Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they do a great job of applying promotions and discounts to save money that I didnt even know about. They gave me awesome suggestions based on my kids age and interests.. Highly recommend

I couldnt say great or bad service, the one employee was just standing there(you decide). Im used to being ignored but thats another topic. This store is smaller compared to other gamestop stores Ive visited. Although that being said Ive always boughten something here. The place is compact but most times they have stock on items my homestore doesnt. But since talking about the size of the store only 4 people are able to be inside(not counting the employee), so sometimes you have to wait in a line if the store is busy. The pic I uploaded was just one time I felt bad that they removed the 3ds/ds section.

Awesome store with a little something for everyone. Really the only video game store that consistently has new things in stock.

The greeter was friendly but, the guy at the register was not and was out of bags or gift anything to put my items in, he acted nice to other races than African Americans....

5 in the store at a time maybe a few minutes wait to enter but after that Great Customer service.

Really friendly staff! I thought that they were very helpful and attentive! I finally bought puyo-puyo tetris! Love this game! I would definitely stop by this Gamestop if you are in the area!

Ok service but it was super busy.

I truly enjoyed my visit. Going to buy Halo Reach, I talked to the man at the front desk, and he was very kind. At home, when I needed help with some troubleshooting, I called this Game Stop and I got a wonderful consultation and it worked. I do definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to buy a game, new or used. :-)

Everytime Im in here buying MTG the staff is awesome! Yesturday I had the pleasure to be helped out by the store manager Alex! Alex was very chill, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive also been helped/chatted with his assistant manager and she even gave me a solid lead on a product when they were sold out on it. These kids get it and this is the kind of assistance I expect when blowing my hard earned cash. Dont change a thing guys! (Corporate i.e. overlords step up your game on send the local shops MTG boosters your missing tons of revenue)

Frequently out of stock for items their website says this store has specifically IN stock. Staff are rude. Act as if return customers arent a priority and like confused parents wandering in are their real bread and butter. Sad for a buisness like Gamestop that needs all the return customers they can get.

Stopped by to check if they had the new switch. The person behind the counter too busy txting to look up. After 4 mins Ryan (I think his name was) looked up and wanted to know what I needed. Asked about the new switch to get an unenthused response of “when ever...” we’ll last time I will be going to this GameStop.

I was looking to buy a old DS when i asked if I could test out the DS the enployee did not let me hold it or start it up, Very bad customer service, not welcoming, fely accused like I was a shoplifter.I would rather buy my games a d stuff on amazon then this place

Rarely have games in stock but still put them out in display. Most of the staff is friendly except for the store leader, who tends to butt in and eavesdrop on convos

Possibility the worst business on the planet. Employees treat you like you are wasting there time. Dishonest. The is reason they going out of business.

I called and they said they were putting a system on hold for me. I drive an hour and when I got there they didnt have it and couldnt explain where it was. All they could tell me was to drive to another store 40 minutes away.

They had everything you need for video games. Although, i was a bit suprised they didnt have roblox game fir sale or fortnite

When in there ask the salesperson about a game she knew exactly what I wanted and she told me what to do
