Never understood how CVS price their items. Like each store in the same city have different prices. All cvs in plantation have different prices, the app have different prices from the store. I went to 3 diff cvs for the same item, and it was crazy to me how they keep getting away with their over price mechanize

Rude, unhelpful, and have messed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. Save your time and go to a different store.
Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. More so regarding customer service. No one ever asks if you need help.
I utilize the pharmacy here and have never had a problem. Staff is attentive and courteous. Im not a big fan of CVS as a store but this pharmacy is exceptional.
Drive trhu mussulman woman is just nasty. She doesn’t care I told her that I’m very sick. She made me turn on the other line and wait when I already made the line. Very bad service and person.

My mom, a cancer survivor, who had just come out of reconstructive surgery needed a prescription filled to help her with the pain. The store closed in 35 min and that wasnt enough time for them to fulfill the prescription because the store pharmacy closes at 8, and she needed at least an hour to do it. Despite my pleadings, all she could offer is the address to a 24 hour store that could fill the prescription. Clearly shes never been in any pain or has in inkling of what my mom is going through. I wont be using their services anymore. Hit the store where it hurts, in its pocket.
The people in this pharmacy work really long hours, usually without breaks, they eat while they work because they cant even take a moment to have lunch, and have been dealing with COVID ever since the beginning like BOSSES.It is difficult because these are people with families and lives of their own. They were pushed to do Covid testing on top of their regular duties, and they still try their best to help everyone. They have been putting their lives at risk, and still have to deal with people giving them a hard time because they are simoly overwhelmed or really cannot split themselves in two to help everyone.These people are overworked and understaffed. To any person that says that is not my problem just go get your things somewhere else. Everybody deserves respect. EVERYONE! And remember...NO pharmacist is required by law to fill prescriptions to people who are rude to them, and no front store cashier a.k.a ESSENTIAL WORKER needs you treating them with disrespect.Be kind to them because they are truly essential... since they are part of this front line helping all of us by just being OPEN.Be kind to them, they deserve it. If you act calmly and ask for a reason why they cant help, they will tell you.

Great staff at the pharmacy. Everyone is friendly and ready to help even when it gets very busy. I went in to get a prescription for a family member and they took care of me right away! They even made sure customers are kept safe by keeping social distancing signs and hand sanitizers at the counter! Thank you Mary, Deborah, and Yaz! You all helped me!
Severely understaffed, and the staff that is left is either overworked or checked out! Even as a provider you can wait on hold for a minimum of 10 mins, or wait in drive thru for 15 mins only to just go inside bc you’re waiting so long! Now that they are doing COVID testing (which they aren’t equipped for) their efficiency is much worse even to the point of not dispensing properly! They need to hire more staff and concentrate on their main job of being a PHARMACY! I may have to transfer my RXs due to these issues which has been progressively getting worse for MONTHS now! If you have the option don’t go to this pharmacy.
The entire staff is very nice and very professional. They always ask me if I have any questions for the pharmacist and theyre always polite and friendly.
The best CVS! The pharmacy has the most respectful employees. Whenever I have questions about certain medications for my children or myself, the pharmacist is always glad to help. Also, consider yourself lucky if you get Yasmine to hand over your medication. She always greets me with a smile and is extremely kind.It doesn’t end there. If you do ever need to come down and pick up a few other items, at the door you will be greeted with a “Welcome to CVS!” Just more cheerful employees who are always eager to help you find your items.My whole family’s medication comes to this CVS. We are forever grateful for the wonderful services provided here. Thank you all!

Multiple mix up in medication.
I was a long time Walgreens customer who was always treated horribly by the pharmacy. I finally gave up and transferred all of my prescriptions to this CVS. From the very first day I have been treated well, and with respect. They are helpful, and I wonder how many of these bad reviews are legit. They stopped selling cigarettes when it cost them a lot of money, and opened clinics for people who need them. They also promote programs to quit nicotine addiction. CVS has my full support.
Terrible pharmacy! Requested refills which needed Dr.s authorization. No one contacted me for a week, so I tried again. Another week later, I stopped by the pharmacy and they told me they would try another time, but that I should call my Dr. as it would be handled faster. Four days later, I received a text that my Dr. DID NOT AUTHORIZE my request for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCRIPT. Unbelievable!! Will certainly be taking my scripts elsewhere.

Pharmacy horrific customer service when I was trying to get a script for my sick child with a fever coming from urgent care. Front register long wait with only one customer in front of me.
I told them to hold my medication. 2 days later they put it back. Real poor service.I went to pick up prescription and system was down. The front was working but they wouldn’t give it to me. They have no compassion.
Today is October 08, 2016. I called in a refill at 9AM on 10/8/16 and at 7:15PM i went to pick it up. i was told the pharmacy closed at 6PM on Saturdays. The Website indicates the pharmacy closes at 10PM on Saturdays so I could not take my blood pressure medication So why can a CVS in Sunrise Florida negatively impact my health?July 2018...problem still the same. They just dont care.

Very unfriendly customer service and big rip off place. The guy at the counter is very rude. Bought adult electrolyte for $4.99 and did not have the receipt. They refunded $1.74. I will never go to another CVS.
It is the worst pharmacy I have ever been. I had asked them for a week to call my doctor for a refill ofArmour Thyroid, they never did.... yesterday, I only had one pill left, so I called my doctor and they told me that they did not receive any request from CVS pharmacy but that they will contact them. So, in the evening, Iwent to CVS, thinking they will have my refill ready, and I was told by the pharmacist that my doctor denied it!This morning, I called again my doctor, they confirmed that they did call CVS and for sure that my doctornever denied a refill!I trust my doctor whom I know for 5 years now and I will transfer my prescription to another pharmacy......

Horrible. dont waste your time. Staff is rude, Perscriptions are never filled right, I actually had the pharmasist call my cell phone as ask me how many pills i had bc she misplaced some pain killers. I was in shock. never ready in time, always a mistake, rude as can be. I honestly rather remain sick then go back there.

The staff are very rude. They gave me incorrect change and refused to refund it.Last time I came, they were very incompetent. I even reported an error two or three times and they never rectified the situation.
