This has been the rudest pharmacy department I have ever encountered. I would suggest moving your prescriptions to another Walgreens or better yet the nearest CVS.
Had 345 appointment. Recieved the shot an hour later. They are totally disorganized. They need more help with paperwork. The paperwork is all wrong .a complete joke.
Pharmacist Henry and his team are amazing! So kind, efficient and professional. Had to get my TDAP shot and it was so easy.

This location is not great, there’s already a long line and they seem understaffed. Last time I went there a small dog wondered into the store and neither the clerck, nor the manager bothered to call animal control, they just kicked the small dog back into the busy intersection of Davie Blvd & 441. I tried going outside to look for the puppy when they told me they had kicked him out, but I couldn’t find him

Horrible customer service this morning from the cashier at the front register to the pharmacy technician!!! It was not necessary at all!! We all are going through something during these times!!! Never experienced such rudeness!! I will never return there ever again! I’ll drive 3 miles out of my way!

Today is the second time in less than four months Walgreens on Broward Boulevard and 441 has demonstrated complete and utter incompetence. At this point it seems that they strive to make serious errors that should get a pharmacy find enclosed it doesn’t seem like they’re making mistakes anymore it seems like intentional sabotage by someone working there or someone is stealing and they try to blame it on the customers. They are trying to say that we picked up the prescription which is totally impossible being that I have been in Tampa from Thursday afternoon until Saturday morning (two hours ago). They have no one picking up the medication at the time the medication was supposed to have been picked up on their camera they have no signature they just have it in their computer that it was picked up. My wife has been on this medication for a very long time and is guaranteed to Have a seizure at some point in the day and they still can’t to figure out how to fix the problem. Last December we had the same issue with another controlled medication. However this time they did not only not give us a medication but they did not give back my wife’s identification three months later which was last month we went into the store and they told us that they had found her identification but had no recollection of the complaint and all of the problems that we had over this less than three months prior. This was two months after we just decided to Take the loss of the identification and the prescription in December. We still did not receive the medication and they have no signature or do not have a Son camera picking up the medication. We just received a call from the manager now about the medication that they lost today. I called in on Tuesday they said it could be filled on Wednesday we called in on Wednesday they said it couldn’t be filled until Thursday we called in Thursday and told them she also needed her medication filled and she would pick them both up together they sent us text messages saying that they were ready. Today we went in to pick up both medications and they are telling us that they have no signature they do not have us on camera but their computer shows that we picked up the medication yesterday even though we were not anywhere near South Florida yesterday we were 260 miles away actually 261 miles away from Thursday afternoon until this morning and the manager just called to let us know that this is basically our problem. Why is it that Google will not give the option of negative stars I have seen so many people ask for this option negative stars is all that they deserve other than a find a sanction And legal responsibility and minimum someone should be losing their job but we’re talking about Walgreens my advice would be always record everything that you do at that pharmacy every time you drop off every time you pick up medication. By the way Walgreens if you see this review take a look at the name of my company as you can probably guess I know the protocol is to go through to make sure this doesn’t go unchecked

