The team was fantastic before and during the sale of my 2021 Rocket 3 GT. They made sure I understood how to operate my bike, they helped me load and secured it even providing some straps to secure it. I also purchased a used V-Strom at the same time. A small issue was discovered during delivery and the service team jumped right on it and had it corrected quickly. The service after the sale sealed the deal. 7 months later while trying to register my bike in Mississippi, I ran into an issue. Brien jumped into action and helped me. All I can say is I will recommend and use them again. Wish it were possible to see them for service, I may make the trip!!

Specialize in import bikes (if the name didnt give it away). Robust selection of BMW, Triumph, Ducati, and even a couple Urals for your sidecar enthusiasts. Amazing place with amazing bikes in stock, but even more impressive was the attention to detail and care from the staff. Worked with Ryan fro about a month, from pre-order all the way to riding out on a new model. He took care of all the details, so the pick up day was a breeze. Buying a motorcycle is a huge commitment and undertaking, but they definitely made it an extremely pleasant and pain free experience.

The folks here are outstanding in helpfulness, kindness, and service. One could not find a better place to purchase a motorcycle or parts.

I usually expect high pressure sales in dealerships, and dont normally go to them. Due to the nature of the rarity of the Triumph Rocket 3, it was the only place I could go to test ride one. I contacted the dealer to find the requirements and John contacted me via email right away. He told me the requirements (endorsement and helmet) and asked when Id like to test ride. An hour later I was there on the bike of my dreams getting the answers that only a test ride will accomplish.John, not once, pressured or otherwise forced any sale on me. Only told me of the bike in question. Highly impressed.If I buy one from a dealer, this will be the one. Thanks John.

Finished a major overhaul of my bike ahead of schedule and several hundred dollars below what I was quoted by dealers in Austin and San Antonio. Very professional and helpful staff; I had a long drive to get there and they were able to finish my bike in one day to save me multiple trips. They pointed out a few pending maintenance items but did not pressure me at all to do them early. I highly recommend this place for service.
