Ice cream was great!!!! Especially with unlimited toppings. Had to wait outside for pickup. Ordered the Strawberry fantasy and Ferrari. Ice cream tasted good. Disappointed because kids couldnt see the rolls in the ice cream cup or how they made it and felt it was little expensive $$. 4 orders of rolled ice cream costed us $46.

$10.50 per cup, you get to pick one of their ice cream choices. And then five toppings. Very tasty, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was $21 for two people, a little pricey for ice cream. But they fill up the cup well.

I ordered a vanilla-flavored ice cream here on Independence Day weekend, and I, honestly, have to rate it as some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted.

First time going there and it was amazing!! I have a severe dairy allergy and the workers made my ice cream in an area that was sterile and uncontaminated which allowed me to actually eat the dairy free ice cream. This place had lots of dairy free options from the ice cream to the toppings and it was worth the wait (25 minutes if you were curious).

A nice experience and one that I need to have just once. Everyone was very friendly and it was cool to see them make our ice cream. The ice cream was ok but not incredibly exciting. It’s a little pricey but you definitely get a large portion.

Kids love this ice cream. And we liked the gulab jamon flavor.

The service is aweful through DoorDash. Ordered at 8:30 and Icicles said each additional topping was $1.50 in addition to $11.95 for the basic ice cream. Icicles staff insisted this was policy.

My first time here. All I had was the Jasmine Tea and it was perfect.I did get to see the employees rolling the ice cream on the cold plate, it was a very cool process! I hope they get paid well because they are good at what they do.Next time I will eat the ice cream and let you all now how I feel about it.

Love the experience inside of this place. You get to watch the workers pour out the raw ingredients (that’s right, the fruits are real, not just juice) and mix it in with the cream. Then they mash it together for a few minutes, create a flat frozen sheet and roll it up. There is a huge assortment of toppings to choose from, or you can work with one of the many menu options of presorted flavors. Love the options, service, and speed of creations. Unique experience that never gets old. Definitely visit if you have never tried rolled ice cream.

The ice cream is nice, you can see how they make it from scratch and add toppings you love. The boba is too sweet for me though.

Cool experience although the prices are a lil high the service was phenomenal. Really wish they had better water cups.

Really good fresh ice cream made right in front of you as you watch. Pick your favorite flavor, have at it, enjoy. Its worth the calories and the money (yes, its expensive but treat yourself to it every once in a while).

This is a neat place to get delicious ice cream. The process is original and entertaining. Its like eating tepanyaki for dessert: food and a show! Its a little pricey (with tip for 6 of us, it was $60). But its worth it for a treat.

Quite flexible options offered to make your own choice. Some flavours are not so good though. Cleanliness in the parlour needs to be improved as the staff seemed indifferent to all the mess around and had to be specifically requested to get us clean space for sitting down in the parlour.

Love this place! Such a fun, unique product and experience. Their staff is cheerful and friendly even when theyre packed, which is always. Be prepared to wait 20+ for your ice cream. But also be prepared to have ice cream worth waiting 20+ minutes for.

Checked this place out for the first time the other weekend, hadnt really tried the whole freeze the ice cream while you wait thing. It was a cute one-time experience but there wasnt really anything exceptional about the ice cream and the line moved too slowly. I will say the customer service was fantastic; everyone was very upbeat, working diligently to craft your ice cream dish.

Icicles is a great place to come hang out with friends and try a unique type of ice cream. They have 15 flavors but you can ask for any custom flavor. The way the make it is so cool and after, toppings are unlimited!!

The strawberry and graham cracker one was quite tasty. It was fun to watch it being made. The rolling of the ice cream is a neat idea and I have never heard of that done before. It certainly makes for a nice visual.

It gets very crowded! Go during off hours otherwise you may find yourself in a long line. I like that they prepare everything in front of you. The ice cream is a little on the harder side, but I guess thats the texture of ice cream made the way they make it. But I like the fresh ingredients they put in it.

A pleasant surprise, I saw this place for some time but never actually tried the place.I had the Butter face aka #3 on the menu.I liked it a lot, worth a try if you are in the area. My only complaint is that it was pretty pricey.That said its downtown Pleasanton so they have heavy rent to pay and isnt to big of a deal if you go there once in a while.

Such an enjoyable and delicious experience. It was so neat to watch with my 4 yr old as they mixed and rolled his ice cream. If you have any allergies, this place is very careful if you tell them, and also accomodating. We will be back. It was $7 for one order, but it was plenty to share.

The employees don’t welcome you in. We were standing in the line waiting to order for about 10 mins before being helped, all of the employees looked at us multiple times. Very low customer service skills here

My niece enjoyed the matcha rolled ice cream, with additions of fruity pebbles, lychee jelly, condensed milk drizzle & popping bobas. I had a bite & thought it had an interesting array of flavors & textures. Wasnt overly sweet. Nice employees & it was neat to watch them rolling the ice cream.

Have been looking for a place that does ice cream like this for awhile and found it here! Basically they take non frozen ingredients and put it on a cold surface and you watch them freeze it and roll it up as well. Tons of yummy flavours to choose from and I had the Thai iced tea which was creamy and delicious. Youre allowed to choose as many toppings as you want and its so easy to go overboard! But its great that you have the options or to be simple. Then they have an assortment of drizzles as well.Wait was long though but this was a Friday evening when we dropped by!