Have experienced excellent customer service every time Ive come here. Employees are thoughtful and helpful, always asking (and actually trying) to make your time there as productive and pleasant as possible. Honestly am shocked sometimes by just how outgoing and helpful they are.
Five months of pharmacy patronage and it is overall relatively poor due to slow service, friendliness and lack of an acknowledgment upon arrival. It would cost them nothing to acknowledge someone patiently standing at the counter. A simple, “I’ll be right with you,” goes a long way and friendliness instead of the, “I hate my job” face.The pharmacy express pay ahead feature is not express when the employees don’t know how to work it.
Was there for almost 45 minutes waiting to be seen in the photos department. I was picking up. Never going there again. Very poor service. Told the cashier I needed help and she told me she wasn’t available.
Horrible manager she needs new training. Or she needs to be replaced she doesn’t know how to handle situations an extremely unprofessional
Print staff is absolutely incompetent. I paid for online prints and once I got there they did not know how to work the print machine to make a simple card. This is something even a non trained staff member could easily do but yet they could not figure it out. They literally could not figure out how to do their job. Do not order something to be printed here, do not waste your time or money, this has happened on multiple occasions, and each time I keep forgetting to change the print location to the State road 84 location which has no issue with simple print jobs.
Complete lack of concern or customer service. I am on an ANTI-SEIZURE medication, ya, I have epilepsy and this stuff keeps me from having seizures!!! They call and say my partial prescription is ready, so no worries i go and get it, the guy says the rest of the medicine will be available Wednesday (yesterday)..no problem. Ya. No phone call yesterday at all, i had to call just to find out the medicine is on back order and they dont know when it will be available, without a care in the world. I complained to corporate about this, and i will be complaining to Board of Pharmacists as well. I had to pay double at CVS for only a weeks worth!!!!

Stupid, rude indian broad (wears glasses) with no patience or social skills whatsoever. The least you could do is wait until a paying customer finishes their sentence and have enough courtesy to not have a stupid, unimportant conversation with your lazy coworker while Im trying to fix my issue with you. Who the hell hires these idiots?
One of my favorite Walgreens locations. Customer service representative are friendly, the managers are always their to help and if you call looking for a certain item . They actually look for you. This Walgreens is a representation of how customer service should be in all stores.

I was discriminated against at this Walgreens and told my prescription could not be filled because I did not live in the area. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN OR AT ANY WALGREENS
The people who work there are pleasant,especially Jonnie..shes a gem......convenient place to shop..Pharmacy staff and cosmetics are very helpful..wish it was open 24 hrs..
Nothing to do with staff, but whoever designed the handicap parking shows they dont care about the handicapped at all! I dont know where Ive seen such a poor and hard to use parking area.
Worse farmacy service ever....got here about an hr when am on line there were a pretty lady and an older lady i was first then the old lady then the pretty lady the guy completely ignore the both of us and help the pretty lady, when i get tp drop off my prescription another 2 young ladys came in amd the same guy completely ignore the older lady every body is gone amd am still here afther 50 minutes for a prescription that it coulb be ready on 10 minutes theres 4 ppl behind the counter ppl in line but no one is helping them...and guees what afther all this waiting they told me that the system es down....😡😡😡

RIP OFF! I have no insurance and I went into this Walgreens today to fill my childs Pink eye medication. With no insurance she told me it would be $100. She suggested I try Publix. I went to Publix and got the prescription filled for $12. Does anyone see a problem here?!?! Im disgusted that Walgreens feels that they should over charge the people without insurance as if my health is not as important as someone with insurance. Also I am sure they only want to deal with people with insurance so they can overcharge and get their $100 for that little bottle of eye drops. Im just disappointed because Walgreens used to be my go to store for everything, but not any more!
People here are super polite, I know a few of them by first name. Good place.

Horrible Service! Not once but every time i get a prescription filled or called in to this location ots lost they dont have it. SOMETHING. And I never get a call/text or anything saying my prescription is ready. I have to continually call them and/or my Dr to get my prescriptions. Ridiculous! Worst customer service

Worst ever Walgreens. The pharmacy staff are inconsiderate, rude, could care less if you get your medicine or not. They will not call to say there could be a problem, they lie and make up excuses.I hate to say such unkind remarks like this against any store, but if you want to keep your sanity, DO NOT go to this store.

He visited her frequently only because of the proximity to my home because the customer service is terrible and they do not offer services in Spanish nor do they at least try to help people who do not speak English or by phone they give you the option in Spanish to supply A prescription, please I hope they improve and become aware of the situation, do not forget that it is a pharmacy where many Latino patients need this service
This house near me has products within my pocket, I am looking for the offers you always have and the friendliness of your staff
He visited it frequently, it is a very good attention shop but they do not have attention to the public in Spanish when you need to call, so I do not give it 5 stars.
