this time I decided to go to the Plano location, due to Fort Worth being closed now. This was a total regret and I will not go shopping there again. We were interested in a picture they had on display for purchase, but there was no price on it. The store manager had no idea of a price, so we had to wait over an hour just to get told a random price. He ask for my drivers license to create my account, but did not communicate with the store clerk. It was taking so long for them to get a price on the picture, we left to go elsewhere and return, only to be ask for my drivers license again. I had to remind the clerk, the store mgr already did this. She couldnt find it, so was reaching out to the mgr again before I halted her and gave my info to her again. It took her over an hr to check us out and prepare the account documents for my signature. The clerk was not very friendly and she was very slow as though she was a 1st timer. She repeatedly ask the other clerk questions regarding how to check us out, she displayed no confidence in her job whatsoever. After finally checking us out, she was not apologetic at all and not once said, Thank you. Very POOR customer service at the Plano location, it was not satisfactory at all.

Great experience purchasing my items and arranging for it to assembled before I pick up the item. At this point in the process we have not picked up the product yet but all my interactions and experiences with BT Furnishings have been really good in the past. They always wanted to fix any wrongs or take care of us with the 5+ purchases we have made there.

5 star service. I highly recommend you give them a try & you will not be disappointed.

I have purchased numerous items from them......I love their furniture!! I recently purchased a queen mattress and when my daughter picked it up...she found they had mistakenly given her a full. Ugh.... They came out promptly and exchanged it for the correct size. Mistakes are inevitable, but, BT furnishings is great for correcting anything they have done to make your experience less than perfect!

Lani is great! I initially had a bad experience with an associate named Devin who didn’t handle my issue after saying that she would 2 times but after explains everything to Lani she took ownership and handle it for me! Lani has great customer service more associates should learn from her. Saved a customer!

ROSA! Did not try to help me at all! No one did! I am still paying on my furniture Im not behind on payments. I called to find out about my options for an exchange I got brushed off I had to ask ROSA to ask her manager. The answer was its not there fault! On why I need an exchanged. The furniture is cheaply made already and not happy with it, but I moved here from out of state and needed to get furniture. Would not recommend this place if I could but a thousand negative stars I would they DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once they get your money they DO NOT CARE ABOUT there customers.

Such a nice store with great staff, super deals, big selection, easy credit, great delivery people, and quality furniture. I was excited to once again find everything I wanted for my new place.

They did a wonderful job helping us out. Being knowledgeable about what came with what items, or went and checked. We got a sectional and a bed frame/mattress from there. Ali was very respectful, and had wonderful customer service. We had never been before, and will be back when we need new items for our home.

Enjoy coming here as their furniture is pretty decent quality, and we can normally get pretty good prices on things, even if we cant find something on sale. The staff was courteous, and were all pretty good about asking if we had questions.

I had high expectations for this place since this was I recently moved to the DFW area. The delivery team forgot to deliver my mattress and I was told to contact the BT to see if would delivered the following day. Ive called and called and have been getting the run around. I do not recommend this furniture store, please look elsewhere. They are unorganized and unprofessional.

Nhzir was so patient and knowledgeable about the furniture options and decor options. He had great insight on color coordination and the arrangement items to create a cohesive look. Ive purchased here several times before and leave happily each time!!

I came into BT Furnishing in Plano and Lani and Nia were “AWESOME”!!!! I was able to purchase what I wanted and saw so much more I am coming back to get. I am so happy I came here. The level of Customer Service here was a 10 for sure. If you’re ever looking for furniture? Stop by and ask for Lani or Nia; you won’t be disappointed.

I would rate this place a zero stars, because the Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! Nobody acknowledged me until about 20 minutes after already being in store, and when I was acknowledged all the lady said was Hey. I just moved here and I was ready to refurnish my entire home, but I will not spend my cash somewhere that the customer service is horrible. Weirs Furniture Village is 2 miles up the street. I recommend them and I gladly spent my money there.

Bought a 3 seat recliner in November 2015 from them hoping to support the local business. The recliner is peeling badly as you can see in the pictures. I called the store and after wasting half an hour on phone was later told that it is out of warranty and there is nothing we can do about it. Really disappointed and will never buy anything from them in future.

Nice reasonably priced furniture and great customer service

I have been able to find a ton of great deals with BT! And its insane how good of quality you get for the price. I bought a kitchen table a year ago. It still looked brand new and I sold it to get a larger one. I sold it for almost what I paid for it. And I of course got the new one from BT. Ive also purchased 2 mattresses and 1 desk from here.

Here at BT the teams helpful and super friendly even with being busy I got all I need under one roof. Even the manager help us Maria check on couple of customer to make sure they were getting 5 star treatment how cool . Thank you so much Rosa Maria Numire. You guys have got to come shop here.

CLAY AND JR were very sweet and very fast. They made sure they had the correct address and order before bringing up my items. They made sure to place EVERYTHING were I wanted and how I wanted it. I always order from BT but these were def my favorite delivery guys!!!

Employees here are great! Especially Caileigh & Joanna, they helped me find a nice bed frame that fit my needs.

I visited this location a week ago, I like this store location the workers there acknowledge you as soon as you hit the door and make sure you get the assistance that you need. They don’t pressure you to buy anything and they give you a chance to really look around before deciding. I was able to find a nice computer desk and chair for my office space.

Alex help me get a bed for the original price before it was marked up.The cooling bed is also very comfortable
