I wont go to any other verizon store. This one has the nicest staff. They listen to your needs and point you in the right direction. Even if they know youre not purchasing that day. Unlike other locations.
I unfortunately can not remember my sales ladies name, she was awesome though. She worked through a deal in order to get me the best value with what my needs had been. Would recommend this store

On 9/29/21 I had to go into Verizon to get help with my phone not backing up so I can transfer to the new 13iphone. Jordan the manager helped us for over an hour trying to get our phone to cooperate. She was very friendly and a joy to work with, she was very helpful with resolving our issue and even have us some tips and tricks to child lock our phone for our toddler while we waited for the phone to transfer over! Walked into the store…everyone was busy helping customers, which is fine. No one said hello or acknowledged me, no eye contact…nothing. I walked around looked at some of the phones…still no contact with anyone. After 15 minutes, I left. Even walking out…I was invisible!! Horrible service!! I will try another Verizon store. This one sucks!
Manny was very helpful in getting me a new phone today along with a few accessories !!! He was great!!! He helped me with my screen protector and showed me how to set up the data transfer. Awesome guy
Unlike Verizons customer service line or online help, this store will actually get you what you need in a timely fashion. At the beginning of the pandemic this store helped me resolve and issue that I had spent 12 hours on the phone with Verizon for in 35 minutes. Most recently I went to this store to upgrade my phone and again the process was done in a half hour. If you get an option ask for Rachel, shes essentially an expert in the tech and has excellent customer service skills.
What a nightmare. We moved from Illinois to Wisconsin two weeks ago and were previously with Xfinity Mobile. We owned our phones so obviously wanted to bring our own devices to Verizon. Who would have thought unlocking phones and migrating them to a different carrier would have been akin to launching a manned mission to Mars. Instead of sharing all the gory details of our ordeal, Ill just say that we would probably still be spinning our wheels if it werent for our Verizon associate, Michelle. I dont think she realized what she was getting in to when she asked if she could help us, and I replied, Sure... how much time do you have?That young lady took ownership of our issue, and two hours later (not her fault), we had new SIMs with our numbers ported. This was no easy task considering the circumstances. We were so pleased with her level of support that we got her a Starbucks gift card. Simply outstanding service. Thanks, Michelle!

I went in to see about getting phone service with Verizon. When my business was open from May 2008 to Dec 2014 I used Verizon and had 6 phone lines Jason, Tamara,Nick,Ashley,me and Joe. Ive been driving a semi truck since Oct 96 so Ive traveled around 3 million plus miles over 42 states Puerto Rico. Another nice thing about Verizon they have stores in TA/Petro truck stop so it helps getting a replacement. I started checking the business benefits holy cow Verizon Connect for tracking equipment, Verizon wireless, One Talk first responder network i guess when you have passion and you care about a project as much as I have the research and decisions were simple but its like anything like if its not secure then the safety of everyone involved is compromised it like a all or nothing deal its not Burger King you get it your way to start otherwise nothing gets done.

That was a great experience. Everything I needed to do in store (e.g., check different models, take one home) with everything that should be contactless and e-commerce based. That was all topped off by Jordans friendly customer service!Great job!
Gurnee store is closed, but the sign said open during construction. The store is completely empty!!!!!

The people were friendly and the service was quick even though there were quite a few people in the store already. I got the phone that I wanted and a good price on it. Sometimes I do things like this online, but the staff there is so knowledgeable and helpful I would rather go back to the store then use the website.
Be prepared to wait longer than an hour. They will LIE to you and say its not possible to transfer data from an old to a new phone. Its called apple quick start and I just did it after leaving this store yesterday. While they COULD have management set up finished customers with data transfer while social distancing inside the store, they dont. Go to Best Buy for good customer service.
Terrible customer service, awful attitudes, terrible workplace conduct. If it wasn’t for my 2-year contract I’d be leaving Verizon. It’s not what it used to be and these employees need to be reprimanded...
They’re a verified retailer and not a corporate branch. Which means they’re much more likely to be willing to help you find the best deals and work with you on your phone issues.

