These guys are simply the best! Great attitude, knowledgeable, and completely professional.I was driving through Dallas and my BMW service engine light came on. They took me in the next day and took care of the problem, despite having a heavily booked service department already. Amazing selection of new bikes to look at while you wait. I’ve seen a lot of dealers as I have traveled across the US and Canada and this is the place to go!

Looked at motorcycles over a year ago at this store and was greeted and treated as if I was the most valuable customer. Returned this past weekend over a 6 hour drive for me to buy a bmw from the moment I stepped in the door Kevin our sales man was amazing and the parts department, Eric was far better than any experience I have ever had in help with what accessories were the best fit for my budget and riding style. Finance was an absolute breeze. Drove the bike home the next day had a few question once I had arrived home called the service department and once again was blown away with the amount of help that I received over the phone. This dealership is far better then any I have ever worked for or done business with. Will be going back for the next bike.

I was on a ride across the country and knew that I was going to need tires half way on the route. I called and spoke with Rich in the Service Dept. He could not have been more accommodating. He made sure they had the tires I needed in stock. He asked that I call the day before to confirm Id be in. I arrived was offered water (it was hot - June in Dallas) and was out the door within an hour and a half. I cant recommend them enough.

Huge selection of bikes. The staff was courteous but not interested in making small talk. I like the bmw dealers that make a community at the dealership.... unfortunately I dont get that vibe from this place. Ive been to almost all the BMW dealers in the country... there are friendlier shops that I would buy a bike from or spend my money at

I dont know if I call this place a Triumph dealer, or a storage place. I bought my Triumph Tiger to get a complete annual check-up and tire change on June 24, 2020. I thought this would be done in couple days. After a week of waiting, I call them and ask about my bike. Only then did they tell me they had to order a stem valve for my bike tire and it is coming from UK it might take 2 weeks. I am now so frustrated that they did not tell me that in the beginning, I went ahead and waited the 2 weeks. After the two weeks, I had to call them again. Just to find out they order the wrong parts. So I am now waiting another 2 weeks for the parts. So my bike is sitting there for a month now. If they would have told me first about the 2 weeks wait time, I would have taken my bike somewhere else.Finely, I pick up my bike on August 7,2020. So my bike was there for 45 days for this small job. I find it strange that no where in the US a place to order a stem valve. I spent $637 for check-up and tire change.A couple days later, I notice there was some coolant on the floor, realizing that the dealer put too much coolant in and every time I ride my bike it was sloshing out and leaking everywhere. Also, I had to retighten the handle bar when I got the bike back because they failed to see that also needed to taken care of. You would think after spending $637.00 you wouldnt need to turn your own garage into a repair shop. I didnt want take my bike back to that dealer again.I never leave a review, but I am so angry with this company and hope my review will save you from the same frustrations I had to experience. I will never go back there again, and I suggest you dont either.

Walked around for a good 15 minutes with no other customers in the store or on the lot. Not a single person got up to greet or ask if any questions. We were ready to purchase two bikes today.In response to when we came in. It was today between 11am-11:30 we walked the entire selection outside and then went inside the showroom walked the entire showroom from the apparel all the way to service with no acknowledgement from a single employee. We saw an employee sitting at a desk in the middle of the showroom, a lady at a desk near the restroom speaking with another employee and another guy walk past us with a bike he was bring in from outside to scrape some stickers off of and another guy in the back corner on his phone sitting at a desk behind the apparel section. Bought a brand new 2020 R1250 GSA, from beginning to end a great experience. Jon was great to work with, genuinely nice guy with a lot of MC knowledge. Gave me a great/fair deal. Cant wait to attend the included DART training course. Love this motorcycle.

Walked around for about 15-20 minutes. No one asked me if I needed anything. I even reached out and inquired about wearing face masks. I received a reply hoping to be engaged about my obvious interest in the motorcycles...still nothing. I was very excited about getting into BMW adventure riding. I even drove 35 minutes just get some kind of info about this and perhaps purchase. Not what I expected of the BMW culture. I’ve been riding Harleys all my life, and I guess you not only pay for the name, but the welcoming culture of HD. 2 stars are for the okay inventory. 3 stars for watching a dude (new rider)kill the bike in-front of the store without an employee out there.

Bought a new GSA 18 from Jon. I can’t speak more highly of him and the entire experience. This guy busted it to get me a killer deal on my bike. He is genuinely passionate about bikes and it shows. By far the most knowledgeable motorcycle salesman I have come across and I’ve dealt with many. There wasn’t a single question he didn’t have the answer for and I hit him with numerous in depth questions. The entire shop impressed me. Even a buddy of mine that tagged along was very impressed with Jon and the entire shop. I drove 7 hrs to Texas over local dealership because they earned my trust and respect and my local shop didn’t.

