I feel like a phone store should have their hours updated. They have updated them for specific holidays, but not the holiday season. the holiday season they close at 7. Inconvenience is the one of my biggest pet peeves. The people that work in this store are somehow always unprofessional and rude. Great job! 1 star!

On December 29, 2020, the sale Rep Diwen misled me into sign for a plan for three lines with up to $730 credit on purchasing a new iPhone, she stated that I can keep my current phone number. The next day I called T-Mobile service and found out that neither I was qualified for the $730 credit nor I could keep my current phone number. So, I canceled my contract over the phone, I also called the store cancel my order that was shipping to the store, close my account. However, the store refused to credit me the $92.78 for the SIM cards. I repeatedly complain and indicated T-Mobile - 1ZSA Store should not in the first place to misled me into signed up a plan., they should be refund my $92.78 because the phones (SIM CARDS) have never been activated and Store have been keeping the SIM cards since December 29, 2020. Be aware they are SCAMMER.

Switched from T-mobile to Sprint last Saturday. They have great deals on the new iPhonexXR! They even helped me to set up Apple ID and transfer data from my old device to new one! Highly recommended!
