Got everything I wanted and there wasnt a crowd.

Had an interview here a year ago, where we were required to mock sales pitches to customers and waited an hour after interview time before we were finally interviewed. They talked about meeting sales goals(which the managers get the bonus from) and in return for earning the managers a huge bonus us cashiers would get to fit a small bag with BBW products for a 10% discount. Yup. The manager started talking about her kids, to which my co-interviewee talked about her kids as well. From then i knew it was over for me unsurprisingly the manager picked my co-applicant, over me who has no kids or obligations. A month ago I stopped by BBW to browse and noticed my co-applicant wasnt there. I guess her babysitter fell through.

Excellent service and merchandise

Bath & Body works has a fantastic sale going on right now. Many items 75% off. Some maybe more of their signature collections 50% off. I purchased 7-8 lotions scents I love for $23.00. The sale ends next week. I will be back to purchase early Christmas gifts. The staff was very helpful great deal for people who make baskets for the holidays. Lotions, shower gels, creams selling at $3.10 ea.

I stopped in because of the 75% off sale. They had some really good products in the same buckets. I discovered a new soap that I love!

The pricing was incorrect. Based on the pics you see the display is well stocked but with the wrong sign. Staff was unprofessional when brought to there attention.

I was able to speak with the manager at the store and told her about the great smell of Champagne Toast cream. She told me its a hot seller. Great service.

Good overall experience. Only down side is that this store no longer wants to accept online coupons except for ones that are from their own website. No retail -me -not coupons.

I shopped at Bath & Body Works in the Westfield Mall recently. Bath & Body Works had a perfume that was back from the 1990s that I used to wear...I was so excited when I purchased it. It smells even better than it did back then. The saleswomen were very helpful.

This isn’t about Bath and Body Works as a company, but this location skip it. They constantly have the wrong signs and prices out. I spent 20mins picking out a whole basket of soaps just to be told they had the wrong advertising price out!!!Then I was redirected to purchase something else!!!Why in the world would I buy anything after that?!Somehow it’s my problem that they can’t display the correct signs/ prices. What a joke.

Love this place they always seems to have a special on their items in the store, like body sprays and shower gels among other items, their fragrance last so long i never could pass the store by without making a purchase.