Not happy with the Verizon switch. In store person were not able to get any help for porting my numbers from Sprint to Verizon. Despite multiple visits they werent able to solve the problem. The people in the store are good but their backend team is not efficient in resolving the problem. Not sure what happened but the response from store wasnt very appropriate to wait until next week and that too with no surety for porting my numbers. I called customers service once again to cancel the complete order and to my surprise they were able to fix the issue this time. Verizon, you need to train all your staff to resolve issues. Also, in store people should have direct contact with support staff so that they are not waiting with customer for hours holding the phone.

When we first started a business plan under Verizon, the sales associate and his manager told us wed be receiving $200 per line for porting over. This was for 4 phones.After months of runaround with Verizon business support, they told us this was not the case and that the store misinformed us. We were blatantly lied to with bait and switch tactics in the sum of $800.I have reached out multiple times to the store and they have refused to help us in any way.
Customer service said because of everything going on go to the store manager can use discretion on replacing the phone instead they said no I never have signal dont go here place is a joke I have a business and I am losing business because of it already have 17 more people canceling their plans as well they knew their was problems with signal best buy confirmed it

Service is friendly and plentiful but not all of the employees seem to know what they are doing. Whenever I’m in this store I am told one thing and the opposite usually turns out to be true. During my most recent visit two employees couldn’t even agree on which screen protector I currently had for my phone. You’re better off going to Best Buy.
Its a cell phone store staff was helpful, but no one told me once I pay off my devices they are no longer able to be protected.

After many years with US Cellular I switched to Verizon. Very happy with level of service, reception, pricing, etc. Very not happy with bait & switch regarding $300 credit for switching to Verizon. Was told to bring in my last US Cellular bill & Id be issued a VISA credit for $300. Period. Bottom line is the $300 credit was a nice story at the point of sale but it doesnt really happen like that. From a performance point of view I do like Verizon. Just not real tickled about the having been lied to part.

Service is slow. They pulled someone off the floor at 5 oclock. And they went in the back Room with other workers Im not sure why when you have a list of people waiting you pull people off the floor but I am not impressed

Ill start by saying that I only interacted with one individual at the store and hope that his performance is not reflective of the store as a whole.So, we went in and told sales guy who met us immediately at the door that we wanted 2yr pricing on the new S7. He then tried to sell us on the Edge pricing model, which we said we did not want, again, at which point he says he has a prior appointment and will we be OK waiting 10 to 15 minutes, we were. 25 minutes later he comes back and goes back into his Verizon Edge sales pitch extolling the virtues of it and how it is cheaper than a 2 year contract, we again explain we arent interested in this price model at which point I start running the numbers back at him, explaining to HIM that the costs end up being exactly the same, Verizon just has fancy names and ways of hiding the different fees associated with the different plans. He then becomes obstinate, trying to again explain the math on why the Edge plan is cheaper...the 2 year contract is the same end cost, at least for us, and we would rather pay the costs up front and have the lower monthly payment. Thus guy obviously either doesnt understand that every customer is unique in their needs and wants, or he doesnt care and is just pushing for his sales numbers or commissions.Words of advice to this rep coming from someone who strives to please their clients: 1. Listen to what they want2. Listen again3. Make a courteous suggestion if you feel another option may be of interest but for the love of all things holy LISTEN to their response and proceed to fulfill their request4. If you cannot help them immediately or have other obligations that will interfere with your transaction pass them along to another associate - this common courtesy fosters loyalty and referrals that will pay back your company far more than your one-time assumed commission.5. Dont argue with customers; they arent always right, but they ARE always your CUSTOMER.So, ultimately I stormed out in disgust at this guy, and will complete my transaction online, sans human interaction. Its sad that this, poorly trained?, staffer is helping to create a world where the internet is more user-friendly than a fellow human.

My boyfriend and I came in earlier today to buy new phones. The boy who helped us literally did nothing! Our new phones are not set up right and we cant get back into the store due to Christmas plans. Of course we paid and got slapped with a transfer fee. Yet none of our contacts photos nothing were transfered. Tried to call the store to fix the problems...go figure cant even get in touch with the store. Never been so dissatisfied in my life. Dont go here go somewhere else!
The location itself is excellent the employees are exceptional. the phone number on the website is, as you might expect, a joke. routes to a corporate office somewhere I am sure. No ability to talk to a person, enter your phone #, tell the machine what you need, enter a choice, enter a choice, enter your phone number again, enter another option and and and finally receive a message telling you to call back another time. Anyone have a phone number to Sprint?

