Where I have my unit the services is great, both Josh and David at this facility are very kind, caring and helpful keeping a very friendly environment overall

Staff was killer. great dudes. Month to month was nice to. My only complaint is that there are alot of nosy people who call the cops on other customers so feels like cops are always around so mind yourself lol

The great customer service I received! Both the General Manager, Josh, and his Manager, David, were both understanding when the fire happened behind my unit causing the sprinklers to go off. They helped save what they could for I was out of state. They are the best! I feel that they went above and beyond, and that is amazing customer service. Thank you for being amazing human beings.

The process to rent a space online was easy and smooth. The facility was also clean and nice.

The area had a smell of dead animal.Mgmt said they got it out however that was a year ago and still could faintly smell it.I probably would have stayed with Cube, however they raise the rental price every year just to do it.Moved a mile up the road, Got a slightly smaller unit for $60.00 less per month.

The company itself is just another cancerous, greed-driven corporate monstrosity, and their thinly veiled attempts at quantifying exploitable emotions in people with their ridiculous marketing ploys are laughable at best. However, during my tenancy here, the office staff were absolutely incredible, so these five stars are for them. Thank you for making my stay as efficient and easy as possible!

The manager was great to work with. The facility and unit were clean and price was very good for the area.

This location is infested with rats and it’s not covered in there insurance policy and they took no liability. They are within one mile of the city dump stay away I had thousands in damage and they were no help!

I have rented on and off again. I have always experienced quick, prompt, friendly staff. Recently David was great! So efficient and generous in the midst of some chaos at this location. He was juggling lots but was showing up for each customer! I also love the coffee & tea service! it is so little but priceless. Dealing with storage stuff you need it. Thanks CubeSmart

Wonderful things to say about CubeSmart and especially Shawn, the manager. The place is clean, the price fair, and everything Shawn said would be - was. They have a cart to use for easy loading and unloading. Even had to go with a bigger unit when moving in and it was no muss - no fuss. I have stored at two other places (brand names) and this was by far the best experience. Great job Shawn and CubeSmart.

My wife and I decided we wanted a storage cube on Sunday afternoon. We shopped around and found the best price at CubeSmart Self Storage. We went online with the national site and they signed us up for the storage unit. Then I called David at the location and he was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process of paying for and obtaining the unit. I am very pleased with this experience and highly recommend CubeSmart Storage at 3101 Valley Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566

I went to cubesmart and was greeted by a male office worker who was nice and there is another male office worker was pleasant and had an upbeat personality, but after using the unit for a week I was followed in one day by several police officers who had a search warrant for the unit very close to mine for stealing items from the other units. There are no cameras in the hallways where the units are located, so they can’t even say for sure who or when things were taken from my unit. So I decided to move units in another building, at the same location. It didn’t take long before I noticed my very large, brightly colored suitcase was taken with items inside, was stolen too.So not only were small items taken from my first unit but even a very large item was taken from the second unit and they had no idea who or when it was taken from their lack of security.! I finally left cubesmart after the last incident. I am now going thru the process of notifying the storages insurance. It’s been over a week now and I’ve filled out a form and emailed it back. No reply yet.

Helpful attendant. Heated units. Reasonable prices. Kinda hard to access units. Carts provided if they haven’t been stolen.

The location and the facility are nice, the price is right on the web with 15% discount .... But when I signed up, I was hit by an additional $11/month insurance and $22 admin fee. Maybe it is disclosed in the web and I missed it. If the mandatory insurance is added into the rate, I feel more comfortable. Other than that, I like the storage.

Shawn provided a great registration experience. He was personable and friendly and provided all the information I needed to know and to feel good about storing my belongings at CubeSmart.

David was our initial contact when we reserved our unit about a week ago. He was such a pleasant young man and, upon actually moving in today, we had the pleasure of David waiting on us again!! He was VERY thorough in all aspects of the rental and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Cubesmart was a better bargain all around then the other guys up the street (whose name is limited to two letters...) and upon entering the gate and driving to our rental unit...we were greeted with an open door and a smile!!! Yes, David again!!! Thank you Cubesmart and,,,David!!!

Cubesmart has been a seamless experience from a online reservation to renting the unit, the workflow(computerized) is well designed and doesnt require singing of endless amount of paperwork as in case of other public storage companies. Best part is there is no bait and switch tactics or upsell tactics of their services or goods like moving supplies etc. You have a choice to bring in your lock too unlike other companies who charge a arm and a leg for a $10 lock and wont take any other lock than what they sell. The facility is clean, spacious and secured. Staff is uber friendly. This is my first sighting of a public storage with a front office seen offering a keurig coffee..

Self storage, just paintwd theyre exterior and have staff on property during the day. Its your standard storage spot.

Rented a storage unit here. I received a call shortly after saying there was moisture in that unit and that they assigned me another unit #.I showed up the following week with my stuff and that new unit was already occupied. I had to keep my uhaul truck an additional night as a result.

Ive used this company for over 5 years to store product we didnt have room for at the office and its always been very clean and the customer service is very good as well.

Beware. I had my stuff store there for 4 month all my boxes wet falling apart . They said it was calcium coming from the cement.
