I took my Microsoft surface in to get a screen replaced. The price to fix it was very fair. When I got my computer back the new screen was defective and they fixed it again no questions asked. This business does honest work and they stand behind what they do. I would recommend this place to anyone thank you screenworks.

If your phone breaks or has been damaged...go to these guys FIRST! They were able to repair my water damaged iPhone that both Apple and AT&T told me were unfixable and for a price that was beyond reasonable. Austin fixed my iPhone display that was cracked all the way through in 30 minutes. The corner was bent so he shaved it down to fit the new display. The last time I dropped my phone and damaged the display the repair cost came to $240 and took 2 hours. At screen works I paid $80 and 30 minutes. I purchased a screen protector and new case. My total cost for everything came to about $120.000.Besides the value, the service was excellent. Not much explanation required. These guys are experts and good listeners. I highly recommend this company.

I work untill 5 pm all week and this store is open untill 8pm. found them on yelp. I called them at 7:15 PM and asked if they could help me replace my screen on my iPhone 8+ and my charge port was not working. They said no problem if I could come in by 730 they can have me done by 8 o’clock. they did an awesome job replacing my screen and cleaned out the charge port and save me money instead of replacing something I didn’t need to be replaced. Courteous customer service and honesty. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you!

Excellent service! My Fitbit Ionic watch was out of warranty and the screen had come unglued. The folks here gave it a look over and were able to glue it back on, and it only took 30 minutes, and was way cheaper than buying a replacement watch.

Few weeks ago the screen and the glass back of my note 9 cracked and since I keep my phones for a while I decided the fix it. I found and called screenworks. Since they didnt have the parts in stocks I gave them a deposit and they ordered the parts. Once parts arrived they called me and went there and dropped off my phone. The whole thing took just under an hour and the job was done professionally. The price quoted was more than average, but they did a great job which I highly recommend. If youre an apple user, they usually have everything in stocks, but if youre like me and use android phones, then youre gonna need to wait few days for them to get the parts. All in all I definitely recommend this place. They also have a good selection of cellphone cases and accessories. They also buy and sell phones, tablets, etc.

Great service. I went in for a charging port change (assuming that i had a faulty port) for my IPhone 7. Justin suggested I may not need a complete port change and just cleaned up the cable port. Best $10 spent!Kudos to these guys..My phone works like a charm - without me loosing an arm and a leg!

During Christmas time of 2019 My parents purchased a repair screen for my IPhone XR because it was cracked. They thought it was apple authorized after $179 the Sensitivity on my screen was still funky my K button was unresponsive, True Tone was not in effect, Screen would freeze often, and battery had issues with the screen making it decrease in life. After 8 months of having the screen fixed I’ve had enough went to Apple themselves and they told me my Warranty was not in effect because I had a Third-Party Screen inside of my phone which is from here Screen Works. So I urge you to take your phone to Apple I paid $199 without insurance even though I have it because It does not apply if the phone has been “tampered with”. Another thing they mentioned was I would have a hard time returning this phone back for an upgrade as it would not be an Apple screen but a Third Party so I had no choice but to pay Apple $199 to fix a not cracked screen just a cheap one. The quality is honestly noticeable different and my phone is 99% faster than it was no freezing or response issues they had concluded it was the screen repair company I had gone to previously which was very unfortunate so I urge you to go somewhere either Apple Authorized or Apple themselves.

These guys rock! I came to replace my cracked screen and they gave me superb service from the quote to calling me when the spare part arrived and being super fast in completing the replacement. They also performed thorough testing after reassembling my phone. I hope Ill not need them again but I definitely recommend their services.

Spent 70 something dollars to replace my iPhone screen it didn’t even last 24 hours, it wasn’t dropped, just took it out of my pocket and it was cracked. I mean there should at least be a 1 day guarantee right? Now my phone volume is screwed up and it makes random calls. They offered me a $10 discount on a new screen, $130 to fix a cracked screen? You guys should stand behind your work. Why won’t your distributor take back a defective product? That’s just bad business on your end and theirs.

IPhone 7 screen exchange. Quick service, reasonable price but the quality of the screen is terrible. I noticed right away that the color was off. Asked why, and got the answer that they don’t use original screens. Typing and zooming in and out does not work well. When scrolling down webpages it clicks on links that I intend to scroll over.

Im one of those guys that absolutely never writes reviews. Im usually too busy for this. But in this case Im going to make an exception. I had an iPad 3 with very damaged screen, bezel, and corners. I saw good reviews here for this shop and it was close enough for me to drive to during my lunch hour. This is not the first time Ive have the screen fixed. In fact its the third time. So I kind of knew what to expect...leave it there for two days, pick it up and spend a good chunk of money.To make a long story short, without prompting or me begging, they said it would be ready in three hours... Are you kidding me, I almost said. I came back after work and sure enough it was ready. The work was excellent.