Worked with Jessica on switching over 4 lines from T-mobile. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and if she didnt know something she was able find someone who did. One of the phones was in Minnesota she coordinated that and resolved my shipping issue. Over-all I would give more than just 5 stars however this is all google allows.- Store was clean- Every staff member looked presentable- Would recommend this store without hesitationThanks Again Jessica!!!With regards to T-mobile I will bite my tongue.
I had placed an order for in store pick up, which advertises online I can pick up the same day. Since it had taken them TWO DAYS and I had to work, I was told by customer service that I can easily add an account manager to pick up for me with an ID and remove the person afterwards. I had added my girlfriend, verified with multiple agents that she was added and made sure with them it was ready to be picked up. She had went 30 minutes out her way and waited 20 minutes to be told IM the person that needs to go up there. After, from my understanding, they made it seem like they were getting my order for her. That should’ve been told to me over the phone when I had placed this order. Not only did I have to wait TWO DAYS for something I could’ve had delivered in the same amount of time, the reps treatment to my girlfriend was poor. Now I have to figure out when I can go back up there even though I have to work all day again, before they cancel my order tomorrow.I’m debating on taking this to corporate! Steer clear!!!
I went to my favorite phone carrier Verizon and when I got there it was packed! Within a minute tho I was greeted by a employee to let me know that somebody will get to me, as soon as they are available. Now it was bad timing on my part when I got to Verizon because so many customers were there, and it is not enough representatives to handle the wave of customers at that accumulated time frame. (Good for business bad for impatient customers). By the way I was at that location to activate a phone everything went the way it should, no problems. Keep up the good work Verizon Representatives!
I walked into the store a month ago towards close, and was standing around until someone was finished helping another customer. Reggie came from the back, and immediately asked if I needed help. He listened to my requests, and updated plan to lower my monthly bill. Reggie was very personable, and had me in and out in under 10 minutes. The store was clean, and I plan on returning here if I need help.
First lady didnt really look up my plans and they to accommodate much to my needs when my phone was broken. Barely looked at it. Second time I came in I got a guy and he was absolutely fantastic! Treated me well, upsold me and I ended up with a samsung watch that Im now in love with!
Thanks goes to Verizons employee, Jeremiah, for the great shopping experience this weekend. Service is a big deal to me and my husband and I would rate the service here 5 out of 5. We were really taken care of and had fun. We also are currently enjoying Verizons Edge plan.

I came in with problems with my bill along with my phone case, & my new S8 acting up. It was a little Rockie in the start but they got the right person to help me and by the time we left had a replaced phone case perfect understanding of the bill and what to do with the phone as a starting point and the game plan moving forward with my phone. Very happy we switched from us cellular & Sprint To Verizon!

Switched from Sprint to Verizon due to service issues. Salesman seemed to have us hooked up. But lied. Our bill is $40 higher than he said it would be and we were told we would receive a $400 gift card if we bought chargers and cases from store. Never received it. Called multiple times and everyone has a different story and we dont get a straight answer. Big phone companies are awful and I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.
Ive been with Verizon awhile in a family plan. I typically go to this store and have experiences that range from okay to great. And Verizon itself has been okay. But I think thats the cell phone industry, right? Then, I went in to this Verizon for a new phone and they offered me a wi-fi hotspot for my car that would bring my bill down $6 per month. I told the girl I had absolutely no use for that, but if it brings the bill down, why not? Then they charged me for the expensive devices AND my bill has gone up. So weirdly, this was a total lie and even though I have the written explanation the girl from Verizon gave me with her showing my bill would go down, they will do nothing. I will be leaving Verizon as soon as possible. Outright lying like that is crazy to me.
I am a first time customer of Verizon, making the switch from a different carrier I had been with for a long time. I was very pleased with the service at the Pleasant Prairie store. Prior to my visit, I called and talked to Richard Z. He was very helpful over the phone and then again when I visited him in the store. He helped me through the arduous process of purchasing a new plan/phone. The only question I have for store management is why are there no chairs in the store? And, what is the reason for this? Im thinking that your employees and your customers would want to sit down once in a while. I know that I could have asked for a stool, but really....no chairs. Kind of an odd concept.
The girl on the front desk was very rude and disgusting attitude. I told her the product I received was faulty she then said to me I would have to finish pay for the phone if I have to get another one I do however think that the Moto z3 is a phone that they are trying to push on people . Its a no good but I will just battle it out until.I just want to switch to another company!
Worst experience, they couldnt get to port my line from sprint, seems like no one knows what they are doing.Now half my account is on Verizon and half on Sprint.
After spending over $1600 at this store, I expected too much apparently. After some time, the screen protector cracked. I had paid $40 for the item because it would be replaced at no cost in store if cracked or broken. Well, it wasnt covered. Apparently you have to crack the entire phone!! They basically told me too bad. Even when they can see the purchase on my account!! Poor customer service to say the least.