Ive purchased 2 BMWs from this shop and have had another serviced there. I have never had anything but a great experience with anyone in any department. I also helped a friend from out of town purchase an RT from them and that experience was also excellent.Service has always been completed within a few days, the parts guys are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to find whatever you need. Ive never had any complaints about service performed on my three bikes.The sales guys are laid back and dont pressure you, they understand that they are dealing with luxury recreational items and that people like to look, sit on a few bikes and think it over. I came in every other week for a few months before I was ready to make a purchase and they treated me great every time. They also worked with my friend from out of state, gave him a good deal and had the options installed that he wanted.I will admit that they can get very busy on Saturdays, its a small shop and they only have so many people to help you in the sales department but I cant see much they could do to fix that. If you want to come in and look its best to do it during the week. Theyll leave you alone and let you look until you ask for help which is the way I prefer it.

I just had their service department perform a clutch change on my 2005 RT. They got it done for slightly less than the estimated price and they got my bike back to me in less than two days. This dealership has improved immensely in the last several years. Some terrific new folks working in the service and parts departments seem to have brought a whole new positive attitude. This new attitude is what got me to give them a try again and theyve won me back over.

My husband and I recently purchased our second bikes from these guys, making a total of 4. Over the last few years we have migrated from Harleys to BMWs and could not be any more pleased. I always thought I was too short for these types of bikes and Sean was quick to correct me. We have known Sean for many years (back to the HD days) and I have full faith in him. He knows my selling style and pretty much lets me sell myself a bike. It works every time! I have been very pleased with the parts department as well. Nick and Gary always recognize me. Woody and Wally are the greatest guys ever and quick to offer a hug. Elvis, JR is always very welcoming and Brien is always friendly. I have noticed that there are a few dealerships that are not happy/willing to allow a woman to test ride, but Sean was confident in my skills and had no issues. Although the dealership is not close to me, I will continue to go a little further to get what I need. The Service department is wonderful and accurate with estimated times and willing to answer all of my girl questions and explain things to me. I have never left after a service wondering what was done. This is a dealership that truly appreciates your business.

“Over app. 1 month, I emailed Nick about testing a GS and a Multistrada - and had to cancel one weekend (I lived in Midland at the time). He had them ready for me (I bought the GS). The paperwork took little time to complete, and the bike was serviced and ready to go in a few hours, something I appreciated as I did not live in town. I would buy from them again - although as I just moved to Richmond would look there first. I had another BMW serviced there - a 99 F650 - and was pleased with the speed the work was completed - and now it runs as good as it did when new.

Near Dallas, during a trip from Los Angeles on my R1200R, I ran over some debris and severely bent the front rim, losing all air pressure in the front tire. I had the motorcycle towed to BMW North Dallas, arriving unannounced on a Tuesday morning. Service Advisor Jim Gutierrez immediately determined what was needed to get me back on the road. A new wheel was ordered for overnight shipment, and the replacement of wheel and tire was completed the following morning. I was very pleased with Jim’s friendly and quick attention to accommodate a traveler and with the excellent quality of the repair work by Brant Lynch, all at a fair price.

I bought a used K1300GT they advertised in 2016. Loved the bike. Miscommunications on a accessory went on a wee bit too long and appeared to have been forgotten. Brian the Mgr. stepped in and cleared up the confusion, outstanding! We look forward to going back out to Plano in the near future.

These guys should write a textbook on service. It probably comes from their obvious enthusiasm about bikes. Ive had a great experience with everyone Ive talked to there which is almost everyone. My bikes an old K75 fixer-uper that definitely looks its age but they loved talking about it and giving me advice on issues I was dealing with. To me it started out as a project but whenever I would talk to these guys I came away feeling like it was a classic. If you have or want a European bike I highly recommend these guys.

I came in here yesterday to hopefully trade my R1200RS for a new GS. I was in the store for thirty minutes looking at bikes and was completely ignored. Another customer walked in after me and was greeted and helped. The salesman helping him was going back and forth, passed me several times and never said a word to me, never offered to get another salesman. I even asked him a question as he walked past, he gave me a two word answer and kept moving. Again, never offered to get me some help. No problem, there are two other BMW dealers in DFW and Ill make the deal there. Two stars only because of a nice selection of bikes, toobad I couldnt buy one.EDIT: I went to the BMW dealer in Denton two days later and made a great deal. Im enjoying my new 1200GS.

