Jenna and Lakota have absolutely amazing customer service! They were friendly and helpful as I tried to purchase a new phone with my baby. They did everything in their power to make sure I had a good experience. This is now my favorite location and I’ll definitely be going back!
Excellent customer service!!! Anthony, Peter, Charles and Mike did a wonderful job of helping my mother get the best phone to fit her needs! Peter provided a chair for her to sit comfortably on, as she is disabled. Charles began the process so patiently. And Anthony completed the job by switching her old phone over to her new, and he even installed a new SIM card into my phone for me! Their manager Mike was also super nice and took pride in his great team. I will be bringing them my business for my future phone needs! Don’t bother with their competitors, just come straight here for an outstanding experience!
Thank you Jenna and Brandon for helping me get my 89 year old mother a new phone. Happy that I was well taken care of so professionally. I went Sunday afternoon and there was not a wait time and I was in and out wishing 20 mins. A clean and well organized store.
The employee helping my wife and I factory reset my wifes phone . So now the last pictures of her recently deceased mother as well as the contacts for her 180 employees is all gone. The employee says...THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!!I have had this phone service since it was Nextel. Around 15 years give or take. I pay a crazy monthly bill $$$, and these are the folks that are hired off the street with little to training.So this will be my last year with sprint/T mobileWe sent you an email a few days ago. They were welcoming and very attentive. No one just stood around. Everyone was working or helping out. Today they were helping my husband purchase a new phone, transfer his current number, contacts and such. It takes some time. The young man was very diligent.
I am a 100% disabled veteran and have problems standing and walking. They accommodated me and brought all the paperwork to me. They didnt have what I wanted in stock so they gave me a $25 credit to cover activation fees. T-mobile gives me 50% off the monthly plan. No interest when financing purchases. I could keep going all day. I LOVE T-MOBILE!

Went into the store to add another line, Brannon, who was super nice, was the person that helped us, he added another line, told me the monthly price the added line would be, (which was actually $10 more than what he told me.) then he convinced me to upgrade my phone while I was there because I would get a credit and it was a great deal because I was opening up a new line. I told him I’d do it as long as it didn’t mess with the bill. I want the bill to look the same except for the charge of the the new line I had opened up. He continued to tell me that I wouldn’t pay anything for the new phone (after my down payment) which ended up being false information- I still have to pay a monthly device charge. After several trips back to the store and phone calls to T-Mobile customer care they have worked with me about this situation. All I hope is that Brannon has realized the information he gave me was incorrect and that he learns what is correct and doesn’t screw anyone else over.On a different note, Lakota there is very knowledgeable and helped me switch over from AT&T a couple years ago. And it’s usually a breeze whenever I go to claim a T-Mobile Tuesday deal in store. Overall, I am a happy customer.
I was there on Saturday to get a new device. The Guy who helped me was fantastic. Enjoyed our conversation while he set up my new 1plus that he introduced me to which was more in my budget than the phone i had come in to purchase. Thanks!
This store needs a new professional manager so that person knows how to hire professional people so they can train them better when they answer the phone finally even though it was busy for about 30 minutes the first thing he says is hello my name is so-and-so how can I help you and then he starts talking to an associate next to him while hes still talking into his phone I was confused and then he said he was short-staffed and he couldnt really help me over the phone to come on in cuz they have a store full of people I guess a customer on the phone isnt worth as much as a customer in the store! This is an update I just called the same store again and the guy that answered you could tell as definitely of color and it seemed like he was aggravated dont take a job that has to deal with customer service if you cant handle the stress of having a store full of customers and phone calls coming in. go deliver pizzas!!
I came into the store having issues with my I-Phones SIM card and Lakota and the other store that I feel awful that I dont know his name, were very clear about what my options were. They both were so nice and personable, that it honestly was the easiest experience Ive had with any type of cell phone issue. It was a really easy going experience!
Just got my phone about a month ago from this location. This is the first time Ive ever had a contract plan in the 15 years Ive had a cellphone, so I wasnt really sure what to expect. Things couldnt have gone any smoother though! Marc was awesome and helpful in finding a great phone and both he and Kevin were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had from the time I stopped in until walking out with my new phone and plan.If youre on the fence about switching, stop in here and you definitely wont regret it!
BadI would give no starWouldn’t do anything for me and nobody but the 2 reps were there. Was going to buy a case cords and some other accessories as well as needed help with my phone. Wouldn’t help with the phone . They were more worried about me standing on the blue spot on the floor. Just close the door and go home you don’t do anything anyway!
Iendai is hands down the best T-Mobile store associate I have had assist me! I have gone to this store a few times as a T-Mobile customer, but my experience today with Iendai was by far the best for me as a customer. He was incredibly accommodating to us and went above and beyond. Depending on the person assisting you, the store experience can be teeter between a great experience or a less great experience, but if you get the right associate, it is a smooth transaction.
I never used to like going into retail phone stores. I used to think they be so busy they just want a sale and to get you in and out. I was wrong I had the BEST experience going into this store. Lendai was very sweet and even though he was working with another customer was attentive and answered all of my questions. He was great! I will definitely go back. His DM Kristy Lalonde was a pleasure to work with as well. She drove all the way to another location to get my Galaxy watch. Thee best customer service Ive had. Thank you so much.

I went there to get my phones data transferred to my new upgraded device I purchased at their store, they told me they would not help me because theyre not really T-Mobile, theyre franchised??? Not sure what that meant but they sent me off... Went to the closest T-Mobile to me (18th street Kenosha, which was a drive..) they helped me. Awesome service there will not be returning to this location..

Just got a OnePlus 7T. My man Iendai (eye-n-day) really hooked me up. I went in thinking I wanted one thing, he told me to think about a different phone that was less expensive. I left and researched that phone and others. It was the best option, but eventually I decided on more storage and called him up again thinking I knew what I wanted. He again told me to forget the phone I had in mind because of problems it has had since it launched and told me to look at a similar, less expensive phone. This guy kept down-selling in order to make sure I got the phone I was really looking for instead of upselling to pad his commission. I just left the store. Iendai was super helpful, had more tech information in his head than I ever will, and patiently answered every question and dealt with ever issue. I also chatted with the manager Kevin while Iendai was setting up my phone. Kevin was just as friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are really there to earn long-term customers, not to make mint on one-time sales.
Pretty horrible service and long wait times. We walked in and there was no one ahead of us, but the 3 guys there were busy with someone so we waited. It was about 25 minutes before Brandon walked out from what Im assuming was his lunch break. He started his conversation with what do you guys need I said were looking for an iPad mini, with out hesitation Brandon replied dont have any, all out. Now he didnt offer to order it or check any locations so I asked he he could check if any other locations would have them, he said no without checking inventory. At this point Im irritated at the experience at this location. Through the entire interaction with Brandon I didnt know the the heck he was doing he didnt communicate with me on what he was doing. Since it had now been over an hour of me being in the store, and hes on the phone with who knows who I said to cancel everything he was doing and that I would be back another time.No, I wont be coming back to this location!
I have been with T-Mobile for over 16 years and and yes Ive paid a lot of MONEY, Ive NEVER had a service issue that they have not fixed immediately. I can honestly say I love my T-Mobile.