I never got to speak to anyone. They took my name which was supposed to be next, but then the lady took two other customers ahead of me and never said another word to me and I finally decided to walk out with my daughter. I will never go back there again.

Usually a cell phone store ur there for EVER! But Katie at the Verizon store on Hwy 50 in Kenosha was awesome. First she stayed late to help me contact the insurance company to get my phone replaced. Then also told me actually how much it would cost to upgrade or to just keep my own. Even gave advice on getting a new cover. Then when I came back 5 days later to set it up she remembered me and transferred everything in 5 min. Way faster than the 20-30 min that it would of taken with over the phone help. Thanks again Katie!

Spent almost 3 hours in store and didnt even get a phone, kept being told my phone wasnt broken enough to upgrade a month early, but I could pay them to cancel my contract get a brand new number then get the replacement. For that I should just switch to AT&T and have them pay my cancelation fee, if Verizon doesnt want my business. Ive been with Verizon for 12 years, and clearly there is no benefit to remaining loyal as the system is designed to promote new customers at the expense of the old. Guess Im shopping for a new cell phone carrier.

I refer to the Verizon store as hell because I know that every single time I walk in with issues with my phone I will leave more pissed off than when I entered. Whenever something goes wrong all they do is a hard reset on my phone and tell me to have a nice day. Then I am back in there with the exact same problem two days later and they tell me there is nothing more they can do other than buy a phone for full price, or reactivate an old phone. If you are having problems with your phone I suggest calling the Verizon 1800 number, because they will actually try and help you with the best solution.

I did not enjoy waiting 30minutes to payoff my friends phone, it was a quick 3minute transaction when we got our turn but was told that there were people in front of us... The worst part was being subjected to hearing the same crappy sales pitches over and over for 30min. This is why I do business at Best Buy whenever possible instead of here. Same deals if not better ones!

I wish I could give zero stars for this store. Went in to add a line to our unlimited plan and take them up on the buy one get one free iPhone deal they had going on. While there, we were informed that there was a promo for 100$ off of accessories. We were told that we were receiving both promotions that were available to us. The next day, however, it always found out this was false, neither promotion was applied AND they added the new phone line to a new, obsolete, Nationwide talk and text 450 plan that we were never informed about. It has taken 2+ months, 8+ hours on the phone with customer support, 6+ customer service representatives, 2+ broken promises of representatives calling us back, and 6+ times of me explaining the same problem to get all of this corrected. We were not compensated for any extra time spent on this matter, nor were any extra rebates/refunds applied to our account for any of this time lost.

If you arent buying something, good luck trying to get some actual help. Ive been in here a few times for various different reasons. Nobody seems to know anything if youre not buying. Talking with these reps and being told that they cant do something or the policy is this but when you talk to customer care on the phone, its a completely different story. And then you go back into the store after having customer care remark your account and they all of a sudden sing a different tune. The complete opposite of customer service. I recommend steering clear of this store at all costs unless you absolutely must go into a store and even then, I recommend going out of your way to go to a different store.

I have never had any problems with this store. All of the employees have always been helpful. Today when I went in, they were of absolutely no help. My phone had issues with dropping calls and turning off by itself. When I told the employee I had this issues, she did not offer to try to upgrade the software on my phone, but rather told me my options were to get a new phone or reactivate an old phone. My phone is just over 1 year old and she continued to say that there was nothing they could do, as Verizon is a service and the phones are not their problem. This was a very disappointing visit.

Im very unhappy with the service I received tonight .I know I called a bit close to closing time, but I only had a quick question. I called at 7:55pm and sat on hold until a moment ago at 8:12 pm. I just cant believe not a single person could answer the phone for a question.
