My boyfriend and i went in to purchase a ring and were almost completely ignored, even when we tried to ask staff for help. People who were either dressed better or were older adults were helped and were able to buy but we ended up leaving after about 20 minutes of waiting. Probably will not go here again.

Tried to exchange an item that I purchased 2 weeks ago at another location, but sales rep refused to exchange because she could not find my account. That the store I bought it from must be a franchise and there systems are not linked. Mind you, I purchased a total of 3 bracelets with charms this year. Ok I understood, and I asked about doing an exchange within one year of the warranty and she also said she couldnt find my purchase, but found my account with all my purchases but couldnt find it.. I told her that for a fact that i have an account, and all of a sudden found it.. Then tells me, oh I cant exchange it because the bracelet is suppose to get ugly like that?!!! Wow!!! Worst customer service!

Went today around 10ish am and the two staff working provided epic customer service . I had a question in regards if I can exchange my leather bracelet for a smaller size . I bought the item yesterday at valley fair mall but I was near to this Pandora because of work . The two girls where super helpful and friendly . They exchange the bracelet for the size I wanted .I recommend going to this place especially if your a Disney fan like I am . I was happy to know that the staff are Disney fans and they showed me their own Disney Bracelets .Overall, the experience at this Pandora was above awesome .

I have zero experience in buying vintage. I tried to find good pieces online, but I was too freaked out about the quality (what if it smells?) and fit. At this place, quality was the least of my concerns. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet. I went way over budget but I truly love the cocktail skirt I bought...and will wear it for years. For investment pieces only.

I had a damaged item to which they didnt email me my receipt like they said they did and didnt even bother trying to look up a copy for me. Said they didnt have the item in stock and sent me elsewhere. I felt like they were trying to give the problem to someone else instead of trying to help. Sticking to my usual pandora store
