Visited with my wife, she was looking for something particular that was out of stock at one location. The make up consultant called all neighbouring locations, found it and had it reserved for us. We picked it up 2 days later. The item cost $22 but that did not matter, they just ensure your experience is a happy and complete one. Great service.

Not only is the customer service bad the make up artists are not good either I asked for a smoky eye the lady gave me hot pink Klos on top of my eyelids I have to say I have never ever walked away from something before but man I told the lady she needs to go back wherever she came from and learn how to do a smoky smoky eyes done with brown black as I asked for and for some odd reason she put pink on my eyelids

Im sorry I love MAC but this one has horrible customer service. I suggest you stay away from this location. The girls who work here are very stuck up and not very helpful. The MAC counter at the Galleria mall is better, they are friendlier and very helpful. The Coworkers at the Galleria even say that the MAC girls at broward mall are very rude.

Service stinks at all Mac properties. They always appear not to have sufficient staff on hand. I had this experience in the Florida area as well as North Carolina.