“This review is for both Jr. and Sean Morgan. These guys are Super GREAT to deal with and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. Ive been buying bikes (Ducati & BMW) from these guys since 2003 and have always been treated with utmost respect. The deals weve worked have always been fair for both parties and their location off of Avenue K in Plano,TX is convenient to Hwy 75 so access to the dealership could not be any easier. If you are in the market for a bike or need service on your current bike you cannot do better than European Cycle Sports. I have purchased two bikes from them and I have nothing but good things to say about both transactions the key to any successful business is its people, and the culture here is customer service oriented. Sales are very important as first impressions are huge, but it is service that creates a long term customer. Elvis Jr is excellent to deal with in all aspects of the sales transaction. He is honest and straight forward in all of his dealings, in addition he is one of the most knowledgeable people I have dealt with, not just on specific product but the motorcycle community as well. In service Merrin Austin and his team are very professional and have always gone the extra mile to do it right, even when you ask for something outside the box. They always performed service and repairs right and in a timely basis. These guys wont let you down.

Sean, JC, Gary, Elvis, and Nick all rock... It started off with buying the 1000RR. Sean did an excellent job working with me to create a win-win situation and finalizing the deal. I bought my bike over 1 1/12 years ago and keep going back to the specific shop just because of the hospitality of Gary and Nick in service. This is an excellent and friendly bike environment. Also, how can you not go to a bike shop and dig it with a manager named ELVIS.... I have watched them interact with customers and everyone loves the environment and employees. The negative reviews have no merit.....

Took my BMW R1200GS in for the fork recall a Last month. Shortly after, I noticed the handlebars were slightly mis-aligned with the front wheel. I returned a few weeks later without an appointment and explained the issue to the service writer. He test road the bike and agreed there might be an issue. After being inspected by the service department, they replaced both fork tubes under warranty. From the time I explained the problem to the time I was leaving the dealership with the problem solved was less than an hour. Great and friendly customer service, especially after comparing previous experiences from other motorcycle shops in the DFW area.

Almost 90% of inventory that’s been online for few months conveniently was sold in past few days and they didn’t have time to remove it !Edit:It’s good to see that the owner takes time to read reviews and answer them back. I left this review after my short visit to your store following my long drive from cali in quest to pick up to bmw GS but despite all the hard work you saying it’s being done the was only one red GS 700 or 800 and non of the other adds that are still floating on internet. Hi Carl.I want to express what a great buying experience I had. It began a number of years ago as I would come by the dealership on Saturdays & dream of owning a Triumph. Every time I came in your staff was great. Never pressured me or made me feel unwelcome for not buying.When it came time to make my investment there was no other place I wanted to give my business to.Last Saturday, my day started with Woody. He was great. He showed me around and when I started getting specific he introduced me to Jason. Jasons professional demeanor put me at ease and I knew this was the guy I wanted to work with.He was not pressuring at all, only informative and when he tried to close me, I wasnt quite ready on Saturday. He responded perfectly with We will be here when you are ready.On Monday I made my decision to move forward. Jason handled everything perfectly. He sourced the red Thunderbird I wanted and got everything worked out.When he handed me off to Elvis to finalize things I found myself relaxed and just visiting with another enthusiast. The true test of any dealership is not when everything is perfect, but when something goes wrong. I purchased a new 2016 BMW from European Cycle Sports in June of this year and immediately had a serious issue (anomaly) with the bike. I immediately returned the bike to the dealership, described the issue in detail and the service team was able to reproduce the problem easily. While the problem was easy to reproduce the fix was not!Jake / George and the rest of the service team worked hard to resolve this random issue, but unfortunately for me this issue (IMHO) was a defect from Berlin not from the dealership in Plano Texas. That’s when Brien Mehler the general manger got involved and did two things. Frist, he had total empathy for my situation and assured me that European Cycle Sports would do whatever it took to make the problem right! Two, he worked all his BMW contacts, beside the typical BMW support system to resolve my problem. With the combination of Brien and Jake (Jake, I hope you enjoyed riding my bike this summer) working on my bike for a number of days, I’m happy to say the issue was resolved and the bike is running like the champion it is.Lastly, I would like to acknowledge Jon Dominguez (a self-proclaimed Triumph man) in the sales department. Prior to my purchase I visited all BMW dealerships in the DFW area and one in Oklahoma. I gathered email and contact info from all the sales people, who assured me that they would follow up with me and any questions I had. Jon, was the only one that did! I have purchased four BMWs from BMW Motorcycles of North Dallas since 2001. I just picked up my 2013 BMW K1600GTL two weeks ago. I deal with Jr., in sales, Gary and Nick in parts and the excellent service department. My son also purchased a BMW in 2012. The store is very small for the number of bikes on the floor and I wish they had a greater selection of BMW apparel, but you can alway shop the internet. The sales team is very laid back which is what I like. Having had a number of bikes, I dont want a sales person in my face, I want time to look over the product. The purchase price is fair and you always get the the brother-in-law pricing on parts. I am a customer for life.
