The nicest people on earth I swear. Very quick with fixing my phone and their pricing is so reasonable compared to 6 other places I called. Trust me you wont be disappointed

My phone breakage coverage was to be repaired by this company if I broke my screen, however, I broke my screen and it was over the weekend and I didnt have time to handle the situation at that moment so I turned on my old phone so I had a phone to use . After 3 days, I went to deal with it with my Straight Talk account and ended up with a 7 hour phone argument with Straight Talk and with Asurion the insurance Co. For the phone protection, they couldnt do much because Straight Talk said that my old phone was on the account, not my new one so it was NOT covered, regardless of how I explained what happened, TORAL BULL S...T !!!!SO I took my phone to this company ubreakifix and they fixed it in 3 hours ! They were very professional, nice people allnof.them and very informative, they fixed my phone !! Looks the same cant even tell it m as broken, trust me, it was worth taking my $1,200 phone here, they ma d e it new again for $150 and that was n ore than worth it !

I called around 2:40pm when I noticed my camera glass was shattered by my son. They told me they could fix it today, and to bring it in. I left my son and husband at the hospital to bring it in. The gal who checked me in asked someone in the back if my part was available.She replied with attitude I didnt talk to her!. The girl checking me in politely said Im sorry, she said she just called. Gave them my husbands information and they said they would call his phone as soon as mine was done. Hours go by, and my husband finally called them a little after 6:30pm since they were about to close. The gentleman said it was done. When I arrive I asked why they didnt call me and asked if they were just going to let it sit there over night. He said your tech just forgot. Unacceptable. I then open my phone to see Christina was texting MY phone number, not my husbands, so I never knew it was done 20 minutes after dropping it off. Pure stupidity. How would I get these text messages if SHE has my phone?? So, great service if you dont care about good customer service and just need a quick repair. But if you care about how youre treated, take it somewhere else. Ill be driving to a different location should I ever need to again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am normally a very patient and kind person. I brought my sons phone here with a very small crack at the bottom of the screen. It had fell about 2 feet off of his bed. Everything else worked perfectly fine, even have proof of that. After they took it apart, the touch screen doesnt work and they wont accept liability. Terrible service, worst experience ever. If you like your phone and dont want it destroyed, dont bring it here!

They fixed my phone problem so I’m very grateful. They were polite enough (not sociable) and seemed knowledgeable. But be prepared to do your own legwork with the Kenosha location. They never called when the part came in and never called when the repair was ready, though they said they did. (I had my landline in my pocket for three hours, so I know they didn’t call). I’m a stickler for the little things like attention to detail and customer care. I’m grateful the work was done and hopefully the repair is lasting. Just know you’ll have to be proactive in your communications with the Kenosha staff. Note: I was surprised when I checked out and the credit machine asked me to tip! Wasn’t expecting that. Had I received better customer service, maybe I would have. But I was thrown off by the tip request and opted out. I know plenty of people in customer service who don’t receive tips. I would hope this staff is well-compensated for their talents.

More like i crack it and you break it.phone had a crack, fully worked, came in and dropped it off and they said come back in an hour, okay. came back and they said it couldnt be fixed and had to be replaced, i was understanding. But she said my phone will work like it did before it just still has a crack, before i left i turned my phone on and went to call my insurance, well thank you to this place they finished breaking it for me and does not work at all now, they lied and i asked the lady how do u expect me to call my insurance when u broke my phone to the point i cant even tell them and all she said was sorry, Definitely did not pick up my phone in the same condition, WHAT A JOKE.

I had to go through 3 stores before finding one that had the right software and equipment to fix a cracked screen on a Galaxy S20 FE, but each employee did a nice job of directing me elsewhere and being helpful. At the final location, she was very nice, understanding and fast.

I went to FOUR places before I was referred to uBreakiFix and they were the ONLY place that offered me a resolution and knew what they were talking about to fix my malfunctioned phone. Although I arrived too late on a Saturday the gentleman at the front look at my phone told me what he thought needed to be done and told me to come back on Monday if Samsung couldnt help me directly. Samsung was ZERO help so I returned on Monday and he had my phone repaired and in working condition in less then 2 1/2 hours! I did not catch his name but he was very professional and the customer service couldnt be beat. I will definitely refer them and use them myself if I ever need repairs in the future. Thank you so much again!

They wouldnt stand by their repair warranty. I had them replace a cell phone screen, and the replacement screen started to misfunctioning a couple of weeks later. When I brought it in for them to replace, they pointed to a chip in my screen protector and claimed it was proof that I dropped the phone and caused the misfunction. The chip wasnt due to a drop and I didnt cause the misfunction, but it didnt matter to them. They simply refused to stand by their warranty.So dont put much value in their repair warranty. They will make up an excuse not to stand by it.

8/10/21 Final update - Owner replaced my iPad after things went wrong with the repair. It is a refurbished unit but looks like it is brand new. Very satisfied after initially being very angry.Update: At first my review was 5 stars when I initially picked up my iPad but there are problems. Will update the review to reflect the outcome whether it be good or bad. Stay tuned.1st review - Very good work on the replacement of my headphone jack and screen for iPad Pro 2nd gen. Perfection!

I have a Google branded Pixel phone which was having some serious problems. After contacting Google support, which could not assist, I was recommended to contact uBreakiFix which provides both warranty and non-warranty repairs. TJ, the service associate at the facility, ran a free diagnostic which showed the repair possibilities (with the costs involved) but TJ explained that he couldnt guarantee the repairs would fix the issue and suggested other possible solutions. Although, they couldnt repair the device, their free diagnostic and suggestions were quite helpful. Besides repair, they offer additional maintenance and service options. Additionally, they sell accessories at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

The two men I dealt with were very professional and kind. Great work and Im so happy to have my phone fixed without losing any of my data or options.

My IPhone had issues with the charging port. I knew it was not the cable because I tried different ones. Brought the smartphone to the store and the guy checked it up. The charging port was all dirty. He cleaned it and the phone is charging normal as usual. He did not charge me anything. I thanked him very much and said I was going to write a review for them. They earned my business next time I would be in need of a repair.

I have a Sony phone, and this place was the only place who was able to help me. They did not fix my phone because its an older model, but the customer service was amazing . Best 👍 place to go if you have any cell phone issues. Thank you guys for your honesty and great service

I called about a replacement battery for my iPhone and the manager was very professional and kind.

I brought an ipad there to get the charging port repaired and was told they only have one guy who works every other weekend who could do the job. Oh yeah the guy only works at the Oak creek location. What a joke. Poorly run business.
